Atelier Du Papier

I heard great things about Atelier Du Papier's work from friends and fellow brides. I was very excited to meet with them. We have an hour plus meeting with them and the lady we met with was very helpful. I waited 2 weeks and had to follow up with them before receiving a quote. When I did receive it they had both my grooms and my name misspelled. I did respond with my concerns and didn't receive an updated version for 2 additional weeks. Please keep in mind I never received a price quote just a sample of they work (which was extremely bland). 5 months later I have never heard back-after numerous calls and emails I am still waiting to hear back-needless to say I never will. If you want a punctual vendor this is not the company to go with. Although they are known for high end work they don't know how to show customer service to paying customers.
