Our wedding photos took over 6 months to receive, despite being promised a 6–8 week turnaround. Every time we reached out for an update, we received excuses but no actual timeline. This was incredibly frustrating as we wanted to share our special day with family and friends. When we finally received the photos, we were shocked by the poor quality. Many shots were out of focus, poorly lit, or had awkward framing. Several key moments from our ceremony were completely missed. The editing was inconsistent—some photos were over-processed while others looked like they hadn't been touched at all. For the price we paid, we expected professional-grade work, but what we received looked like amateur photography. I cannot recommend Ashley Rodriguez Photo. The combination of poor communication, significant delays, and unsatisfactory photo quality made this one of the worst vendor experiences of our wedding planning. Save yourself the stress and find a more reliable, professional photographer.
