We had such a great experience using AskVino for our wedding! It was honestly one of those things we didn’t realize would be so helpful until we had it.
Our guests could simply text AskVino whenever they had a question about the wedding — timing, schedule, dress code, locations, transportation, or other details — instead of reaching out to us directly. Our guests loved it and thought it was so fun being able to text Vino like their own personal wedding concierge.
It was especially helpful during the actual wedding weekend when we wanted to be present and enjoy everything instead of constantly checking our phones and answering logistical questions. We also had some last-minute changes, and being able to quickly send an update out to everyone was incredibly convenient.
It made communication with our guests so much easier, took a lot off our plate, and was such a unique touch that our guests were still talking about afterward. I would absolutely recommend AskVino to couples planning a wedding, especially if you have a lot of guests, multiple events, travel logistics, or just want to actually enjoy your wedding without being everyone’s point person!

Your guests text one number and receive instant answers to everything they need to know, from where to stay and what to wear to shuttle times, weekend plans, travel details and more. You can also broadcast wedding updates to all guests or specific groups, request RSVPs and collect dietary restrictions or mailing addresses.
AskVino requires no app and collects information entirely through text. No forms to fill out, no chasing people down. Everything is collected automatically and displayed in one dashboard. Every message and answer is sent through SMS or WhatsApp, in each guest’s preferred language.

AskVino started in 2025 while we were planning our own wedding. We were bringing guests from multiple countries to Tuscany for an entire wedding weekend. There were rooms, transportation, activities, dress codes, schedules, arrival details and dozens of little questions that mattered to our guests but that we did not want to spend our wedding weekend answering.
Our guests had one place to turn for whatever they needed. They could text naturally, ask a question at any time, receive an answer in their own language and know exactly where to go when plans changed.
What began as a way to simplify the logistics of our own wedding became something more: a personal layer of hospitality for every guest.
Today, AskVino brings that same experience to weddings everywhere, starting at $149.
Couples can use the AskVino Textline for any wedding to give every guest a place to ask questions and share information. Broadcasts are included, making it easy to send important wedding updates and create a smoother experience for both couples and guests.
For weddings with more moving pieces, couples can use the AskVino Concierge. It includes all Textline features plus a logistics package covering room assignments, excursion and activity sign-ups, flight collection and payment collection. Just like the Textline, everything happens through SMS and WhatsApp.

We built AskVino while planning our wedding in Tuscany with a simple conviction: the logistics behind a wedding should feel effortless and the guest experience should feel exceptional. We saw how much of a couple’s energy can be consumed by travel details, RSVP collection, updates and endless questions, while guests are left navigating scattered texts, wedding websites, group chats and last-minute changes on their own. AskVino was built to change both sides of that equation: giving couples more freedom to be present, while giving every guest a personal, thoughtful experience from the first detail to the final celebration. Our mission is to make elevated hospitality part of every wedding.
