Hi, I'm Emma! The planner behind the curtain at Astriella.
When I'm not coordinating weddings or events, you can find me at a Cars and Coffee on weekend mornings, curled up with a cozy management game (like Disney Dreamlight Valley or Stardew Valley), or spending quality time with my partner and our fur baby Mia: the sweetest terrier-pitbull who will absolutely warm your heart. I tell you this because I want you to know who you're actually hiring. Someone who genuinely loves what she does and brings her whole self to every event.
I've been planning weddings and events for years, from intimate ceremonies to full-scale celebrations spanning multiple cultures and traditions. I've coordinated Jewish ceremonies, Filipino weddings, blended families, and everything in between. Every single one has taught me something new about what it means to honor a couple's story.
My approach is simple: I handle the chaos so you don't have to. Whether you come to me with a fully mapped out vision or just a feeling you can't quite put into words yet, I meet you where you are. I love the creative side (the mood boards, the aesthetics, the atmosphere) just as much as I love the logistics side with the timelines, the vendor coordination, and the quiet confidence of knowing every detail is covered.
My favorite compliment? When a couple or family member tells me they actually got to be present on the wedding day. That moment is my why.
