NJ, I went ahead and scheduled a weekend. Morning of (2 hours before the appointment) I was texted and told car problems were preventing them from coming out and they would reschedule.
Now, I understand car problems. There is also Uber, Lyft, other services, etc. I was never informed if it would be rescheduled to later that day or another day. I'm still waiting to hear if they will reschedule, but it has been silence.
Worst part--I had two groomsmen FLY to NJ for this time and I am now out ~$300 on event catering for this. I'm also scrambling to arrange for suits for my wedding party, as I told other suit makers we would go elsewhere and now we are out of the window in which I can go somewhere else for custom suits. So i'm in a pretty bad boat due to their unprofessionalism and downright inconsideration. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If they did this to me, don't rely on them for your wedding.
An amazing company that creates custom and quality suits for an affordable price. I wouldn't do business anywhere else!

I had two suits made by Astor Vance one for my husband and one for my two year old son. They came out amazing. We were able to choose the material, color and cut of the suits and they were nothing short of amazing. The service was professional ...
and the sales team was able to answer and assure me of any questions and concerns I had (fit and timeline). The suits came in fitting perfectly, we got an overwhelming number of compliments especially for my son- but that’s obvious- I mean a two year old in a custom navy blue tux?! I would definitely recommend them to my closest friends and family and use them again myself for future events. Five star service and product!
