So disappointed in their service. We rented the classic white limo for a special piece to my daughters wedding. They showed up in a black van when we specifically needed the white limo. They didn’t warn us or call ahead. We had to improvise because a black van would not have for the plan for getting the bride to the ceremony in style. Tried to call Ali at Aspen and he has not returned any of my calls. And his answering service hung up on me when I tried to find out what happened. Do not use Aspen. They clearly don’t have the customers best interest at the front of their priority.

My mom bought us a one-way ride from the Church to the reception hall and all-in-all it was pretty decent and not terribly expensive. They upgraded us to a bigger limo bus for no extra charge and the interior was very nice. The bluetooth speaker system didn't work so we couldn't play music and the driver had a lead-foot and would constantly slam on the breaks. Again, the experience was about even with the price we paid.

We used Aspen for about an hour limo ride from our ceremony in St. Cloud to Silverwood Park in Minneapolis. The limo was very clean, had plenty of glasses for us all to toast, and had great music. Communication beforehand was a little iffy, but the day of everything went smoothly and it was perfect!

We had a bridal party of 14 including the bride & groom. We decided to stick with one limo and we went with the H2 stretch. I t was beautiful inside and out. The driver was amazing. He was there on time and waiting patiently for the bridal party to finish taking pictures.

I could not believe the horrible service we received on our wedding night. We book car service 2 months ahead of time for our wedding night. I even called two days before the wedding to confirm. The night before the wedding, the driver or dispatcher called me to ask where we were, as he was waiting to pick us up...the day before we booked the car! The night of the wedding, he showed up almost an hour late, after our guests had all left the wedding, which was AFTER he called to tell us he was waiting for us at the hotel to bring us to the venue, when we needed him to bring us to the hotel. You can't make this stuff up this up. Worst car service every.

I was nervous when I first found Aspen Limo online. The person answering their phone service was difficult to understand and the whole thing seemed kind of sketchy. I had to call them back and request a written confirmation, which they emailed me. But their prices were unbeatable - $495 for 2 hours of a 16-person stretch Hummer with tip already included. The driver was dressed well, on time, and very nice :)
