next door being way too loud. I know that is not the venues fault necessarily. The other guests were extremely rude and were actually in our reception hall. Which is not okay at all. Dinner also ran a tad late. Something I can definitely say is that the wait staff is absolutely fabulous. They were helpful and made an effort to make sure our guests were taken care. The venue also provided a complementary late night snack due to the inconvenience of the rudeness next door. Our guests really had nothing but great things to say and everyone said they had an amazing, fun time! Prices are definitely reasonable. Definitely consider Ashton Place for your wedding!

our special day. There were a few times in which information communicated over email was unclear and needed to be clarified but in the end everything was figured out. We are grateful for the rest of the staff who made our night unforgettable! All the food was DELICIOUS and our guests were raving about it. Service was wonderful, the venue was beautiful and clean, and we were pleased with how the staff at Ashton Place accommodated our big wedding. I definitely recommend this venue!

We were promised quite a few things from the original person that never made it into the contract, thank god i had emails stating what was promised, and was told that we would not get everything promised because it would cost them money. The "free cake" included in our package ended up costing $300. Fast forward to a few days before the wedding for the Rehersal. I got an email from Akansha (the coordinator) asking if we can be done by a certain time because she had things to do. When we had questions that day she was nowhere to be found and we had to hunt her down. The day of the wedding I arrived to find that my reception room hadn't even begun to be set up. I stood upstairs in my suite (which didn't have the champagne and snacks also in the contract....we got it once we asked) and watched them start to setup my room. I was told not to worry it'll be OK. I was called downstairs by my mother in law to be asked if my table placecards were setup correctly since she had done them. Akansha had a photo of how everything was to look on that table and yet did not setup, then blamed my florist....both of which are unacceptable. Once my ceremony was done and I canned back from taking photos I was told by my mom that she was given a piece of paper and told to finish putting on the table numbers on the tables by akansha. I was also told by a lot of guests that the room and bar wasnt ready when they were let in so they felt lost. I was also told almost an hour before my wedding was over to " remember your wedding ends soon"… who says that? I didn't get the food from no-shows or unopened alcohol I brought until I fought for it a week later received it. DON'T GO HERE, IT WAS THE WORST!

hton place itself is absolutely stunning and they work extra hard to make sure your night is amazing. They offered to warm up our food since we were away thanking the tables, they gave us all the last minute items we needed, and they followed all of my requests in terms of avoiding interruptions and accommodating for guests. We highly recommend them! Our wedding was September 24, 2016. We got a package deal and it was perfect.

!! They were sliding down the railings, running screaming, going into our bridal rooms and hiding under the tables, attempting to use our Photobooth and in and out of our professional pics!! It was terrible and I was miserable. The coordinator of that event spent more time in the back in the kitchen instead of letting them know that the hallway was a shared area and that they shouldn't be running and playing in the facility anyway. It was an accident waiting to happen. Then we came in under our count and still ran out of chicken for our guests which is ridiculous especially after the 23 minutes it took to bring the main course out after the intermezzo. Just saw a snippet of our wedding video and it clearly shows that during our vows the lights kept going up and down because they were set on a timer which we had no idea about. So one minute it was light the next minute it was dark then the next it was in between this truly make me want to cry considering my videographer cost me well over $2000. And the creme de la creme of the whole situation was the fact that we had the rudest bartender in the country. At least 25 of my guest complained and asked if he could be replaced before the situation got out of control. Now we've contacted the Ashton Place and they have attempted to cover themselves but we have far too many witnesses for them to do so and they have way too many excuses. They are attempting to offer us $300.00 as compensation but clearly that is not enough. I can't get my day back and they seem to be fine knowing they ruined it and are even more fine with there measly hush money. This was my day and The Aston Place and it's unruly guests ruined it. Please keep your money and go else where these people do not deserve the business!!!

You also get a wedding coordinator that helps you plan and also sets up your reception for you on the day of so you don't have to worry about that. We started out with one coordinator and she was great, unfortunately about 2 weeks before the wedding we found out she had left the company and we got a new coordinator named Akanksha. I was a little nervous at first since it was so close to the wedding. But, once I met her she really put me at ease. And she really went above and beyond. Everything was set up perfectly! When I walked into the reception everything was amazing, I felt like I had a dream wedding out of a magazine but for an affordable price. Don't even get me started on the food!!!! It was seriously amazing! It has been about a month since the wedding and we are still getting so many comments from guests about how amazing the food was. It was definitely not your stereotypical OK wedding reception food. We went with the family style option because then everyone can get a little bit of everything. We did chicken, steak, and fish along with a few sides. Every single aspect was so tasty! The cake was also amazing! I had shown them a picture of what I wanted and it looked just like I had shown them. They seriously could not have done a better job on any aspect of the reception. I highly highly recommend using Ashton Place and specifically requesting Akanksha if you can. You will not be disappointed!

She told me she would speak to her boss and get back to me, but she never did. Ashton Place was clearly not looking to negotiate or accommodate our requests (which were very reasonable) - something we feel is important considering we're spending thousands of dollars. Poor customer service, who just completely ignores emails?! Anyway, we decided to go with another venue. I wouldn't waste my time on this place if you're looking for even the smallest accommodations. There are better venues out there.

And they were willing to make any adjustments or changes we asked for, and they did so with a smile. Seriously, if you're planning a wedding, you need to go talk to Dianna at Ashton Place. It will be the reception of your dreams, I guarantee!

to remember. Our guests remarked on how beautiful it was, and that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I love how Ashton Place is all inclusive and even did our wedding cake. The food was amazing (we did family style) and the cake was delicious! If I had to do it all over again, I would choose this venue time and time again.

en our initial coordinator had changed, but honestly we are so glad and lucky it did happen! I didn’t really have much of a vision to what I wanted my venue to look like. She was super helpful with what colors would work and what people like. She was also available whenever I needed her, even on her days off! The food was amazing! We had two different appetizers, a coffee bar, late night snacks, and the family style dinner. Everyone raved about the food, which also leads me to say they did a complimentary food tasting before we even booked. Soooo many places don’t offer that! They also did a tasting for appetizers too. The decorations they provided were so pretty! I did a coral theme so they provided the table runners, chair covers, sashes, and pink uplighting! I also had half the tables with the floating candle centerpiece that they provided and everything just all together turned out so beautiful. Everything ran smoothly, I would not change one thing! I would recommend this venue to anyone, and I especially recommend working with Dianna. I could go on and on with wonderful things to say about this place but I will leave it as if you want a memorable extra special day, choose this place!

It's not something you think about when booking a reception really, but Jackie's staff is meticulous and thoughtful in the delivery. I never saw carts of food or waiters stacking plates on top of each other. The cake table, which was on the dance floor to start, was taken away discreetly after we did the first cut, and we never saw a staff person walk across the floor. In fact, looking back at pictures, we can't even see the staff! This is not to say that they were invisible...I never once went without assistance, and the staff seemed to be there before I even knew I wanted something. and everything was done with a smile. This is such a little thing, but so detail-oriented.

The week of the wedding they worked with our schedule and accommodated the times we were able to drop off decorations and etc as we lived over an hour away. However the 4 times that we had met with them and the millions of e-mails that went back and forth could not have prepared us for what we walked into the night of the reception!! The staff went above and beyond what we could of even dreamed it would look like.The staff was gracious and accommodation to my wife and myself as well as our guest the night could not have turned out any better and we would not recommend any other place!

We've had nothing but glowing compliments from all our guests about the great time that they had. We weren't the only wedding they had that evening but you never would have known with how attentive our staff was. James personally walked us through the room before the guests were seated to make sure everything was ok and Pam our personal attendant was right there if we needed anthing. I coud not be more pleased with how everything turned out!!!

Through the whole process Ashton Place was very accommodating and their packages were the best of anyplace we looked at. My dad's biggest request was that we do a family style dinner and while I was against it at first, Ashton Place had the best menu of any where we looked at for family style by far. I am SO glad we did our dinner this way! It turned out amazing and we got so many compliments on how great all the food was, and the fact our guests could have as much of it as they wanted! We were able to have a peppercorn crusted fillet, tilapia with pesto and oven roasted tomatoes, prosciutto and asparagus stuffed chicken with a Parmesan sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, penne pasta with marinara, and an island vegetable medley, all offered to our guests for a base price $61 a person! (before tax, tip, and other additions). In this price their packages also included a salad, intermezzo, chair covers, our cake, a coffee bar, champagne toast with fresh fruit, open bar and more. We exchanged our appetizer for an hour's devour since we were doing a cocktail hour, otherwise that would have been something for our guests too. The salmon we tasted also was delicious btw. If you are considering family style, I would highly recommend Ashton Place, and even if you're not, I would strongly suggest you consider it with the menu Ashton Place has. You can basically take any plated entrée and make it family style ( we did this with our fillet) and you can get 3 entrées, 2 starches and a veggie for less than you would pay for one of the entrées plated. Kind of a no brainier really. We also added bottled beer to our package and because we did this they also upgraded some of our liquors too. We were able to add Bud Light and Goose Islands 312 for $2 (both were considered domestics) a person and upgraded about 3-4 liquors with this. We also extended our bar by a half hour. We used their centerpieces and everything they decorated turned out wonderful. I was very grateful for this because our florist ended up screwing up some of our table decorations and forgot flowers for the cake table, so at least nothing looked plain because of the work Ashton Place did. The bridal suites were also really nice to have and much larger than most places we looked at. We got absolute rave reviews from our guests all evening about the wonderful food and excellent service and were told on multiple occasions about how our wedding was one of if not the best many had been to. I think the ballrooms at Ashton Place are very pretty, but while it may just be a banquet hall (something I was a little hesitant on at first) and doesn't have the more scenic appeal of some other venues with outdoor spaces, everything about the professionalism, quality, value and service we received made Ashton Place stand out and make me so glad we chose this as our venue for our wedding. There is no way we could have afforded to offer all the amazing things to our 240 guests that we were able to had we not chosen Ashton Place. Thank you!!

We met with the chef and could make changes to the dishes in order to customize them to our preference (not that we needed to). Once we arrived at the reception, everything was beautiful, and set up just as we had asked. Cocktail hour was already in full swing when we arrived, and drinks and hors d'oeuvres were being served to our guests. Our introductions ended up being a bit later than planned (our fault), which delayed the start of the sit-down meal, but the staff and kitchen was flexible. The five-course meal was excellent and plentiful. Everything was still cooked perfectly (even the chicken was very juicy) despite the delay. The staff was great, too. Any time I got up or sat down, the server assigned to the head table would pull out or push in my chair, which prevented me from damaging/ripping my wedding gown. Before the first course came out, he also brought me a tablecloth to completely cover my lap and protect my gown. After we finished our entree, he told us that traditionally, now would be the time for my groom and I to travel to our guests' tables. Since we hadn't been served our wedding cake yet, he wrapped up two pieces of cake for us in a to-go box with forks and cocktail napkins for us to eat once we got to our hotel. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything. Us and our guests will have great memories of our special night. With the help of the Ashton Place coordinator and staff, everything went exactly how we planned.
