If I could give more than 5 stars I would. At Ease Events, specifically Laura Clark, made the wedding planning process a breeze. Personally, I am not the type that has been planning my wedding since I was a little girl, I have a very time consuming job along with a type A personality.. Laura is the type of planner/person who brainstorms with you and gives vendor suggestions as if it were her own wedding. Her personality is immediately calming and it is so easy to trust her. To prove my point, she assisted me in getting dressed in my wedding gown when I was flustered and I needed her calming presence. She went above and beyond in making timeline/programs for the day to pass out to everyone (I had not asked her to do so or knew she was going to) She made sure to have the venue save a bundle of flowers for the father of the groom who had passed years ago, to set on his grave. Her attention to detail and the way she cares about you and your day as if it were her own is so rare to find. BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WEDDING. I know I have made a lifelong friend in Laura, and I cannot wait to get together here soon. :) I must add, I have had family members and friends that attended our wedding reach out to me after to rave about her helping in every aspect of the day.

My husband and I got married on October 12th, 2024 and we worked with Laura on our big day. She was an absolute dream to work with! Hire them, NOW! I pinky promise that you won’t regret it. I am quite organized and I truly thought that I would be able to handle the wedding day on our own.. but I am beyond grateful that we hired At Ease Events. Laura was the absolute best! She was organized and beyond helpful. I even got compliments from our fellow vendors regarding how much they liked and appreciated Laura. I cannot rave about how much I appreciated Laura on our big day. She was running around making sure that everything was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to enjoy. If I needed her, she was there! She took such great care of us on our special day and also the entire month before. We cannot thank Laura enough! Cheering you and your team on always!!

Laura was amazing and made our wedding day perfect!!! She was great to communicate with prior to wedding day, was so knowledgeable about the industry, and was super organized. She was so real and honest with us, which made us fully trust her on wedding day. Her services were invaluable.

I would give At Ease 100 stars if I could - they are AMAZING!!! Our favorite vendor of our entire wedding. Laura is incredible. She is down to earth, focused, and so dedicated to her clients. From the start we trusted her, and rightfully so. She had our backs through every up and down during the planning process, provided us with great resources to help ensure everything went smoothly. She was so on it with vendor communication and it took so much off of our to-do list as the wedding inched closer. On the day of our wedding, Laura and Morgan were fabulous! They ensured everything went smoothly - if anything went wrong, we weren't aware because they handled everything so quickly and professionally. Absolutely love them and can't say enough good things about them.

I can't say enough good things about Laura and Morgan--they truly made our wedding day. I was so nervous about all of the moving pieces, but Laura and Morgan took care of everything so that we could relax and enjoy the day. They went above and beyond, even doing things that weren't in their contract (like helping with the aisle décor and running to the liquor store when we were running low on whiskey). I will always be grateful for everything that they did to make our wedding so special.

We worked with Laura as our day of coordinator and I absolutely could not express how seamless she made our big day! I didn't have to stress about a single thing when our day came! We met with her about a month in advance and she took over all vendor communication and I trusted her completely! I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day- from receiving all vendors at the reception, to coordinating our ceremony and making sure all flowers and decor were where they needed to be- she was truly exceptional! I can't imagine doing the day without her. She was also so sweet and fun to work with!

Laura was absolutely incredible! She was our wedding coordinator for our wedding, she completely took over 30 days out from the wedding and it was a huge weight off my shoulders. I completely trusted her with contact between all of our vendors, she was wonderful in communicating with them and setting up a timeline. My email inbox looked a lot better with her doing all the communication, I then had all vendor questions that she couldn’t answer (which was minimal) just in one simple email from Laura every now and then. On the day of, everything was perfectly timed out, the timeline she created was wonderful and was a link we could share with all our wedding party. We didn’t have a cake stand and she went to the venue she owns and brought one back for us to use!! We couldn’t believe how nice!! She was a rockstar at getting everyone where they needed to be, when they needed to be there and keeping everything flowing. We ran out of margaritas 3 times (yikes) and every time she was on the ball communicating with our vendor to get us more! Professional, easy to work with, highly recommend!

Laura is the absolute best to work with. She keeps your day 100% on pace and you never really have to worry about anything. Vendor conversations were handled straight through her 30 days out and took a huge stress off our shoulders. Her on site day coordinator that day was wonderful. Sierra was always one step ahead, quick to jump in even when not expected. My husband and I would not have had as great of a day without either of them. At the end of the day he couldn't believe how much they do for you. 10/10 recommended without hesitation.

At Ease Events KC is a must on your wedding day. Laura was our day-of-coordinator and she made the whole day run so smoothly. She helped to give us our dream wedding day. She was professional, calming, efficient, and the most prepared for everything!! I can’t say enough how much she helped with our special day! She’s the best!!!

After a bad experience with our initial wedding planner, we were a little skeptical about booking another planner to help with our day of coordination. Thankfully, after our initial meeting with Laura, all our worries were put to rest. Laura was absolutely wonderful to work with, ESPECIALLY on our wedding day. She was organized, efficient, kept everyone and everything together, and an amazing hype woman. I cannot recommend her enough and don't think our wedding day could have gone as smoothly without her.

Laura with At Ease Events was wonderful!! Due to my other wedding coordinator backing out on me a week before my wedding, Laura stepped in and was so extremely helpful...she basically saved me from panicking!! She is very organized and had a wonderful timeline established for us within a couple of days and was so great at answering all of my questions. Laura really truly helped me on my biggest day and I am forever thankful and grateful to her.

I've worked with At Ease on several occasions for non wedding work. They will be who I contact for my eventual wedding. Their professional and courteous nature are the best you could expect from any coordinator. I have no worries when At Ease is at the helm because everything is taken care of, like I would have done it myself, sometimes even better. If you want your day to run smooth with no stress At Ease is who you are looking for.
