Highly recommended!
When I accidentally fell in love with the most beautiful engagement ring in the world at A.T. Thomas, they made sure that my best friend left the store with a card with all the information she would need to direct my then boyfriend right back to it. Imagine my surprise when he got down on one knee and showed me the ring he had purchased!!
A.T. Thomas was where we went to buy his ring as well. My husband got to try on multiple rings, while he and the salesman talked about the width of his ring related to grip on a golf club (who knew that was even an issue?). We walked away very satisfied that day, too!
And when I ordered my band, but wanted one diamond replaced with a sapphire as an homage to my mother's engagement ring, they took care of that without any problem.
A.T. Thomas has been so good to us! We are so thankful to have a wonderful store like theirs in town!!
The selection at A.T. Thomas was wonderful and the associates were very helpful!
We ended up tweaking the ring I picked out slightly and the associate who helped us was very attentive to detail.
The only thing I'd mention is be sure to check with them on the sizing. We had some problems with the sizing not being correct.

They were willing to create a custom design for us withing our price range were a few other places acted like it was impossible for them to do. They were also really reasonably priced!
A.T. Thomas is always very helpful and quick with whatever we need. We had a custom band made that was done in under 2 weeks. My rings were soldered together in 3 days. The quality of my ring vs price was very reasonable and my ring is absolutely gorgeous and always sparkling. I would highly recommend them based on their great customer service and their short time span of work, as I know these are 2 things that not all jewelers have going for them!
I was not with my husband when he purchased my engagement/wedding band set. However, whenever I need to go into the store to have my rings cleaned, or have any questions all of the folks in the store are very helpful. My rings are beautiful!
Great selection and easy to work with.
My husband and I picked out our wedding bands here and they had by far the best customer service, prices, and selection out of every place we looked. We worked with Brian and he listened to the style of bands we wanted and what our price range was--which was something not many other jewelers had done.
we got both our rings here and i got my husband a watch for his wedding gift. The sales people are helpful and the product is great! love everything and had an enjoyable experience too.
Brian, Chris and the entire AT Thomas staff were great to deal with. They custom made our rings and we get so many compliments on them.
This jeweler is the best in town. They are not stuck up or rude, they are kind and considerate. I couldn't be happier w/ the customer service I recieved. Every employee treated us with respect and was patient and fun! They gave me great deals on my rings, let us put things on lay-away and pay whenever we could, we get to upgrade our jewelery any time we want, the list goes on!! I love them!! & I will forever be a customer of AT Thomas.
My Husband and I both got our wedding bands, and my engagement ring all from A.T. Thomas. The staff was great from helping us pick things out to ordering and customizing changes. One of the owners helped us, and even made me feel special by saying that no other women would ever have my ring.
