I was first introduced to Elina by my neighbors who had commissioned her for their wedding band sets. Immediately upon contacting her and introducing myself, she arranged a teleconference to get an idea of what my desires were as this was my first time designing a ring. She made me feel at ease and I was able to put into words the thoughts I had for an engagement ring. She was patient in guiding me through the difference in the stones, band material, finish, and setting.
After Elina sent me the 3D markup of my design, I was flabbergasted by the beauty of the design. The finish, setting, everything was amazing. I showed a couple very close friends, individually for feedback and they to fell in love with the design and workmanship in the markup.
In less than 4 weeks, I had the engagement ring in my hand. It had heft and a beautiful finish as I had envisioned; simply perfect. Through every step of the way, Elina was supportive, kept me informed and delivered on the promises she made. She even sent a congratulatory note when I finally popped the question. Such a wonderful experience.

I cannot recommend Elina enough -- I wish I could give her 10 stars! I worked with Elina to design a custom 3-stone engagement ring for my partner. I went into the process not knowing much about diamonds or the anatomy of a ring. I also didn't have a totally clear vision of what I wanted. From the start, Elina was so patient and warm with me. Once I met her, I knew I had to get a ring from her, simply because of what a wonderful person I felt she was and the incredible energy I felt from her.
I will say this - Elina knows her diamonds! She was so knowledgeable about absolutely everything, even including considering the future wedding band that my partner would wear and how we should consider it within the ring design. No decision went unaccounted for and every single detail of the ring was carefully considered. Elina worked within my budget and gave me a level of attention, care, personalization, and customization that I really have never felt before. She went out of her way to not only create the perfect ring, but give me a memorable experience from beginning to end. When I saw the finished ring I could not believe it. I had gone into the process not really knowing what I even wanted and through working with Elina, the end result was a ring that took my breath away and was absolutely perfect. My partner continues to stare at it to this day - it is so beautiful and captures her personality perfectly. I now consider Elina my jeweler for life. I'm so happy to have met her and can't wait to design another custom piece with her in the future.

Elina went above and beyond in helping me to create the perfect engagement ring. She has so many great ideas and worked with me to custom build the ideal design and to find the absolute best stone. My fiancee gets compliments every single day on how amazing her ring looks. We also turned to Elina for our wedding bands, and as always, she took the time to meet and discuss all of our ideas and helped to deliver exactly what we wanted. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality jeweler.

Elina was amazing in help me pick out the perfect ring for my fiance. She made time to meet with me in person to help brainstorm designs I liked, being in constant contact with sample drawings and changes, and being 100% transparent about upcoming steps. Once we had a final design, Elina made sure everything was done in a timely fashion and delivery was prompt. She even connected me with a reputable insurance agent for the ring. All in all, Elina was wonderful and I look forward to recommending her to all my friends.

Working with Elina to design my ring was amazing! I chose her after reading her stellar reviews and am so glad I did. Working with stones I inherited from my beloved Grandmother, I needed someone I could trust! After our first consultation, I knew I had made the right choice. I explained the ideas that I had and she drew sketches and we worked together to come up with the design. Her process of sketching and creating a model helped me see that the design would be exactly what I wanted and when the ring was made, it was perfection! I just love it and couldn’t be happier with Elina’s creativity, knowledge, professionalism, talent and skill!!
Elina truly goes above and beyond. In hopes of finding the perfect ring for my fiancee, I visited half a dozen jewelers in the diamond district of Manhattan. None struck me as sincere and trustworthy as Elina. I appreciated her patience and shared devotion to designing my fiancee’s ring to her specifications. Just when I thought that I had chosen the perfect diamond, she continued to find superior ones on subsequent visits, while still meeting my less flexible budget. I know that she has loyal customers who return to her for multiple life events, and I can see why. Her hard work rightly pays off. Would highly recommend.
