I have had the pleasure of working with AEG for a number of years on various events as I’m in the industry as a wedding planner and was introduced to them years ago and have not stopped referring them since. Professionally I’ve done that for several reasons. They are by far one of the best decor companies I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve been doing this for over 20 years), their work is stunning, they are beyond professional in every area, their pricing is competitive, when I have them on a wedding, I never worry, the list goes on and on!! Recently, I used them for my daughter’s wedding or more aptly put, my daughter chose them for her wedding. I don’t think I have words to describe the amazing job they did! My daughter had a vision that was hard to explain, yet Victoria instantly got it and ran with it! She never tried to talk her out of anything but only encourage her time and again. She was never frustrated over any changes; she rolled with them and even encouraged those as well! The final decor at the wedding was absolutely breathtaking! We were all in awe, praise from the guests filled the room as they walked in, our vendors even remarked that they felt they were walking into a mood board and typically vendors don’t really say much as they see it every weekend. My daughter cried at her room reveal, and I knew she would but I didn’t realize that the decor would actually take our breath away…I should have!! I can tell you both on a professional level and now personally do not hesitate to hire AEG! They will give you a wonderful experience from start to finish. You will absolutely love your floral and decor, but you will also be so impressed with their customer service and the personal attention you receive. I cannot speak more highly of a vendor! Victoria and everyone at Atmosphere Events Group was an absolute pleasure to work with. They perfectly captured my vision for the décor and blew my expectations out of the water. The flowers, candles, decor, and organization of it all was truly a highlight of the day!! I am OBSESSED with how it all turned out. It was just perfect. Seeing my bouquet, the ceremony space, and the reception area for the first time are moments I won’t ever forget. Sooo special.

Our wedding would not have been the same without Victoria and the AEG team. We were so happy our planner recommended Atmosphere Events Group to take care of floral and decor for our wedding at the University Club of Chicago. From our first meeting to our final walkthrough, they helped make planning a breeze. We were also happy that AEG could also take care of our lighting and rentals. We had a preview at their studio prior to our wedding which had most of our arrangements set up as they would be at our venue. The effort and attention to detail at that preview made us so excited to work with them for our actual wedding day. AEG exceeded our expectations day-of and our guests kept mentioning how stunning everything was. Not to mention how impressive it was that they pulled off a room-flip during the cocktail hour. We are so thankful to have had this great team help make our vision a reality and offering their expertise to create the perfect setting for our wedding day.

AEG did an amazing job creating our vision for our October 2023 wedding! Vicki is great. She gives you wonderful suggestions to help your vision come to life. I'm not the most visual person, so I went into our first meeting simply describing my vision, which was sharing an overall color scheme and some words to describe what atmosphere I envisioned for our space. After our initial meeting, Vicki came up with a whole mood board to help encapsulate everything I was thinking, and it was perfect! Vicki and AEG are also very flexible throughout the planning process. If I wanted to make any changes, I was easily able to as long as I made them by the final date. AEG flipped our ceremony room to our reception room so quickly and efficiently, and it was everything we could have ever imagined! Vicki also uses her expertise to ensure that the florals are used in the most efficient way possible, and for our wedding she came up with a design so our florals could be used for the ceremony, reception, and then later as brunch florals. We are so grateful that we found Vicki and AEG to help us plan our wedding! They are fabulous!

We had a wonderful experience working with Margaret and her team to make our wedding vision come to life. Margaret curated a design that reflected our desires perfectly and was a great sounding board to work through the various design elements for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The room flip she and her team executed was jaw-droppingly beautiful – everyone was incredibly impressed!

I cannot say enough good things about Victoria and her team. They did the florals, lighting, and drapery for our October 2023 wedding at Morgan manufacturing. They created the most beautiful florals I have ever seen. We wanted a dark and moody fall vibe for our wedding with black dahlias, roses, etc so not your traditional wedding flowers. They did a stunning hanging floral installation, centerpieces, cocktail flowers, escort card table florals, and the most extra sweetheart table. It was everything we had dreamed of and better than we could have ever imagined. Truly perfect. I would most definitely recommend atmosphere events!

Victoria and her team were amazing!!!! Everything looked incredible and they went above and beyond what I imagined. A couple months out, I decided I wanted to change my entire vision and Victoria listened and executed exactly what I wanted without me showing many inspo boards or photos. Highly recommend them!!!

I used AEG for all of my wedding florals for my recent September 2023 wedding and am so glad I did! Victoria was so great to work with. She helped me create the vision I was looking for, all while sticking within my budget. She was so patient with me in answering all of my questions, revising my quote numerous times as I made changes, and giving me advise on decisions along the way. When it came to wedding day, I was completely blown away by everything- I could not believe how gorgeous the flowers and candles looked when I walked into the room. The flowers were stunning and even more than I expected. We had to do a room flip at our venue and you could tell her team was completely prepared to flip the room in under an hour. They had everything so prepared and ready to go so the room flip could run seamlessly. I am so happy I chose AEG for my wedding- it was one of the best decisions I made in the process. Victoria and her team are truly amazing at what they do. When I first started researching design and florals, I was really overwhelmed and sent Victoria long emails of questions and pictures of my vision. Not only was Victoria so patient and kind and had an answer to all my questions, she truly helped me build the Pinterest board of my dreams. She really listened to what I wanted and was so open to any changes I wanted to make. On the day of the wedding, when my husband and I saw the florals, lighting, and decor, we were completely in awe. We were truly speechless at how beautiful everything was from the arbor to the bouquets to all the centerpieces. The lighting created the most perfect ambiance. We received so many compliments from guests. It was truly everything we wanted and more! Victoria and her team made our day so special and grateful, and we cannot recommend them enough!!

Margaret and AEG blew me away with the florals for our wedding! I was so in love I was scrambling the day after my wedding to figure out how to preserve them forever (I found someone :)). Margaret went out of her way to make my vision come to life suggesting flowers I'd never heard of and candle options that were absolutely stunning. Thank you Margaret and AEG team!

We chose AEG for our wedding decor on the recommendation of both our cousin and our wedding planner and we could not be more grateful. Our wedding was December 2022 and I'm still dreaming of how beautiful everything was. Victoria was amazing to work with--professional and creative--and she made my Christmas wedding dreams come true. She took every request in stride (no white roses! Can we have a rug? Can we have a fireplace mantle? Can you burn these Fraser fir candles?) and my only regret is that my house will never be decorated as beautifully as my wedding was. Thank you AEG!

John and the entire team at atmosphere events brought our wedding vision together perfectly. We used them for our pipe and drape across our ballroom and it was everything we dreamed of! They were so helpful in recommending ideas and helping us finalize everything down to the very last detail. John was also very accommodating with any changes throughout the process. We had a great experience with AEG! They did a perfect job capturing our vision for our wedding day. We had planned an outdoor ceremony, and we were unfortunately surprised by a massive thunderstorm on our wedding day, so we had to move everything inside. AEG was flexible and made us feel so much better about the venue change! They decorated the space beautifully, and many guests commented that they wouldn't have even guessed we planned the wedding for a different space. We also got soooooo many compliments on the gorgeous decor and flowers. AEG is a great call if you want both convenience and elegance.

My husband and I hired AEG to do the florals for our May 2023 wedding! Our venue for both the ceremony and reception (the Honeycomb and Cafe Brauer at the Lincoln Park Zoo) are already stunningly gorgeous on their own so we really wanted to let them shine while embracing all the beautiful spring colors. Victoria and her team heard the assignment! They did an INCREDIBLE job. And Victoria was a dream to work with. She was very respectful of our budget and did not push us to spend more than we originally said we were comfortable with. She listened to our ideas and guided us to the ultimate end-vision, and her team did amazing work bringing it all to life! The one thing that I was very specific about was my bouquet. Victoria listened intently and made my dreams come true. It was hands down the most STUNNING arrangement of flowers I have ever seen. AEG also made our seating chart, provided rented table numbers + a card box, and decorated our cake for us with loose florals on the day of! I cannot recommend AEG highly enough!

We recommend AEG to literally everyone in Chicago; they did unbelievable work for our June 2023 wedding!!! I cannot even begin to describe how much I LOVED our flowers; they 1000% nailed it, and then some. The colors and flower choices were absolutely perfect… I just LOVED their creativity and professionalism! It actually broke my heart we couldn’t bring them home with us to enjoy a while longer, as we left right after our wedding for the honeymoon… Their incredible talent and [undoubtedly] hard work pulled everything together in a way I could never have dreamed of. I say this in all seriousness. We send so much love and appreciation to AEG for taking our wild and unconventional ideas and making them such an elegant and enchanting reality!!! These photos were just taken on a cellphone, and you can still see how amazing their work is! Again, we cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot speak more highly of Atmosphere Events Group, specifically Victoria Cacciatore-Bartlett. She truly made my entire vision of my wedding come to life. She constantly was checking in, making sure my vision was properly seen, and created the most perfect centerpieces, bouquets, and even hung our neon sign for us and provided lighting throughout our venue. Not only does Atmosphere Events Group do flowers, but they provide SO many other amazing services and help. My day would not be as special and amazing as it was without AEG and Victoria. I reached out to Atmosphere Events Group to setup some bistro lighting and ceiling drapery for my wedding tent reception. I knew exactly what I wanted, and John was able to do exactly that! They worked with the venue to make sure they had the time and ability to set up everything they needed to. They were a little pricey, but it was worth it for how stress-free the entire process was for me.

Our final floral and décor for our April wedding was so so perfect! Putting our trust in Victoria at AEG was the right move, as she made all the effort to align with our desires as well as vision for the day. I was astounded when we got our private preview of our reception room. So many of my close friends told me how all the décor was ‘so you’ and totally what they would’ve imagined our wedding to look like. That’s the goal!

AEG was on the "preferred vendor" list for my venue and after reviewing their portfolio, fell in love with their previous work. I got to work with Margaret who brought my vision to life! From our first conversation of my thoughts and reviewing my Pinterest board, she nailed all the details with the very first vision board--it was just small tweaks from there. My bouquet was perfect--size, ratio of flowers to greenery--so perfect that it is being preserved to keep forever. We had our slightly moody, romantic, candlelit vision come to life and family keeps talking about how beautiful it was.

Vicki and her team were absolutely incredible to work with!! We were very particular and she totally understood our vision from day one and nailed every detail. She made us feel so supported and understood throughout the process and was always willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. The AEG team were able to accommodate every detail we requested (floral arches, custom seating charts, bars, dance floors, lighting, etc) and execute on our vision perfectly. We truly loved working with them and walking into the final product was breathtaking. We highly recommend AEG!!

AEG is a preferred vendor of our venue (Loft Lucia) and after hiring them, we can certainly see why! We used their services for a hanging greenery & lighting piece, as well as their hurricane candles and greenery on our dining tables and were so happy with how everything turned out! The team members were both friendly and diligent and did such a beautiful job. We got so many compliments on our decor and are so glad we had AEG there to bring our vision to life!

We got married a few weeks ago at the Drake in Chicago and thanks to Victoria at AEG, it was truly my dream wedding!!! I know *nothing* about floral or design, but Victoria was able to go off of the few photos I provided, my preference for "white" flowers and "maybe some green," and "maybe gold" vessels and created the *perfect* lookbook and proposal from that. AEG was also somehow the florist with the lowest quote by far, but without sacrificing anything we wanted (and actually adding some things that we wouldn't have gotten from vendors who quoted us more). I know my planner also works with Victoria and AEG a lot – she's the one who set me up with them as an option, and when it came to choose a florist and I said AEG – is it even a question? she confirmed that they're the best and came with her highest recommendation. The day-of was seamless, and I couldn't be more grateful. Would 100% recommend AEG and Victoria!

Victoria and her entire team at AEG did such an INCREDIBLE job at our August wedding (yes, this review is long overdue!) Ever since we got engaged and began planning, I had an idea and vision for what I wanted the wedding to look like. When I first saw Victoria's lookbook I was blown away by how she NAILED exactly what we were looking for. During our discussions, I also felt like Victoria was able to honestly tell us what would be the best use of our money and then cut back or compromise on other areas. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and seeing the vision come to life during the ceremony was one of (I think) two times that I cried on the wedding day. It was so beautiful and amazing, and then it magically transformed for the reception in record time, which was also stunning. I cannot recommend AEG enough!

John was awesome!! The room looked magnificent! His patience in dealing with my changing directions, his creative and helpful spirit, and his flawless execution. The night was magical and the setting was fabulous....but it was the AEG’s added touches that really set the tone for the room. EVERYONE commented on the greenery and Edison bulbs! The soft light created by the dropped bulbs and the uplighting made for perfect ambiance. The. Best.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with AEG for our August wedding!! Victoria took our budget, our vision, and created a perfect plan that was beyond what we could’ve hoped for. She worked with us to make sure every single piece was stunning, and was able to be maximized throughout the whole event- for example repurposing aisle florals for the ends of our tables and seating areas, helping us maximize our budget and enjoy all her amazing arrangements throughout the night!! Her team absolutely crushed it by setting up in a tight window and then flipping florals from the ceremony to reception without disrupting our cocktail hour even the tiniest bit. She even helped us to bring our vision for a creative seating chart to life. I absolutely would recommend working with the fabulous Victoria and her whole team at AEG to anyone, our experience with her was completely stress free and her execution was beyond flawless.

Our flowers were beautiful (My bouquet was exactly how I wanted it & is very unique). The ceremony and reception decor was gorgeous! It's strange to spend so much time designing something that you do not see until walking down the aisle. Victoria and team at AEG were absolutely incredible to work with. Not only was the decor and flowers absolutely beautiful, but the team was too. I had multiple guests coming up to me and saying “THE FLOWERSSSSSSS!!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!” AEG literally transformed the whole venue (Morgan Manufacturing) multiple times, with the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. Everyone was so impressed with the decor, it was unbelievable. Not to mention that the entire venue smelled seriously incredible because of the gorgeous flowers. Margaret and the atmosphere events group team were amazing. They were incredibly responsive, flexible, reliable and translated our vision perfectly for the day. Their pricing was reasonable and quality of their work was impeccable. They don’t try to push anything on you and try to save you money and repurpose things wherever possible. The other decor companies we spoke to tried to push as many things on us as to get us to spend more money with them. We used atmosphere for floral, lighting, and our overall decor needs. It was so nice being able to go to them for everything rather than having to work with multiple different vendors. Trust me, this team is who you need!

Even though I have very little knowledge of the floral and decor realm, Victoria was able to take what I knew about my vision and bring it to life. I left booking my wedding florist to the last minute but Victoria was so wonderful to work with and made my wedding flower dreams come true. She totally understood that we wanted a colorful and modern feel for our wedding day and was great about working within my budget. The wedding flowers were BEYOND GORGEOUS!!! AEG provided BEAUTIFUL floral and decor for our wedding in July! Victoria was a joy to work with! She made the design process easy and helped make our vision come to life. What stood out to us with AEG was the ability to rent items such as a ceremony arch and card box for the event. AEG made my pinterest page come true. I got so many compliments on the flowers and decor. In addition to flowers, I was able to get gorgeous chargers and different linens through them that really took the night to the next level. They were also easy to work with and great at communicating.

They completed the wedding of our dreams. AEG created our unique intimate wedding imagery. Victoria and Gina really made our ideas appear and made everything possible. We wanted non traditional colors with greenery, candles, lien, and real fruit. They offered a variety options from table pieces to lighting. I wanted a boutonnière and what I got was a beautifully design statement piece. Something just as unique and beautiful as my wife’s bouquet. They made everything seamless, they were really easy to work with, and were full of ideas and advice. Our room reveal felt like a joy one can only feel when everything was perfect. Every last piece was contoured to our ideas and wants. We felt listened to and are so happy we had them as our floral vendor. We will recommend AEG to all our friends and family.

We consulted three floral event groups for our wedding and chose AEG because they listened to our design, and were able to provide a detailed proposal ensuring us they understood our vision. AEG provided us with uplighting, outdoor candles, filler plants, beautiful florals, including bouquets, boutonnieres, table arrangements, cake flowers, and a custom wedding arch. We met Victoria and Margaret to go over our arrangements and we were blown away at how beautiful their sample arrangement was. They worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, Laura at Fierce productions to tie everything together. They left us speechless!

OH MY GOD. When I saw the lighting and florals all set up it actually took my breath away. Victoria was the sweetest and just so cool. She put me at ease from our first call and immediately understood the vibe I was going for. She even helped me with some other aspects of the wedding like getting a sign printed and setting up a beautiful memorial wall for our beloved dog who passed right before the wedding, which meant so much to us. I look at my pictures and still cannot believe that it was my wedding - it looked like it was straight out of a magazine. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I worked with Victoria and the AEG team recently to plan a vow renewal. Victoria was brought in at the end of the planning process but was able to accommodate all request. She was provided limited direction and her and her team brought the couple's vision to life. When the day arrived, everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend AEG for all of your event design needs.

Victoria listened to me try to explain the flowers I like and don't like and she worked directly with our planner to show us all the linen, silverware, centerpiece options. It can be overwhelming, but seeing it in-person at her office really helped me envision the final product. Very sweet lady, easy to work with, and practical. She worked hard to give me what I wanted and stay within budget.

Atmosphere Events Group is so wonderful to work with, and Victoria at AEG is extremely organized and knowledgeable. Due to COVID, we had two weddings and worked with AEG to create floral arrangements for both. Everything was beautiful and I would recommend them to any future couples.

Atmosphere Events Group provided the florals and decor for our wedding in October 2021. I was lucky to work with Victoria and Gina. Both were extremely helpful. Everything turned out beautifully - personal florals, ceremony floral, reception decor, centerpieces, and greenery wall for a photobooth. They can do it all! I really love peonies, but they are not in season in October. AEG was able to find a rose that looked very similar, and I absolutely loved it. Thank you so much Victoria, Gina, and AEG!!

We love AEG and Victoria so much that we used them for not one but two of our weddings. When COVID hit, like many others, we postponed our big wedding to the following year but still wanted to get married on the original timeline. Victoria's team did the flowers for our 20 person backyard wedding and turned my parent's yard into a shangri-la of flowers - the most creative tent draping i had seen. We loved it so much we laid under it long past when our guests left. Then this past December her team turned our wedding venue into a Christmas party extraordinaire -she completely understood my vision and the entire look was executed flawlessly. Cannot say enough about how creative, professional and kind her team is. They also worked hard to stay within our budget and still give us the dream look we were going for.

Amidst COVID, rescheduling our date, and my general indecisiveness, John was so patient and kind throughout the whole planning process. I sent John some pictures of lighting I envisioned for our space, and he truly made the vision come to life. The team was punctual and so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Victoria and her team are amazing. We were supposed to get married on 4/4/2020 but due to the state of Illinois shutting down our wedding was postponed three times. Victoria worked with us to plan a few different wedding options as we navigated through all things COVID. She never showed any frustration and when our venue collapsed in the winter of 2021 we had to plan an entirely new wedding for a backyard. What Victoria and the AEG team did to transform the backyard is beyond words. 12/10 recommend their services for ANY event that you have. Anything that we asked for the team delivered. Victoria also helped us navigate how to work with other vendors given the outdoor venue (power needs for DJ, etc.) The florals were EVERYTHING. Victoria brought to life a vision that I had only seen through inspo pictures. The AEG team ordered and set-up our outdoor tent, provided all of the lighting, all of the florals, wedding ceremony decor and arch, generators, bars and I know much more! Victoria was on-site multiple days leading up to the wedding and no detail was missed. I am beyond grateful to AEG for making our wedding such a beautiful event and working with us for almost 2 years!!!

I went in to wedding planning with a lot of ideas and a vision that I couldn't fully articulate with words, just images on Pinterest. John was so patient with me as I worked through what I wanted to do with the space and how to do that within my budget. When we had to reschedule for COVID, John was really easy to work with and we picked up right where we left off for our rescheduled date. When the space was all set up, I was speechless. John and his team truly made my vision come to life; it was even more beautiful than I could have pictured. The greenery in the chandeliers and along the staircase really helped create a magical atmosphere. Many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the flowers and greenery were and how they really worked well with the venue space. We did not have a huge budget for decor and flowers, but John and his team made our venue look like a million bucks. It was so beautiful and unique and exactly what we wanted.

The bridal bouquet they handed me on the day of was even more stunning than I had imagined and the reception space looked incredible. I’ve been trying to to get ahold of AEG for months now. I had a great meeting with them awhile back about lightning and some upgrades. My wedding is 40 day out and still no word while they have a deposit. I would just recommend if you work with them you are very very clear on your timeline.

We were so unsure of what to expect with a decorator, as it's so hard to know how everything will look when it comes together. But we were absolutely blown away on the day of the wedding! It looked better than we imagined! Gina and the team from AEG definitely exceeded our expectations. We tried to stick to a reasonable budget, and they were able to work with us on finding solutions that would still look really good but not break the bank. We would definitely recommend AEG if you're looking for a group to handle all of your decoration and floral needs for your event.
