We had out rehearsal dinner here. Our contact left and the new person had no idea of the details. We previously selected their signature chicken dish, and the new person (and app...arently a new chef) had no idea what it was. My mother-in-law had to describe it to them. It was NOTHING like we sampled. We also requested dairy and gluten free meals in advance for two family members. They did not do this.
On the plus side, this is a cost efficient venue for large rehearsal dinners (we had 80 people).
