Planning a wedding can be very stressful but do yourself a favor and hire At Your Service Bartending so you wont have to give the bar service a second thought. They showed up and crushed it from start to finish. Our wedding was open bar for over 200 people with the majority age range being 25-35 (Heavy drinkers) and there was never a line longer than 3 people which is unheard of. They were quick, professional, and needed almost no direction just give them a place to set up and let them do what they do best serve drinks. On the day of our wedding there was a little mix up with the beer (we got a TON of free beer thanks to an inept delivery driver) and we ended up with WAY more types of beer than expected. Kristine & team quickly pivot to get our favorite beers served to our guests and offloaded as much of the free beer as possible on the rest of our unsuspecting guests. Kristine & team served guests quickly, made sure nobody was overserved, and (I could say this 1,000 times) was a true pleasure to work with. ed us to have an open bar without spending a fortune- We purchased the booze we wanted, soda, cups, etc, and Kristine made everything happen. Everyone loves an open bar wedding, yet it fit seamlessly into our budget. Christian and Maria were fantastic bartenders- Maria even saved me the last glass of my signature cocktail, since the sangria was such a hit! We would use At Your Service again in a heartbeat!

She was easy to contact and always made herself available when I had follow-up questions. The day of, we just dropped all of the alcohol, mixers, and ice to the venue and they took care of the rest. When I arrived, the bar looked so professional and organized! They brought stands and containers for the mixed drinks and all their supplies they could possibly need. The staff were so nice and social with our guests! They were lively and talkative but all the while remained professional. At the end of the night, they had everything packed right back up for us and helped move everything into the car. At Your Service bartending was a huge part in our wedding day team and we would highly recommend them to anyone throwing an event! We can't thank them enough

st month after having to postpone a year later due to COVID. Kristine has helped us for the past 2 years and is SO great at communicating! When I would call her if she wasn’t available/working she would immediately text me or call me back! But was so so thorough in her communication it made all the difference! She helped with letting us know everything we’d need for drinks, ice, etc. She is SO friendly, personable it felt like chatting with a friend all the time when we would speak! But at the same time she is a true professional & really knows her stuff! The day of her husband/mother were great! The drinks were delicious, they were so friendly, always made sure my husband & I had drinks, and were great day of with the intense heat we dealt with/moving the different bar set-ups from outside to upstairs! Everything went smoothly and our day was perfect - At Your Service Bartending was a huge part of this & we can’t recommend them enough! We will definitely keep them in mind for any future bartending needs!

had exactly what we needed for the bar, extremely personable and friendly. I had freaked out due to people BRINGING food that I had not prepared for nor did I have the oven space, without even asking Kristine was in my kitchen helping cook and bring out food just to keep me calm while her husband tended bar. Day of the wedding, they set up everything perfectly and came prepared with their face masks and great attitudes. My husband and I always had a drink ready for us and our champagne was filled without asking. Kristine treated us as if she had known us for YEARS and I even forgot that they were our bartenders! n though we weren't having many guests, we wanted a bartender to serve drinks, both for safety and to make the occasion feel special! Kristine at At Your Service was a dream to work with, so friendly and agreeable, she helped me pick out what we needed for alcohol, gave me great recipes for sangria and margaritas, and was readily available to answer questions. We provided the alcohol and ice, but AYS brought everything else they needed to set up a bar including drink dispensers, ice buckets, even a table. The day of the event, Kristine and her husband did an excellent job serving our guests with a (masked) smile. So many of our guests commented on just how great the bartenders were. HIGHLY recommend them to service your event, no matter the size!

this company has achieved 5 stars but my experience was atrocious. Kristine was extremely unorganized in the lead up to the event, calling me multiple times a day after I specified email would be easiest for me. Then the two bartenders get to our event and ask me how to make the drinks after I handed a printed copy of both recipes to each of them. They were bickering with each other and asking me to help chop fruit...I hired bartenders so I could focus on other aspects of event set up and they made more work for me rather than help me. Then the event started and an hour in the two bartenders had walked over to the food truck we had for our guests and helped themselves to food without asking. They were eating in front of the guests behind the bar and at one point my colleague had to step in as bartender because their hands were to full with food... The real kicker was that Kristine sent me an invoice for $150 more than what we agreed on and being in a rush before going on vacation I paid it. An hour later I realized the price difference and emailed Kristine. She tried calling me but I was unable to answer at the moment and I told her to please email me. She never responded or refunded me the $150. Stay away from this mess of a company.

She is one of the easiest people to work with and just chat with!! (I guess that is what makes her great at her job!) She was able to provide us with a great bartender for the day (Hayley) who was a sweetheart and worked her butt off! She went over everything we would need for the day and when I wanted to go overboard on what to purchase she would not let me and insisted I would not need as much as I thought I would..and was she right! I am so glad I listened to her! We still have a bunch of bottles left (and I would have bought more!) But luckily we are building a bar in our new home right now so it will be a good excuse to have another party!! Definitely try her sangria recipe...Our guests loved it and could not stop filling up their glasses! I would recommend Kristine and her agency to everyone! THANK YOU!!!

AYS is really affordable and you get way more than you pay for in terms of service. I've already told other brides to hire AYS and I would hire them again in a second!

From the very beginning, Kristine was very patient in explaining options and giving advice on everything from what drinks to by to how many cups and in what size. It was also fantastic that her company supplies a lot of the little things (think napkins, corkscrews, etc.), which meant I didn't have to worry about it. She also gave some good advice on having a signature cocktail, which directs a lot of traffic to one easy to serve drink which keeps the lines down (and potentially liquor costs, depending on your drink). We were having a BBQ wedding and Kristine suggested a hard lemonade with a similar taste to Del's Frozen Lemonade. I'm still getting compliments on how good that was. On the day of the wedding, they were fantastic. There was never a line and everyone got what they wanted. They arrived early and set everything up. They were great at recognizing that we were behind schedule for the cocktail hour and made sure they closed the bar when we needed to to accommodate the caterer. They also managed to move the bar items across the entire property to a second bar location without a hitch. I'm not sure the bar ever shut down. At the end of the night, everything was neatly boxed to go. They boxed everything that was mine to keep together (open stuff, etc.) and kept the stuff that was returnable in another box. They did a great job at only opening and chilling the minimum number of wine bottles, so we didn't end up with a ton of stuff we had to keep. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. On top of the great service, it save us a boatload of money. We were able to pick exactly what beer and wines we wanted at exactly the price point we wanted. And we were able to return the unopened stuff (we bought ours at a Total Wine, I highly recommend). We were also able to get exactly the liquor we wanted without paying inflated prices that most caterers charge. And we were also able to do simple things like have buckets of nonalcoholic drinks around the property, which also assisted in keeping the lines and costs down. I would recommend Kristine's company to anyone. She is an absolute professional who is just wonderful to deal with.
