I wish I had Mark Zuckerberg money so I could hire Ashley to follow me around and photograph my entire life. Ashley has an amazing talent of creating art out of authentic moments and she is so much fun to be around. I should mention, I am camera shy. I am never comfortable posing for photos and usually find the process uncomfortable. This results in awkward posed and stiff smiles. But Ashley changed that for me. She made our engagement photoshoot feel like a fun day out on the town. Fast forward to our wedding and she magically turned the wedding party / family portrait portion of the day into one of the most fun and memorable parts of the wedding. Ashley never fell behind on the schedule we set, she handled my large wedding party and family with so much grace, she did not let any hiccups disrupt the process of the day, and every single part of the day ran smoothly and felt completely natural. She sent us a huge preview gallery only a couple of days after our wedding that we have been admiring while waiting for our entire gallery. We knew she was an incredible photographer, but we are still in awe at how she was able to capture the most magical moments of this day. She exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful that Ashley was such a big and wonderful part of our wedding day. We will cherish these photos forever.

We couldn't ask for a better photographer! She did an amazing job! Was able to connect with our vision, she has a great personality and sense of humor! Any questions that we had she was able to answer without any hesitation or us worrying about anything. Would definitely recommend her to everyone that needs a professional photographer.

Do yourself a favor & just hire Ashley! She is the best person to work with not only for her photography and editing mastery, but she tells the best jokes and stories along the way. I did both wedding and engagement photos through her. As soon as I met her for our engagement shoot, I knew she was the right fit. She was so efficient on our wedding day, and I honestly never noticed her during the reception despite her being 5 feet away from me. The photos are one of the only things that will stay with us forever and I am so glad I went with Ashley to capture the moments.

Ashley Sunderland is the person you want photographing every big moment in your life. She is consistent, confident, and efficient. Ashley has done a couple shoots for us including our wedding and I could not be more pleased with the work she did. I never once worried that she wouldn't be able to handle the job. I am a professional photographer and typically very critical so when believe me when I say she is the absolute best.

Picking our photographer was one of the most important decisions we made and I am SO HAPPY we picked Ashley. Me and my husband aren't the most photogenic people and don't take a lot of photos and so I was worried about how that would translate to the photos. Ashley didn't let that happen. Not only did she make us feel so comfortable throughout all our photos, she took incredible photos. I can't stop looking at our photos. She was able to take amazing engagement photos of us and our two dogs, even when they wouldn't sit still. I don't know how she does it, but she does an absolutely amazing job. I cannot recomend her enough. SHe was the best and one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She also has some of the best dad jokes and is super fun when shes taking your photos, which makes it that much better. THANK YOU AGAIN ASHLEY!

Ashley is incredible. Picking a wedding photographer was the most important to my husband and I because we knew the photos would be the one thing to last a lifetime and I am so happy we chose Ashley. Not only are her photos and editing style absolutely beautiful, but she is a dream to work with and be around. Not being very comfortable in front of a camera, Ashley kept us laughing and feeling like a million bucks. She has an amazing eye for photos and is very mindful of backgrounds, poses, facial expressions, EVERYTHING. She was also so helpful during the planning process if you need recommendations on other vendors. I can’t thank Ashley enough for capturing our special day and giving us the most beautiful photos to share with our friends and family that we will treasure forever. HIRE ASHLEY SHE IS THE BEST!!!

I hate writing a bad review. This review is not based on Ashley's skills but about how she conducted her business practice through the pandemic. Ashley would not refund our money when we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID. We postponed the wedding from May 9th (because of COVID) to August 22nd, but due to continuing travel bans, half of our guests could not come (including my dad, grandparents, other family and my fiance's best man who all live abroad). When we moved the wedding to August 22nd Ashley had another wedding booked that day and was going to refund us, but we wanted to give her our business and allowed her to give us her second shooter to shoot our wedding and to keep the full amount for our package despite her not being there. When we found out that more than half our guests still could not physically get to the wedding we had to cancel. We paid $2400 to Ashley months in advance of the wedding (way prior to the 30 day payment deadline) and Ashley would only refund $500. She was not even the one photographing the wedding! This is bad business practice on a human level and no empathy shown, especially since we would have gotten a refund originally but were trying to make things work by shifting the date. All of our other vendors gave us half our money back which we thought was fair as we still wanted to support local businesses during this difficult time. Considering the contract was for actual services (photo taking and editing), there was no work done on her part or a single finger lifted for the money she kept which was completely unfair given the circumstances. We are not wealthy and have saved up and struggled for the last 2 years to be able to pay for the wedding on our own and save up enough to afford some expensive necessities for our wedding (photography being one). She might be a great photographer, we will never know, but we felt the way she conducted business during this pandemic was heartless.

Ashley is INCREDIBLY talented. She designs her photos to be classic and timeless. I am overwhelmed with how much I LOVE all of my photos. She is organized and had pictures going exactly the way I needed them so we could be productive. I loved getting to work with her, and you should do the same!

Ashley is so talented, professional and a true joy to work with! We chose Ashley for several reasons: (1) I worked the wedding biz and always enjoyed working with her (2) I offered my husband several options on photographers due to different styles and her style fit us perfectly (3) Her packages made the most sense for us (4) We trusted her Our first shoot with Ashley was for our engagements. We had never taken professional photos together and to be honest, we were nervous. She made everything feel so easy and natural and our photos were STUNNING. About a month before the wedding Ashley reached out to us with a questionnaire that really helped line out the photos we were wanting the day of the wedding. She is a true pro! The fact that she sent this questionnaire truly brought us comfort, because she now knew exactly what we wanted. She took that information and made a photo timeline and that was our guide for the day! So nice! Fast forward to our wedding day. We had planned an outdoor wedding in the garden, hoped for sunshine and crisp fall leaves… Well, the weather didn’t work for us, but Ashley did not let this slow her down. She found all the spots that would make the best photos, we even opted to get out in the rain under an umbrella and it’s literally our fave photo! I look at the sneak peaks we have now and tear up almost every single time – they’re perfect.

Ashley is amazing! I’m a wedding planner here in Oklahoma and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ashley on several weddings/events and she’s the best! Her work obviously speaks for itself, but there’s more to a great wedding photographer than just the pictures! She’s so much fun on the big day, and is amazing leading up to it as well—professional, good communicator, easy paperwork, etc. You will not regret hiring her for your big day!!

Ashley was an absolute blast to work with! She gave us beautiful previews of our wedding, we can’t wait to see the rest. Her prices are incredibly affordable for every budget. From meeting here a year before our wedding all the way through our wedding day she was so helpful and accommodating.

You will not be disappointed with Ashley! She did our engagement and wedding photos and I will treasure them forever. Before we even booked her, she was so helpful in showing us past weddings she did to make sure our styles aligned. She also gave us a tentative wedding day schedule which was SO helpful when you are planning a wedding yourself. On the actual wedding day, she was nothing short of exceptional. She toured the house as well as the venue to make sure she was getting the best lighting for the pictures. She also has a really good way of getting the most natural looking pictures of the event and you throughout the day. Would 100% recommend Ashley for wedding pictures!

Where do I even begin? Ashley is an absolute DREAM! I could seriously go on and on about all the positives of hiring her, but I believe her work seriously speaks for itself. I was one of those brides who left "no stone unturned" when it came to choosing our vendors. I poured over every Oklahoma photographer's portfolio/webpage I could get my hands on. When I came across Ashley's, I knew my search was over. Her pictures are absolutely STUNNING! Her colors are vivid, images are crisp, and she captures not just the usual but the unique as well! At what is usually one of the most stressful days of a bride/groom's life, Ashley makes the whole experience enjoyable AND fun (her dad jokes rock)! If you find yourself newly engaged, and have no clue where to start for engagement/wedding pictures, I pray you find Ashley first and save yourself the stress and time of finding that perfect photographer, because Ashley IS THE ONE!!!!!

Wow! Ashley is just amazing. When I first called Ashley she responded really quick which is something I had a hard time with other vendors. But not Ashley, she is a great communicator! She immediately booked my engagement session for 2 days after. And what a perfect photo shoot it was. We were so impressed with how she knew exactly where to go for the perfect picture and told us exactly how to stand which was so nice. She ended up giving us previews within a couple days so that we could post our website. And the rest of the pictures came not long after. We then had her for our wedding which was the best decision I have ever made. She literally ran the show. She made a schedule and timeline and told everyone where to go and when. She helped me hold my flowers and dress and gave great advice about jewelry. She even helped me fix my dress bustle when it broke in the middle of the dance floor. She was incredible! I would not have survived without her. She was like my own personal assistant as well as a photographer. She got all of the details of my wedding like I wanted and captured great candid shots of my family! I promise you won’t go wrong with her as your photographer.

My husband and I aren't exactly the most photogenic people, but Ashley made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We are so glad to have some amazing wedding photos thanks to her and her assistant's talent! She was also very good about not being distracting or in the way, especially during the ceremony. However, if we ever wanted a photo during the reception, she was right there and ready! She is on-time, prepared, fun, and worth every cent!

Ashley is so fun and easy to work with! She pays close attention to detail and talks you through every pose, so you don't feel like you're having to come up with poses on your own. Ashley is an incredibly talented photographer, and we couldn't be happier with the photos we have of our special day!

Ashley was as sweet as could be and was so easy to work with. My husband and I can occasionally be shy at times, but she was so casual at giving us recommendations the day of our wedding. She knew exactly what poses would turn out beautiful. She met with us before to go over our style and she made sure to incorporate it. Like many weddings, there can sometimes be spontaneous dances/events, she adjusted and made sure to capture it all. We had so much fun looking through all of our photos and can't stop! She was great and we highly recommend her.

We are so glad we chose Ashley to photograph our wedding. She is the only photographer I met with and after our meeting I knew I wanted her to be the one to capture our big day. I felt so comfortable (which is so important) having her there with us throughout all of the important moments and she captured them beautifully. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable but still leaves room for you to decide what you would like captured. The day of our wedding was so gloomy, but you would never be able to tell from the photos! There are several packages to choose from that allow you to customize what types of photos you would like in the end. I also don't know how many times she ended up having bustle my dress- but man was that helpful! We would highly recommend :)

Ashley truly captured our day beautifully. Her pictures were EXACTLY the style, I wanted. They were natural, bright, and she got all the candid moments I could have wanted. She was professional, moved quickly with our large families and wedding party, and even stayed later than asked. I especially loved how she listened to me so well, when I asked for specific pictures to be taken and she never shot down any of my suggestions. I would highly recommend her to any bride and groom!

I absolutely loved working with Ashley. She is a true professional, and ensured our wedding day ran smoothly and our photos were beautiful. Ashley created a wedding day timeline for us (began with getting ready photos in which we had hair and makeup done and ended with the end of her time at our reception), which was extremely helpful. I appreciated not having to do this myself, too! She was very thorough with both the timeline and the shot list; she ensured she knew which shots we wanted and didn't want and made sure to get all of them. On our wedding day, Ashley was ON POINT. My bridesmaids and I were running 45 minutes late from hair and makeup, but she was able to get us back on track time-wise. She adjusted our plan of when to do family photos to ensure the best light was available for our bride and groom portraits. Ashley was great at communicating with me throughout the day to ensure I knew what to expect. She was great at getting our photos done quickly, and had AWESOME attention to detail. She noticed little things that would stand out in photos, such as asking our officiant to tuck his microphone into his collar. She was efficient but never bossy or rude. I was wary of our wedding day feeling like one long photoshoot, but Ashley was unobtrusive and fun to work with. We have gotten our sneak peak- 58 photos - and I love every one of them. She did such a beautiful job capturing our special day. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough.

Ashley is a SUPERSTAR!! She is incredibly kind and organized, knows exactly how to find the most perfect lighting, and is super hilarious- which is a huge plus to get some super sweet shots! Absolutely loved working with her!

Ashley is amazing. Looking through our photos is like watching our day unfold again. She seriously captured every shot we could have ever wanted and then some! We have shown our photos to friends and family and they have commented that they are some of the best photos they have ever seen. My sister in Chicago even thought about flying her up to shoot her wedding this summer. That's how good she is She took the time to meet with us in advance to get to know us, what shots would be important to us, and day of schedule etc. We looked at TONS of other photographers (I am a photographer/videographer myself, so I was SUPER picky) and no one came close to Ashley. I think the single best investment you can make is quality photos. These are memories you will keep for years to come. I can not recommend her any higher. Ashley was absolutely the best choice we could have made as our wedding photographer. After a referral from a friend, we booked a meeting with her within one week of getting engaged. After just a few short minutes with her bubbly personality and stunning work, we knew she was the one! Ashley was amazing! She captured incredible candid shots throughout the ceremony and reception as well as perfectly posed wedding party and family portraits. Her professionalism and communication were above and beyond. She also helped immensely with the schedule of the reception, directing us on what order things should be done, and even how to cut the cake! The prints and digital access we received with the package were exactly as advertised and excellent quality.

It was really important to us to get a really good photographer. We wanted someone who we felt comfortable with and produced beautiful pictures. Ashley did just that. She made us look like we are photogenic people even though we are not. She is so professional and it showed at the wedding when she kept everybody on task and was able to work with the difficult people in our family. I honestly can't say enough good stuff about Ashley. I knew from her portfolio that she could capture special moments in a pretty, artistic, and non stuffy way, but I just got my photos back from my wedding and I'm blown away.
