Her website allows you to select date/time slots, and you will get an email saying your booking is complete. But there is no personal confirmation for any details of meetup. I ended up having to reach out to confirm what I scheduled online, and when she responded, she said the time slot I picked was too early. Why is it available on your site? After we agreed on a different date for the shoot, I ended up needing to cancel and she was very understanding. I will thank her for that. Picking a new photoshoot date was frustrating. I would state my availability and she would ask if I was available during the exact time I said I would be unavailable. In addition, there were times where I wouldn’t receive email responses back from her and would have to ask for updates. A few days preceding our appointment, I realized she never reached out to confirm details. I emailed her, and she asked if we could reschedule for a different date, during my unavailability. I said no, and she said that was okay and we would go with the original plan. Photoshoot day arrives and I’m getting my hair and make up done, very excited to finally have my engagement photos taken. Only three hours before we are supposed to meet up, she sends an email telling me that she can no longer do my engagement photos or wedding date. I’m truly disappointed. Her photos looked really well done, and she was very friendly during our first video meeting. Now I am three months out from the wedding, and have no photographer.
