She has done a fantastic job with every detail from day one such as picking out the perfect venue, coordinating transportation for our guests, vendor referrals (DJ, caterer, videographer), surprising us with a fancy sendoff at the end of the night, personalized Mr. & Mrs. wine glasses & coffee mugs, and orchestrating the set up/break down on our wedding day while ensuring all of our personal items were returned at the end of the evening just to name a few. She even planned our epic dual bachelor/bachelorette party complete with private party busses, bottle service, classy dinners, beach party, and fun swag for the girls & guys to wear! Jill is professional, experienced, thoughtful, detail oriented, and reliable. In addition to her many valuable resources, she excelled at wedding day logistics calmly and professionally. I don’t think our wedding day could have gone smoother with the transitioning from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, to the reception, and the sendoff at the end of the evening. She handled some potentially difficult day of changes such as adjusting the timeline and ceremony location in the event the thunder/rainstorm would not pass by our ceremony time. Jill had back up plans for every scenario without sacrificing any important aspects of our wedding. rlfriends declared my bachelorette party the best they’ve ever been to! My makeup was on point, our private room for dinner was perfectly decorated, my delicious naughty cake (hehe) was the perfect surprise and VIP tables and service all night long had us rolling in style. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Jill was incredibly professional, organized and truly a pleasure to work with, so much so that she joined us for our ceremony in Jamaica. It was so nice to have her there to take care of all the details once we arrived like working directly with the wedding cordinators at the hotel so I didn’t have to. She made the morning of my ceremony truly special. Arriving at my room with champagne and everything she needed to again do my beautiful makeup. It was such a perfect day!
