esign services, as well as bartending and videography. When we first met with them, my husband and I had a venue but only a rough concept for our wedding vision. Our venue was a family friend's winery that had never hosted a wedding before, so we needed a lot of guidance. The Atlas team took care of everything—logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and all the little details we hadn’t even thought of.
The week of the wedding, we were hit with unexpected storms that put our partially outdoor reception at risk. In just three days, the team handled the situation flawlessly, arranging a last-minute tent and redesigning the layout in a way that completely exceeded our expectations. When we walked into the reception space, our jaws dropped at how beautifully everything came together. It was beyond anything we imagined.
What truly stood out was how personal everything felt. The team took the emotions and atmosphere we wanted to create and brought them to life in the most stunning way. Photo & Film) fit right in with our families and friends and they made sure everything was perfect. I needed to bring on a partial planner to help me pull together all of my ideas, and then execute them on the day of. Elav was SO easy to work with. She made the process smooth and definitely helped keep me relaxed leading up to the day. And then the day of was more than I was expecting. She and Sierra were all over the place meeting vendors, setting up the details, adjusting chairs, making sure everything looked perfect. And then any time they came to check on me or Reid, they were so calm, but excited for the day! It was truly special. Everything came together better than we imagined because of them.
