TERRIBLE WEDDING EXPERIENCE!!!
We hired Atlantic Limousine for our wedding and it was honestly the biggest disappointment of the day.

ot June day. It was unbelievably hot inside, and multiple people in our family and bridal party felt like they were going to pass out. It got so bad that several people refused to ride the bus back, and we had to figure out other transportation on our wedding day. The bus also reeked of CIGARETTES.
I do want to give credit to our driver because he was genuinely trying to make the best of a bad situation. He told us multiple times that he had brought up this AC issue to his boss before and that nothing had been done. Then when I contacted the company afterward, management completely denied knowing anything about it…
The company eventually admitted the service “fell below expectations” and apologized, but refused to offer any compensation because they technically “got us where we needed to go.”
For what we paid, this was completely unacceptable. As a bride, the last thing I should have been worrying about was my family and bridal party overheating or trying to figure out how to get people back because they refused to get on the bus again. I would NEVER recommend taking that risk on your wedding day.

Additionally, I have been chartering with Atlantic limousine personally for over 10 years. From round-trip travel to Boston for concerts and baseball games, to multiple party bus shuttles on rotation for my own wedding, to short local in town charters and many many birthday celebrations.

The drive itself was extremely pleasant and safe and they had water in the car for us which was much appreciated! I would definitely book with them again if I was ever in need for a ride.

arty. Whenever I called the office to ask a question or edit the reservation, I was answered with a kind and detail-oriented staff member. The only reasons I did not give a 5-star rating are that the limousine we rented (the Cadillac Escalade with a jet door) had seen better days on the interior (exterior was well maintained) and we were given no instruction on how to hook up a mp3 device for music or to use any of the amenities (we didn't ask either), and also the jet door was never opened for us except at the very end, which was one of the top reasons we rented this model, but again, we didn't ask to open the jet door, but we felt that the driver should have used it every time. I would recommend, but just make sure you're able to use all the amenities listed.

rteous. The limo was large enough to fit our entire bridal party (12 people). He had a sound system available, and plenty of champagne glasses. The driver did a very good job maneuvering the limo in some tricky places. We took some photos near the breakwater, which happened to be full of cars. He expertly backed the limo out without any problems.
The only issue we had was the lack of air-conditioning. He accommodated us to his best ability by opening the windows. Overall it was great to have a reasonably priced transportation option to take pictures away from our venue.

them a dodge charge stretch limo since it was the same cost as a "regular" limo and the boys would "think it was really cool". which they did, they were so excited and completely content. i also, had them send a town car to pick my husband and i up after the wedding. It was much more expensive (almost as much as a limo, but i couldn't see getting a limo for only two people) than i thought, but he threw in champagne and glasses so i caved. the driver actually forgot the champagne but stopped to pick some up for us. at that point, we were so happy and "floating" that it didn't even matter. i would def recommend atlantic limo, even with the little mix up.
