I cannot say enough amazing things about my wedding makeup artist! She did such an incredible job and was so easy to work with from start to finish. She was very professional, patient, and completely open to working with certain makeup products that I specifically wanted to use, while also incorporating her own products and expertise. She walked me through the entire process and made me feel so comfortable. I have very sensitive skin, and she was extremely mindful of that. I did not have any irritation or breakouts afterward, which was such a relief! I definitely recommend doing a trial beforehand, especially if you have never had your makeup professionally done before like me. I also highly recommend bringing inspiration photos because she truly listens to what you want and does an amazing job bringing that vision to life. My wedding was outdoors on August 9, 2026, at The Island House. We were lucky enough to avoid the rain, but it was still hot and breezy since we were right on the water. My makeup stayed beautiful from around 11:00 that morning through the ceremony, pictures, reception, and even into the night when we were aggressively sweating from dancing! She worked so well with me and truly made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. On top of being incredibly talented, she is so sweet and easy to talk to, which was perfect for me because I am definitely a Chatty Cathy! She made the whole experience feel fun, comfortable, and special. I would absolutely recommend her to any bride looking for someone professional, talented, kind, and willing to listen to exactly what you want. I am so grateful she was part of my wedding day!

My bridesmaids were just as happy—each of them looked stunning, and their styles felt true to them individually. The makeup was done so well—soft, natural, and never overdone, which was exactly what we were all hoping for. Everyone felt comfortable and confident all day. On top of that, Ashlyn and her team brought such a calm, positive energy, which made the whole experience even better. I felt like me but better, which was exactly my goal. She does a great job of making you feel heard and safe to give feedback. She also did such a great job on all of my bridesmaids as well! They looked radiant. Chelsea also did a fantastic job with mine and everyone else's hair and was a pleasure to work with. Even with such short notice, her communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring. She made what could have been a chaotic situation feel completely under control. Ashlyn was kind, patient, and completely in tune with what we needed. Even when we couldn’t quite articulate or find a reference photo for what we wanted, she somehow just knew—and absolutely delivered. She provided the highest quality of service and exceeded every expectation. Ashlyn went above and beyond to make both me and my mom feel like the most beautiful versions of ourselves on the big day. I’m someone who doesn’t typically wear much makeup, but she made me feel effortlessly beautiful and completely like myself. My mom has sensitive skin and a few skin conditions, and Ashlyn was incredibly thoughtful and careful in choosing products that wouldn’t irritate her—while still giving her the exact look she wanted. Beyond her amazing talent with natural, glowing makeup and hair, Ashlyn is just a joy to be around. She made the whole getting-ready experience fun and relaxed. Honestly, once she finished, we wished she could’ve come to the wedding with us! After just a few hours together, it felt like she was part of the family.
