She is very nice, easy to work with, and very cost-effective compared to others in the area using the same flowers. She was timely and followed my color scheme.;She had only the generic book of FTD work, none of her own, although she said she had done many. There was a miscommunication on several things. My bouquet was pretty, but I had wanted the roses, peonies and orchids to be mixed and all the roses were in the middle, and the peonies on the outside. Also the orchids weren't open. I thought the pew pieces were very skimpy (a single rose, hybericum berries, and a bell of Ireland out the bottom). There was suppose to be multiple roses and Bells of Ireland, especially for the price paid. Green Hydranga was suppose to be used but instead she used either baby hydranga that was barely present or some alternate flower. I wanted flowers on all three tiers of my cake and she only did two. Overall, what she did do for the most part turned out nice, and no-one was the wiser, but I noticed. This was probably the one major thing I was dissappointed about with my wedding.
