About this vendor
A wedding planner who is there on the day of the event is essentially a director who is carrying out all the details of your plan. They make sure that everything runs smoothly. When surprises occur, they make decisions that keep the wedding from going off the rails. They work to keep you, your guests, and your vendors happy.
Your planner should work with vendors who you know and trust and have seen in action. Or they should be ready to tap into their own vender relationship. If you have someone that you prefer to work with, a planner should be flexible enough to implement them onto your wedding Dream Team.
It is your day to be perfect and we want your wedding to be perfect, memorable, beautiful, and within your budget. We want you and your partner to feel honored and we want to make sure your guests feel considered by adding meaningful and personal touches. Which is why we just might be the planner for you.
Let us help you make the biggest day of your life unforgettable, for all the right reasons.

I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Atlas Weddings & Co! The team was an absolute dream to work with—huge shoutout to Elav, Sierra, and Kaitlin! We hired Atlas for planning, coordination, d...
esign services, as well as bartending and videography. When we first met with them, my husband and I had a venue but only a rough concept for our wedding vision. Our venue was a family friend's winery that had never hosted a wedding before, so we needed a lot of guidance. The Atlas team took care of everything—logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and all the little details we hadn’t even thought of.
The week of the wedding, we were hit with unexpected storms that put our partially outdoor reception at risk. In just three days, the team handled the situation flawlessly, arranging a last-minute tent and redesigning the layout in a way that completely exceeded our expectations. When we walked into the reception space, our jaws dropped at how beautifully everything came together. It was beyond anything we imagined.
What truly stood out was how personal everything felt. The team took the emotions and atmosphere we wanted to create and brought them to life in the most stunning way. Atlas Weddings & Co. didn't just plan our wedding—they made it a perfect, unforgettable experience that our family and friends are still talking about and will talk about for years to come.
Time flies when you are having fun. We blinked and our wedding was over! It was the most incredible day, all thanks to Elav and Sierra. The entire Atlas team (we also used Atlas...
Photo & Film) fit right in with our families and friends and they made sure everything was perfect. I needed to bring on a partial planner to help me pull together all of my ideas, and then execute them on the day of. Elav was SO easy to work with. She made the process smooth and definitely helped keep me relaxed leading up to the day. And then the day of was more than I was expecting. She and Sierra were all over the place meeting vendors, setting up the details, adjusting chairs, making sure everything looked perfect. And then any time they came to check on me or Reid, they were so calm, but excited for the day! It was truly special. Everything came together better than we imagined because of them. HIGHLY recommend Atlas Weddings & Co. - but you better be nice to them, because they deserve it!!
