Back in 2021, I said yes to the dress and they kept it for me up until my wedding on the 12th of Oct this year! When I bought the dress I was smaller than I am now and they assured me that it would be no problem to make the dress fit. Their seamstress is wonderful and you couldn't even tell how much they doctored the dress up (which is a good thing to me!). They made sure that all of my concerns were heard and were fantastic at everything. They also are very size inclusive which is amazing. The staff is wonderful. If you are looking at getting your dress from here...DO IT! I also recommend purchasing the package where they take care of everything for you regarding tailoring your dress. They make it stress and hassle-free and it is worth every penny.

The owner even went out of her way by letting me come in without an appointment because my mom had just gotten back from guam after 3+ years of not seeing her in person! They made it so she could come in and see me in my dress (since she didn't get to the original appointment) before she left town again! All the beautiful ladies there made that moment one me and my mom will never forget, and are so grateful me and her got to share together! We both cried! With onsite alterations and a variety of packages to preserve, steam, store, and press your dress, there is really no going wrong with Atlas Bridal! Every staff member is so kind. I had a bit of a shake-up in my dress buying experience, and Cate was extremely validating with my feelings and courteous when I requested another look through all the dresses! In addition to my wedding dress, we got my mother’s “Mother of the Bride Dress” and honestly, I’ve never seen my mother so beautiful! It was special to get our dresses and have our fittings together. Thank you Atlas Bridal for making my mother and me so pretty for a day!

I did not like. She helped me to stay within my budget, which she knew was very important to me. Everyone that I worked with at Atlas was very helpful and friendly each time that I had to either call or stop in. They were also super great to work with for my husband's tux and all of the groomsmen. One of our groomsmen tuxes didn't fit quite right based on the measurements he had given and Atlas quickly sent him a new one. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

ss. Thankfully, we were wrong! Allyson was my stylist, and she was wonderful! So helpful and friendly. She pulled all the dresses for me. Since we are winding down from the pandemic, she had to stay just outside the fitting room most of the time, which meant my mom and my sister were usually the ones helping me into the gowns, but this didn't bother me at all. The dress I ended up picking was Allyson's "wildcard" dress! She pulled all the ones I had favorited through their portal ahead of time, and then she picked other ones she thought I might like. She was very good at listening to what I liked and didn't like. Overall I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend to other bride-to-be's!

She was very knowledgeable and quick to grab me new gowns to try on, as well as flip the "reception lights" to see how the dresses look in different environments (ceremony v. reception). Overall, the experience at Atlas was awesome, and even though I didn't find my dress there, I am glad that I was able to consider their beautiful selection and work with nice employees! :)

Future brides: Spare yourselves and go to Belle Amour downtown. Their prices are comparable and the experience is a night and day difference. Trust me...go elsewhere. The experience I had at Atlas potentially could have ruined my entire day/wedding gown experience but luckily it was my second stop. I was told that my only choices would be floor gowns (samples) due to my wedding being in June. Every other bridal boutique gave me options to pay to rush my order if I fell in love with a dress and assured me not to worry. It sincerely felt like the associate I was working with did not want to be working, and just wanted the appointment over with. I told the sales associate what I did not want in a dress, and the first three dresses she brought me had what I told her I did not want. It was confusing because I had to tell her three or four times what I was looking for. Also, to any bride wanting a little privacy while you’re down to nothing getting in and out of dresses... we were put in a side room where the people I brought with me sat in the dressing room while I got in and out of dresses. While it was not a huge deal since my Mom and sister were with me, I can imagine that being important to other brides. There was absolutely no attempt to get to know me as a bride and/or what the feel of our wedding is. The sales associate sat on the floor of the dressing room and asked me if I had any pictures of what I liked. It was all very unprofessional and we could not wait to leave and never come back.

From there I knew I had found the dress. The ordering, shipping and delivering, numerous fittings, and all of my alterations were done perfectly and on time! I have no complaints!

nd fast. I came back for my first fitting and there was a hole in my dress. The shop ensured me that it would be fixed and I wasn't overly concerned since my wedding was still 3 months away. So I come back 2 months later for my next fitting and the hole is still there... "oops sorry I forgot to do that". You forgot to fix the hole in my dress? Are you serious? "We promise it'll get fixed". Ok fine. So a week later they tell me to come in to look at it. They did a very half-a**d job and just covered the hole with more fabric, it was so obvious that it was still there. I didn't spend $1200 for a hole in my dress.. After a bit of a fuss they promised me they would completely replace the part that needed to be fixed. My wedding planner called in to check on it for me since I had already had more stress than I needed with only a few weeks before my big day, and the owner was extremely dismissive and rude to her. Finally only FOUR DAYS before my wedding, my dress finally complete. The stress and anxiety they caused me was so unnecessary. When I went to pick up my dress the owner gave me a half-hearted apology basically making a bunch of excuses about how hard it is to get people to sew and they're overbooked. I'm sorry but how is this my problem? You are a business, figure it out or dont take so many clients. I did not appreciate her laissez-faire attitude towards the stress they caused me. I was extremely unimpressed with how unprofessional the entire process was. I would have respected her more if she just said "we really screwed up. i have no excuse for it, i'm embarrassed and i sincerely apologize." I dont appreciate excuses. Your poor business style is not my problem. Long story short DO NOT GO HERE.

Our consultant had my family and I find dresses ourselves instead of bringing dresses to me based on what I was looking to get. I had no idea what dresses to pull off the rack and couldn't tell what types of dresses were which or if they were within my budget. I had also called ahead to try on a specific dress I had in mind and they had told me they had the dress and I would be able to try it on. However, come to find out they cannot find the dress anywhere and I was unable to try the dress on during my appointment. I was also told to bring in pictures of dresses I had in mind, but unfortunately the consultant did not look the photos to guide our shopping experience at all. My family ended up helping me get in and out of the dresses because the consultant continued to leave the room. Overall, I left feeling devastated and upset. I would not recommend wedding dress shopping here as I was not made to feel special or beautiful in any of my dresses that day.

She listened to everything each person was saying and took those ideas to the racks to find dresses that fit our request. She was honest in her reviews of the dresses and helped me narrow down what it was I liked and didn't like. There were 2 we were debating between and just kept putting it on taking it off putting the other one on and taking it off. Candy was very helpful in giving us new ideas, like adding headpieces or sleeves- until we had exactly what we had all envisioned. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for their dream dress! Also I am a plus size girl and was NEVER embarrassed by that- plenty of dresses in my size range.
