e Caribbean. From my son's initial walkthrough & all planning stages it was seamless & effortless. The immediate correspondence & vendor recommendations were on point. The food is absolutely delicious!!!!! Our guests are still speaking about it & the service staff had great attention to detail. The view is stunning!!!!! I want to personally thank Andrew/Larry & Giancarlo’s for the true essence of superb customer service throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this venue as it has a lofty feel with elements of class, great atmosphere with a wonderful experience for our families/friends & most importantly my son & my daughter in law.

r future brides who could potentially choose this as your venue, do not expect communication once you have booked your event. We had countless unanswered emails the months prior to the wedding. We were told that we could arrive prior to the ceremony to set up favors and flowers, only to be turned away. The room was unfinished as guests arrived. My daughter was in tears and my husband and the bridal party were so upset. The grooms men went to a restaurant near by for food and drink as they prepared when they were told there was nothing the venue could provide. If the view is important to you, this place is outstanding. If anything else is important, I advise you look elsewhere.

staff did a phenomenal job managing every detail of our event. I’ll provide more detail below but we absolutely recommend Atelier for weddings/events! The Space: From the moment we first toured the room, we were blown away by the view. The huge windows make the view of the Manhattan skyline crystal clear no matter where in the room your guests are seated. The outside terrace is spacious and made for memorable photos throughout the night. The unique light fixtures look so cool in photos, but we also recommend getting the additional lighting package for extra fun party vibes. The Food/Drinks: We’ve been getting nonstop compliments about the food from all our guests. We have some picky eaters on both sides of the family and everyone was raving about it. Passed cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres were delicious and our dinner came out piping hot. For dessert, the petit fours were so cute and yummy and we did our cake through Atelier and it was SO good - definitely recommend the cannoli cream. Top shelf liquor is included in the wedding open bar package and the drinks and bar staff were fantastic. The Staff: We cannot be more thankful to the whole Atelier staff who absolutely took the best care of our guests. We’re still getting comments about how thoughtful and efficient the waitstaff were. The Planning: Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. He made us excited for all the possibilities for our reception and is an efficient/timely communicator. He was able to answer every question we threw his way and went above and beyond to make sure we had the night of our lives.

The ballroom itself is spacious and beautiful as well, and the staff did a great job transitioning seamlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception (with delicious food served along the way - not always a given with wedding venues!). Andrew was very communicative throughout the planning process and had impeccable attention to detail during the event. The Atelier Ballroom was perfect - I highly recommend it!

The night of the wedding he checked on me multiple times and we had to make a last minute call to move indoors and his team did that with ease. Note to mention, one of the staff members danced with my husband’s grandmother at one point, I thought that was so thoughtful and adorable. Our family and friends are still raving about the quality of the food, the spectacular view, the kind and helpful staff. If I could plan this wedding again I would go with Atelier a million times over. Everything was wonderful!

, the view is incredible. I would recommend this venue and this team of people to anyone. The food was so good that members of my family who had never been there before said they would come back for dinner! Make sure you plan way ahead! This place will book up fast!

Hudson & Co. is one of the best Jersey City restaurants, and the food was divine, but more importantly, the staff was endlessly attentive and friendly- they really went above and beyond. I 100% recommend Atelier Ballroom!

We’ve all been to weddings where the food is just OK, but definitely not here, it was 5 stars all the way. Andrew the maitre D, was absolutely the best! He responds to emails faster than anyone I’ve ever met! Any questions or concerns I had were met by Andrews very prompt and clear answers. He directed the day perfectly and truly helped make my wedding day even more special. With a sincere heart I cannot thank Andrew and the atelier staff enough! If anyone is planning a wedding or private party , I would highly recommend the Atelier!

He was super quick to answer all my questions and on the day of, he helped coordinate everything and made sure everything was just perfect. The location is absolutely beautiful with the river and the skyline in the background, my guests couldn't get enough of the view and it made it perfect for stunning pictures. To be honest, I didn't really need to decorate the place because it is already so pretty on its own! I highly recommend the Atelier and of course Andrew who will make your day really really special!

ad while trying to book an event at Atelier Ballroom. Let me start by saying it should have been a red flag that every Saturday I inquired about on short notice (in the prime months of April & May) were all available. For starters, the event coordinator I worked with, Chelsi, was extremely unresponsive to my emails. Every time I had an inquiry, she’d say she’d get back to me with an answer, and I wouldn’t hear back from her. I’d literary have to send an email (which I rarely received a response from) then call to track her down. I felt like I was chasing her to give her my money. On top of that, the menu items they offer for the price of $140 per person is pitiful. Tater tots, pub fries, pizza, buffalo wings, spinach and artichoke dip.. I’m sorry, is this a sports bar or an upscale catering facility? They also tried to tell me they would provide me with 6 pizzas (8 slices per) for 125 guests!! I couldn’t believe my ears. Were more than half my guests supposed to just not have food to eat?! Last I heard from Chelsi, she was supposed to get back to me about different menu options. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard a thing. Well guess what? I took my business elsewhere! Oh, and by the way, they don’t have free parking for guests, and they don’t validate at the garage nearby, so that’s another expense you’re left having to foot the bill for.
