I would recommend Atlanta Dahlia a million times over. Amanda and Lee are the nicest people I've ever met and were so supportive and helpful throughout our entire time working with them. From engagement photos to our wedding day, they were always flexible and made everything and anything work for us! We are obsessed with our wedding photos! We don't typically consider ourselves photogenic people but Amanda and Lee made us look amazing! I can't say enough about how wonderful Amanda and Lee are. We were so comfortable and at ease with them for every session. We can't recommend Atlanta Dahlia enough!!

Amanda was AMAZING. She is communicative, talented, and made us feel so comfortable. She offered great direction and she really captured great photos both inside and outside. We used Atlanta Dahlia for our wedding photos/videography. They are absolutely amazing! We have used them so many times before, we can't recommend them enough! They did my sisters engagement, wedding, maternity, my engagement, wedding, and even our Christmas pictures. They are the nicest people ever and make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They really know how to capture every amazing moment! Highly recommend them for weddings or any other types of photos!

We hired Amanda and Lee for our wedding day and they were amazing to work with! They focused on every detail I asked for. My husband does not like taking pictures at all. I was expecting him to complain the entire time. But Amanda and Lee made it fun and tried to do the pictures as quick as possible (like we asked). We wanted pictures of the day, but also wanted to be able to enjoy it and boy did they make that happen! They helped stage us and set us up for some beautiful pictures. I couldn't thank them enough!

Amanda and Lee were absolute dreams to work with on our wedding day! They were super communicative with me leading up to the event and helped us hone in the itinerary for the day. They were so helpful with posing prompts and made us feel and look natural in the final result. The photos and video are absolutely stunning and more than we could have ever imagined or hoped for. They even turned around a highlight reel overnight for us to use at a larger reception the next day! To top it off, they were so kind, thoughtful and supportive the entire day and were sure to capture images and footage that were very “us”. Would 1,000% recommend for any events in the Crystal Coast region!

Amanda and Lee were a dream team! They both came down for our engagement photos the year before, and Lee came with an assistant to shoot our wedding. We've gotten so many compliments on our photos and will cherish them for the rest of our lives. They captured every moment and made sure to check in frequently to make sure we had all the shots we wanted. Amanda was soooo nice all along the way. I don’t even know where to begin. Amanda met with us almost a year prior to our destination wedding and we clicked right away! She is so friendly and easy to communicate with! Amanda continued to check in on us and asked how wedding planning was going every few months. She met with us prior to the wedding and set up the timeline for the entire day. This was such a huge stress relief to have the day planned out. I was able to share this timeline with my other vendors, bridal party, and family and it was a life saver the day of! We also hired Amanda’s husband as our videographer and they work wonderfully together. They showed us how to pose for pictures together and made it so comfortable. I would highly recommend Atlanta Dahlia Photography!!

BOOK THEM!! Amanda and her husband were one of my favorite vendors to work with. The booking process was very easy and she checks in with you multiple times leading up to the wedding. We also received a gift from her, which made us even more excited to work with them. I am glad we did engagement photos with them as well since they showed how great they are to work with. The day of the wedding they captured EVERYTHING we wanted. The best part was getting the sneak peaks the the next morning for us to share with everyone, and to use for thank you cards! We got the rest of our photos back a couple weeks ago and they are breathtaking. And we got so many back!! Do not hesitate to book them!! They will make your day even more special!

I can’t even begin to describe how much we loved having Amanda be a part of our wedding day! Her and her husband are such a sweet couple and they are amazing at what they do. Communication was always prompt and professional, and I could literally message her with anything I needed, photography related or not, and she would reply quickly! I was so relieved when they arrived the day of the wedding because Amanda is just so calm and sweet and instantly helped with my nerves. She kept us on time and followed our schedule. Not to mention her work is AMAZING! We got our our sneak peaks the very next day and are so thrilled with them! I’m honestly sad that I’m finished working with her now!

Amanda was prompt and professional from the first time we spoke through our follow-ups after my wedding. She is so incredibly talented and all of the programs she uses are convenient and easy to use (signing contracts, making payments, reviewing/downloading photos, etc...)! We can not say enough about how amazing Amanda and her team were throughout our entire wedding planning and after! Having wedding photos that I loved was one of my top list must-haves and Amanda did more than I could have imagined to make that happen. We feel we are awkward taking pictures but Amanda made us feel extremely comfortable. Our small guest list loved her too! With her live streaming service, she also made our out of town guest feel that they were right there with us. Their high-quality equipment allowed for our virtual guests to be able to hear the entire outdoor ceremony that was on a porch of a beachfront house. We cannot stop looking at our finished gallery and watching our video! Amanda has an amazing talent and I highly recommend her to anyone!

We were so lucky to have Amanda and her husband to attend our special day! Amanda was great from the moment we first reached out, she was so quick to respond and was always willing to jump on the phone with me to answer any questions that I had. As our wedding got closer we had a lot of last minute changes due to covid and Amanda was so awesome and accommodating to those changes. My husband and I are both awkward with pictures but our private couple photo shoot was great, it was fun, relaxed, and that was because our photographers made it that way. The pictures are fantastic as well, our family has not stopped talking about them since they came out! We really enjoy having them be a part of our special day and I would highly recommend them!

Amanda and her partner were seriously a dream come true. Like many, we had to reschedule our wedding and lost our photographer back home. North Carolina photographers were a lot more expensive than florida photographers and it was really difficult to find one that would fit into our budget. Amanda did just that as well as offered a military discount. She captured such beautiful moments, helped us laugh through the craze of the day, and remained so insanely flexible when we were running behind. The sneak peek pictures we received the same day made literally everyone we showed them to cry again while they reminisced on the beautiful day. I hope we’re in North Carolina long enough to work with Amanda again sometime in the future. If you’re looking for a wonderful team and beautiful pictures, amanda is the girl for you!!

I am SO happy to have found Amanda! She is truly a gem. We had so much fun taking photos with her and you can tell she loves what she does. From the day I first contacted her, she was super responsive, almost always replying within the hour. Amanda answered all my questions in great detail and was so excited to work with us. The whole experience felt like working with a friend. My sisters and I wanted to get photos taken on the beach with our mom for her 60th birthday, so we were getting a ~1-hour family photo session done. Of all the people I looked up for that amount of time, Amanda gave me one of the most affordable quotes. For how much we got, this was BY FAR the best value. Her photos are light and airy and of really great quality. Besides being photographed by such a sweet and friendly person, the best thing about choosing Amanda is that she edits and sends you ALL POSSIBLE PHOTOS. Almost all photographers will charge you for an hour and send you 30 edited photos. We got back nearly TWO. HUNDRED. PHOTOS!! That was for a 1-hour family session. She does say most family shoots will end up with 60-90 photos so maybe we were all just having so much fun and giving her a ton of stuff to work with lol. We were scheduled to meet July 5 but the weather all week was calling for rain. So Amanda suggested meeting a day early to leave the next day as a backup. Amanda was so understanding and flexible with her time and kept me updated at all times. She sends you an optional questionnaire to fill out so she can get to know you and have a sense of what you're looking for. She also sends you a photo guideline of things to consider for a photo shoot. During the shoot, she made some suggestions here and there but it was pretty casual/natural for the most part. Amanda's usual spot is at the far end of the beach where you don't really have to worry about people in the background of your photos. You can do up to 2 locations and change your wardrobe if you want. We started at this small park hidden just off the highway that Amanda often uses. We're so glad Amanda suggested this place because nobody was there and we love the photos we took there. Her husband was also there to help carry her equipment and our bags lol. Afterwards, we went to the beach for more photos. We were only with Amanda for an hour but we didn't feel rushed and got so many photos out of our session. I think her family sessions can take a little longer with meeting up, driving, getting photos taken, but we were all so comfortable with her right off the bat that things went pretty smoothly. Amanda sent us 3 sneak peeks the very next day and then the entire edited gallery 2 weeks after the shoot. She does basic editing on all of the photos like lighting and correcting flaws. If you want her to do more, detailed editing, she can do that as well for an additional cost. One of the things I appreciated was that she took a bunch of photos instead of waiting for that one possible good shot. This way you get a ton of great options. She uses an online client portal, which keeps track of everything including your contract, where you pay, the questionnaire, the photo guidelines/tips, and a copy all email exchanges. It was really helpful having this all in one place. If I ever want to get photos done in Wilmington or the nearby area again, I am most definitely calling her! The experience was so amazing and she's so affordable, I'm tempted to do this again lol. HIRE HER.
