We hired Lauren based off her "type A" personality and her strong vision of what we wanted our big day to be. The planning processes is already stressful especially when youre plan...
ning an out of town wedding but somehow Lauren made it even more so. She prided herself on how communicative she is but it took on average 2-4 weeks to get a simple response from her on time sensitive issues. I firmly believe that she was trying to get us to spend more money because she charges based off a percentage of your budget. There were SOOOO many red flags during the planning process with her but the last straw came 3 months before our big day. She requested to change a meeting date (one that was highly anticipated and full of last details) and she never showed up. She stopped ALL communication to us even when we reached out via email, phone and a messaging app she used. At one point our wedding planning website was locked out because she didn't pay the bill. During our process of cancelling our contract with her we saw that she actually dissolved her business back in February 2023 without letting us know. So in a nut shell she took our money and ghosted us.

he face of heavy winds and things happening beyond her control, she was always professional, able to overcome obstacles and made it look effortless. Very impressed!
