TERRIBLE WEDDING EXPERIENCE!!!
We hired Atlantic Limousine for our wedding and it was honestly the biggest disappointment of the day.
Our bridal party bus had NO WORKING AC on a h...
ot June day. It was unbelievably hot inside, and multiple people in our family and bridal party felt like they were going to pass out. It got so bad that several people refused to ride the bus back, and we had to figure out other transportation on our wedding day. The bus also reeked of CIGARETTES.
I do want to give credit to our driver because he was genuinely trying to make the best of a bad situation. He told us multiple times that he had brought up this AC issue to his boss before and that nothing had been done. Then when I contacted the company afterward, management completely denied knowing anything about it…
The company eventually admitted the service “fell below expectations” and apologized, but refused to offer any compensation because they technically “got us where we needed to go.”
For what we paid, this was completely unacceptable. As a bride, the last thing I should have been worrying about was my family and bridal party overheating or trying to figure out how to get people back because they refused to get on the bus again. I would NEVER recommend taking that risk on your wedding day.
Atlantic limousine is by far the Premier choice for charter service here in New England. As a long tenured wedding day coordinator, based here in Maine, there is no other company t...
hat I would suggest or work with. Atlantic Limo consistently delivers! Their professionalism, care, attentiveness (literally have called them in the middle of the night to save the day for a bride!), and varied fleet selection are top notch, every single time! Damon and his crew are awesome!
Additionally, I have been chartering with Atlantic limousine personally for over 10 years. From round-trip travel to Boston for concerts and baseball games, to multiple party bus shuttles on rotation for my own wedding, to short local in town charters and many many birthday celebrations.
Simply put, they are THE best around!!!
We booked multiple vehicles for multiple evenings for our wedding weekend and Atlantic really came through for us. All the drivers were very punctual and professional and friendly,...
all the vehicles were as described and clean, and all our transportation needs were met, which was a huge relief for us. The support staff were also very responsive and helpful in the months leading up to the weekend. Highly recommended!
I'm a car nerd and I was so happy to be able to pick a beautiful Cadillac for our wedding day with Atlantic Limo! Reserving with them was easy and their prices were fair. Day of Wa...
lter was 10 minutes early and told us not to rush. He greeted us with a big smile and helped us with our bags and everything, the car was in great condition and very clean. The drive itself was extremely pleasant and safe and they had water in the car for us which was much appreciated! I would definitely book with them again if I was ever in need for a ride.
We reserved limo service through Atlantic Limo for our Portland, ME wedding in October 2021. The quote and reservation process was straightforward, and the office folks were kind a...
nd able to change our vehicle type after we booked (we decided to change from the Escalade to a party bus for our wedding party of 12). Communication on event date was clear, our driver was prompt, well dressed, and kind, and the vehicle was clean. Would rent again for a group of similar size.
Atlantic Limo was very helpful and knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, and has lots of experience. Our driver was professional but friendly, and patient with our rowdy wedding p...
arty. Whenever I called the office to ask a question or edit the reservation, I was answered with a kind and detail-oriented staff member. The only reasons I did not give a 5-star rating are that the limousine we rented (the Cadillac Escalade with a jet door) had seen better days on the interior (exterior was well maintained) and we were given no instruction on how to hook up a mp3 device for music or to use any of the amenities (we didn't ask either), and also the jet door was never opened for us except at the very end, which was one of the top reasons we rented this model, but again, we didn't ask to open the jet door, but we felt that the driver should have used it every time. I would recommend, but just make sure you're able to use all the amenities listed.
I hired Atlantic Limousine for my cousin's bachelorette in Portland, ME this past weekend and it was the best decision for our daytime events. The party bus was great for a big gr...
oup and an affordable option for transportation to different breweries. The bus driver John was timely, friendly and most importantly FUN! Would certainly use them again if I'm in the Portland area.
The limo was on time and got us from point A to point B. Nothing super fancy about the inside, but it was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space (especially good with my dre...
ss!). We rented the limo for the girls in the morning and for my husband and myself after the wedding for some additional photos. Overall a great experience and our driver was so pleasant!
We couldn't have asked for a better limo company and our driver was phenomenal!
We rented a limo from Atlantic Limousine for two hours to use for taking pictures around Kennebunkport prior to our wedding ceremony. Our driver showed up on time, and was very cou...
rteous. The limo was large enough to fit our entire bridal party (12 people). He had a sound system available, and plenty of champagne glasses. The driver did a very good job maneuvering the limo in some tricky places. We took some photos near the breakwater, which happened to be full of cars. He expertly backed the limo out without any problems.
The only issue we had was the lack of air-conditioning. He accommodated us to his best ability by opening the windows. Overall it was great to have a reasonably priced transportation option to take pictures away from our venue.
Atlantic Limousine did a fabulous job at transporting me and my bridal party on our wedding day. They made sure I arrived without being seen by guests and made sure I entered safel...
y into the limo. The limo they provided was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and the driver was even very attentive to the temperature of the limo.Overall, they did an excellent job!
The limo company had great service! They picked the guys up on time and got them to the church ahead of schedule and then came to pick the women up. They were professional and frie...
ndly with the entire wedding party! I would definitely recommend them to other wedding parties or social events!
He was on time and professional and he knew where he was going !!! Excellent !!
Very easy to work with and reasonably priced!
We took the H2 stretch limo, the entire wedding party loved the limo, the driver was very kind and joking around with us as we were on the way to the ceremony. They had a bottle of...
champagne chilled for us when we were heading to the reception. The limo was beautiful.
The limo was almost an hour late and when we call to see were the limo was we got two different stories on why the limo was late.

n almost a month since we have gotten married and I haven't seen a refund yet
We got the charger limmo (the one in which the doors flip up to the side). It was pretty fancy, and my groom-all into cars, loved it! They were early and the chauffer was so kind...
to help me in and out of the car and also assistend in opening doors at the wedding. I had no complaints. it was definately a new model and fit 10 (relatively skinny) adults and 1 young ring bearer fine.
We originally had signed up at Maine Limousine. Somehow they lost our contact information and gave the limmo away. Atlantic came to the rescue! They actually gave us 50.00 off the price after hearing our story. It was a great experience.
Our limo arrived early and our chauffeur was very helpful. He did an amazing job backing the limo up a steep hill to get us to our ceremony location. We were very thankful that Atl...
antic Limo was able to book us at the last minute!
i got my husband and his groomsmen a limo the day of the wedding to drive around in. the man helping me pick out the limo was very helpful and insightful. he recommended that i get...
them a dodge charge stretch limo since it was the same cost as a "regular" limo and the boys would "think it was really cool". which they did, they were so excited and completely content. i also, had them send a town car to pick my husband and i up after the wedding. It was much more expensive (almost as much as a limo, but i couldn't see getting a limo for only two people) than i thought, but he threw in champagne and glasses so i caved. the driver actually forgot the champagne but stopped to pick some up for us. at that point, we were so happy and "floating" that it didn't even matter. i would def recommend atlantic limo, even with the little mix up.
We had a fabulous time!
These guys are great. They are always there for me when I need them so I knew I could count on them for my special day. They have the best cleanest cars in the state, I wouldn't ca...
