Ashyana Catering exceeded all of our expectations! Since we were having a Polish-American wedding, we wanted to serve authentic Polish food to our guests. They were one of our wedd...ing planner Barbara’s (BWeddings) and venue preferred vendors, and she coordinated everything with them seamlessly.
Ashyana partnered with a Polish caterer to make the meal as authentic as possible, and it turned out fantastic. We chose a plated dinner, and every meal came out fresh and at the perfect temperature. They took all of our feedback from the tasting and incorporated it into the final menu, and everything from the appetizers to the entrées was absolutely delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food. The wedding set up was beautiful.
The only issue we experienced was that one of our gluten-free guests had a reaction due to cross-contamination. While I wish there had been more corrective action when occurred, I don’t want that to overshadow what was otherwise an excellent catering experience.
Overall, we’re very grateful to Ashyana Catering for helping make our wedding day special. The food was delicious, the service was smooth, and we’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality catering.
