The Aspen Gold team was instrumental in the success of my daughter’s wedding. Faith stepped in as the planner a couple of months before the event. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and the precision and care she took in understanding all the intricacies - like  taking the time to understanding the phonetic pronunciation of names. From when my daughter and I interviewed Faith we knew that she had the perfect temperament to be an exceptional planner - organized, personal, and problem solver.  She helped us with optimizing our decor budget and Danny and Jacqulyn  helped with  a bow tie failure before the church ceremony! The team was there for all our needs. I would highly recommend them ! 

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Faith and the Aspen Gold team. We hired Faith as our planner & day of coordinator only three months before our wedding, after switching from another planner in the middle of an already complex planning process. From the moment we hired her, my stress levels went down immensely. She immediately brought the organization, confidence, and calm we needed. Our wedding was a large, multicultural, multi-day celebration in Vail, at the Grand Hyatt Vail and Beaver Creek Chapel, that included South Indian Tamil traditions, a Syro-Malabar Catholic wedding ceremony with a mass, and an Indian-American fusion reception. With more than 200 guests, approximately 30 vendors, multiple venues, extensive transportation logistics, outfit and room transitions, cultural ceremonies, and live food stations, there were an enormous number of moving pieces. Faith went above and beyond from the very beginning. She quickly learned every detail, identified potential issues, and handled the complexity with incredible professionalism. She also took the time to understand the meaning behind our traditions and ensure the weekend honored both of our families, cultures, and religions. She never treated our wedding like a standard template, everything was customized to our specific wedding and experience. Throughout the wedding weekend, Faith & team remained calm, attentive, and several steps ahead. They were able to pivot whenever circumstances changed, adjust timelines as needed, and keep everything moving without making us feel stressed or rushed. We were able to remain present and truly enjoy our wedding because we the Aspen Gold team completely. Danny and Jacqulyn were also incredible as our day-of assistants. They were warm, proactive, professional, and constantly helping with transitions, coordinating guests and vendors, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and somehow were always there when we needed them. We received multiple unsolicited compliments from our vendors, several of whom told us that the Aspen Gold team was one of the best planning and coordination teams they had ever worked with. Our guests similarly described the wedding as one of the most beautiful, memorable, and well-executed weddings they had attended. Hiring Faith and the Aspen Gold team was one of the best decisions we made. They stepped into an unusually challenging situation and helped make our wedding weekend everything we had envisioned. We will always be incredibly grateful to Faith, Danny, and Jacqulyn, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Aspen Gold to anyone, especially anyone planning a large, multicultural, multi-day, or logistically complicated wedding!
