we had requested and stayed for all major events we had discussed. We did receive lots of photos and were happy with the final edits and quality, but we were unsatisfied with her communication and lack of professionalism following the wedding day. We were initially told that the full gallery would be available to us 8-10 weeks from our wedding date. A follow-up text was sent to her at week 9 to check on the status, at which time she told us we would receive them within the next week. After that week passed, we had no follow-up from her so we again reached out. This frustrating process continued for 4+ more weeks where she would give us time commitments that she could not keep (often not responding or taking days to respond to messages). She was consistently giving us excuses for overbooking herself and responded to us multiple times saying “I will have your photos up this evening” and would not follow through with the commitments (she knew we were waiting to have photos for Christmas cards and photo books). It felt as though she was stringing us along and not being honest and straightforward on the timeline. She was definitely not great with time management and took on too many jobs that she could not balance/manage. The worst part was that she failed to ever apologize to us for the inconvenience and made us feel as though we were being a burden. She never initiated communication with us to provide us with updates or a realistic timeline. We finally received our full gallery 13+ weeks after our wedding date. If you are not concerned about receiving your wedding photos on a realiistc timeline, then we would recommend Ashley Rose Photogrpahy.

cebook, and I was nervous about being able to have pictures like that. I'm not that creative and my fiancé and I had never had our pictures taken together, but Ashley made the day so easy! She helped direct us but left room for us to be ourselves if we had any of our own ideas, but she came with plenty to fill our session! We also had some weather issues as we were only going to be in town for four days, and Ashley was extremely flexible up until the last minute on picking the best day and time for us and the weather. I HIGHLY recommend Ashley for all of your photography needs. If our wedding was in town, we would absolutely be using her for that as well! Thanks for the best day and experience and beautiful pictures to remember our engagement!
