etting us know the food was excellent. My husband and I were so happy we found Ashling, and they made the planning process a breeze. We were impressed with their attention to detail and thoroughness and I would highly recommend them for a wedding or any type of event where you want some delicious food and top-notch service. They worked well with our event coordinator as well and went above and beyond in assisting with set-up /decor. If not for an event, I would also recommend dining at their restaurant in Crofton. The chef is fantastic and their around-the-world series is so fun! We are so happy with how it all turned out and are so grateful to Danielle, Stacy, and the rest of the team for helping to make our wedding a beautiful and memorable event. My only regret was not formally thanking them during our "thank you" speech during our wedding. They are 100% worth it!

de and out. They were calm and collected when we were a stressed-out mess. They made us and our families feel taken care of that day. The Ashling cooking staff are gifted. The food they prepared was delicious and beautiful and fun. The catering staff transformed the venue in what felt like the blink of an eye into the setting we’d been dreaming of for over a year. And they were so hospitable and responsive as well. Every time I turned around someone was just ready to help. We’d recommend Ashling to anyone. They’re some really talented and nice folks working there.

We were blown away and signed the contract that day. I was a bit worried, as a gluten free bride, about what our menu would look like but they were so accommodating and being GF was no issue. I was a very detail-oriented bride and when I asked Stacey and Danielle questions or told them my pretty specific vision, they didn’t make me feel like a bridezilla but rather welcomed everything I said and took note of it. Communication was excellent! They didn’t just provide food for us, they made sure our day ran smoothly once they arrived and they covered every little detail beforehand with us. My family and friends, a month later, are still raving about the food and all of our vendors told us it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We didn’t want boring chicken and potatoes for our wedding and Ashling truly provided a memorable meal for us and our guests. Ashling set up our wedding beautifully (welcome table, bar, dinner tables, etc.), the food was delicious, and most importantly, we felt so taken care of on our wedding day. I would recommend them a thousand times over! Thank you, Ashling for making our day perfect. We can’t wait to come back for dinner!

Throughout the year of wedding planning, whenever we had a question or idea, Stacy was quick to respond and if the answer couldn't be a resounding "yes" for any reason, she was quick to suggest alternatives that might meet our vision and our budget. They kept us on track with planning, helped us build a timeline and asked great questions on things that weren't on my radar at all, things that truly exceeded the responsibilities of caterer. They even used a different table rental vendor than they typically would, added on my special rentals (like the sweetheart table) to prevent me from having to pay two different rental company's delivery fees - truly above & beyond their scope! I had full trust in Ashling's team to execute on the day of and they went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were served, always had a drink in our hand and all in all happy. We couldn't have been happier with the food, the team or the experience with Ashling and would absolutely recommend to any couple! The chicken parm bites were our guest's favorite at cocktail hour! We can't wait to eat at Ashling for anniversaries in the future :)

personalized a menu for us based on our vision and tastes. They were organized, responsive, and they helped me through decisions that I didn’t know how to make! Which for a first time bride/event planner was a dream come true. The food was divine and the day of was a dream come true. I was also nervous about the location being remote/not having certain things available and Danielle and Stacy made me feel like everything was going to be OK and they’d do whatever needed to be done to make it all happen….and they did. We could not be more grateful to this team/company. They made our wedding day perfect.

ir. They were so accommodating and listened to our every need. Stacy was the absolute best and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with. And the food speaks for itself! SOOO GOOD! We went the the food truck to cater our reception and served tacos and burgers. They made sure all my gluten free needs were met and helped us come up with the perfect menu! Stacy also helped me with getting a gluten free wedding cake that was so yummy! They really did make our day a breeze when it came to our food and set up. They handled everything for us and were THE BEST! We highly recommend going with Ashling!! And will definitely be making their restaurants one of regular our date night spots!

The tasting was perfect and delicious and the chef even came out with the dishes to introduce it and explain the flavors and cultural elements of each. The price was reasonable, especially for so many people and all of our guests were very impressed by the sophistication, taste, and presentation of the food. Additionally, one of the staff (it was a whirlwind but I want to say it was Danielle) made sure that we had plates of each dish at our sweetheart table before anyone else did! The next part has nothing to do with food and everything to do with service. They set up the cupcakes station, they set up our complicated guestbook, they made sure that everyone was treated and served equitably and kindly and most importantly, they never asked us for anything day of. I was free to enjoy our special day and I am SO grateful that we went with Ashling for our wedding. TL;DR - Hire Ashling if you're looking for innovative, delicious food, a dynamic and friendly staff, and a hardworking, dedicated team. They went the extra 15 miles for us and it made our event even more special and effortless.
