Believe it our not music was the MOST important thing to me as a bride. Ive had the privilege of working with Atmosphere Productions for many years now as I am a wedding photographer myself. One thing I always knew was, when I’d be working with Sam as a vendor, it would be a stress-free, well coordinated and energetic wedding. His pure love for music is infectious and even on the days when I was exhausted from working for 12 hours, you’d always catch me out on the dance floor if he was the dj. So when I choose him for my own wedding, it felt like a no-brainer. One thing I made clear up front is that a lot of our music might not be typical and that we wanted the music to literally be the soundtrack to the day through our eyes. Music has been a BIG part of our relationship and we wanted that to be part of our wedding just as much. When I worried that my choices in music might be too obscure or not even available- Sam assured me he had everything we choose and more. He understood the “feeling,” we wanted and simply took our suggestions and filled the rest with his picks which we loved since he is the expert! The preparation prior to the wedding was what surprised me the most. Being a wedding photographer I had NO idea what was involved for the DJ. This was very eye opening and Sam took the time to sporadically check in, throughly go through each step of the day and easily accommodated our not-so-traditional families. He asked questions and mapped things out so that by the time the day came I KNEW Sam had everything he needed and even when a couple things changed that day he took care of it like a rockstar. All the care, time and energy Sam provided for our day made him the best choice and his rates match his quality ten times over. We had DJ Sam at our wedding 10/13/19. My family is not the most talented on the dance floor, but he got them out there. The timing of the wedding was thrown off by transportation issues and Sam rolled with it and made it seemed planned. My silly self decided I wanted the photo booth less than a week before the wedding and Sam got it for us complete with props and staff. My husband and I now have a hilarious album. 10/10

DJ Sam was a great decision for our wedding day. He made the planning process super easy. I really appreciated how organized he was. He kept everyone dancing and played all the music we asked for. We also were able to hire live musicians for the ceremony/cocktail hour through him which was a huge plus. Highly recommend Atmosphere Productions!

Let me start by saying that DJ Sam was so good at our wedding that we started chanting his name at the end of the night...enough said :) Music was one of the most important parts of the wedding for my husband and I, so we were pretty particular about the music choices that would be played during the cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. DJ Sam was extremely accommodating and left no detail to chance. This guy is a true professional! DJ Sam made recommendations based on his experience but was sure to be respectful of our preferences and requests. We had multiple people tell us that the music at our wedding was the best they had ever seen!

Sam was the best DJ and wedding planning partner we could have possibly hoped for. He was organized, fun, outgoing, and very intuitive about what needed to be done and how to do it. He had people dancing and laughing from start to finish and made our night everything that it was. Thank you, Sam!!

To sum it up simply, DJ Sam and Chloe were amazing! From our initial contact with DJ Sam, we knew he was thorough, and had excellent knowledge of how to make our wedding the epic, fun day we wanted it to be. He helped us plan, answered questions quickly, and checked in on us multiple times throughout the planning process. We utilized lighting as well, and it really added to the ambiance in the room, and the atmosphere of the party. Our dance floor was PACKED the whole night, even our friends and family who NEVER dance were dancing! Our friends have been saying it was the best wedding ever, and we know DJ Sam was a huge part of that! His experience is evident and I would recommend him 100%! Thanks DJ Sam!!

My husband and I used DJ Sam for our wedding on June 10, 2017 and we couldn’t have been happier. We knew the moment we had our first call with him that he was going to be a perfect fit for what we were looking for in a DJ. He was very organized and made planning the music for the wedding easy! DJ Sam and Chloe exceeded all of our expectations the day of the wedding and the dance floor was packed the entire night! He also provided the uplighting for the room since we had seen other couples use the uplighting at our venue and it added a nice tough to the room – not to mention we got some pretty awesome pictures! Through Atmosphere Productions we chose to use Ben as our violinist for the ceremony and cocktail hour who was also fantastic! I would highly recommend DJ Sam, Chloe and Ben for anyone looking for a DJ, Violinist, and uplighting! Thanks again for helping to make it the best night!

What can I say about DJ Sam other than phenomenal?? Sam came to us as a preferred vendor for our wedding and as soon as I spoke with Sam I knew he was perfect for our wedding! He sent us a spreadsheet to customize our wedding and our guests enjoyed the custom intros for our wedding party. Sam made wedding planning simple and I was definitely not stressed about the DJ! The uplighting he provided added a very intimate feel and he kept the dancing going all night!! We can't say enough good things about DJ Sam from Atmosphere Productions. Our wedding reception was absolutely perfect, and it had a lot to do with how phenomenal DJ Sam was! From the beginning, my husband and I met DJ Sam at the Lake of Isles Bridal Showcase, and instantly knew that he was the DJ for us. His excitement and attention to detail were exactly what we were looking for. After contacting him after the show, we signed up for DJ services along with some backlighting. DJ Sam gave us a spreadsheet to work with, where we were able to personalize our wedding to our style. From individualized introductions, to song choice, and reception order, the entire night was planned with our vision in mind. DJ Sam was easy to contact, and very efficient in providing any additional information we needed. On the night of, the entertainment was flawless. Our guests kept commenting with how amazing DJ Sam was, and it showed. The dance floor was filled for the entire night, no exaggeration! Without a doubt, we would recommend Atmosphere Productions. DJ Sam truly made our night one to remember!

DJ Sam was absolutely the best at my daughter’s wedding! Sam was just what we were looking for: a classy, low-key DJ who didn’t steal the show but instead kept things going beautifully. He was professional, responsive, and had many great ideas, things that we hadn’t even thought of. He gave us great guidance for our backyard wedding, without being one bit pushy, and the party ran smoothly in large part due to his effort. He hired and coordinated the string trio, and he made sure the ceremony music was timed perfectly and flawlessly. Sam came to our rehearsal to make sure things ran smoothly. Then, for the reception, he played all the right songs and responded exactly to all our specific requests. Sam was highly organized, and responded promptly to all emails and phone calls. If you are looking for a DJ, you will not go wrong with DJ Sam! He was fantastic.

My husband and I were married at Lake of Isles on 9/23/16 and DJ Sam provided a cocktail hour violinist, lighting, and of course DJ'ing for the reception. From the initial phone call and meeting with Sam we knew that we wanted him to be our DJ. He is so professional and really makes you feel at ease that he is going to take care of everything so you don't have to worry about anything on your big day. The Google Doc planning sheets were very easy to use and helped to keep us organized, and were also great to give to other vendors so they knew what the schedule was for the reception. He was AMAZING during the reception, and people were on the dance floor all night long! At some points people were dancing on the carpet because there was no more room on the dance floor. DJ Sam will tell you throughout the process that he will "read the crowd" and play what he thinks will keep people on the dance floor, and he definitely did. The lighting in the room was stunning, exactly what I had envisioned. I would 100% recommend DJ Sam. He is reasonably priced and worth every penny!

DJ Sam is the best DJ around for weddings! He is so much more than a DJ! My husband and I are so happy with how amazing DJ Sam made our wedding a few weeks ago! He did an amazing job at getting everyone on the dance floor and keeping them there all night long! The introductions started the night off perfectly and the Father Daughter Dance was one of the best parts of the night! Sam does an amazing job with the custom songs and I am so happy I was able to do that with Sam for my Dad. I would recommend Sam to any couple getting married! He is the best DJ out there!

DJ Sam and his daughter Chloe were amazing. I'm not sure where to begin, 26 years ago 9/23/1990 we hired DJ Sam for our wedding and because we loved his personality and the life he brought to the reception we contacted him and passed his information on to our daughter for her 9/24/2016 wedding. Thank you for making our daughter and son in law's wedding perfect from the ceremony music to keeping the party going with a full dance floor all night not to mention all the special personal touches you offer and personality you brought to the evening. By far the hands down BEST vendor we used for our big day. DJ Sam was professional and responsive to all of our needs. From day one he made us feel like we were going to have the best night of our life, and we did!!! Not only did he absolutely rock the dace floor as it was packed all night, he also helped make the night easy for my wife and I. I think the best part of working with DJ Sam is his enthusiasm for his job and how he truly goes out of his way to make your night special and unique to you. DJ Sam was so wonderful to work with!! He went with our non-traditional style without judgment and helped us create a really special ceremony and reception. I literally danced the entire night; our family and friends told us it was the most fun wedding they had been to! He checked in with my now husband and I throughout the night and guided the events throughout the night seamlessly. I would definitely recommend him! From the husband: I just want to add that my wife did literally dance the whole night; not only that; there were moments I would look around the room and see our aunts and uncles dancing whom I'd never expect to see out of their chairs; he got everyone moving! In addition, DJ Sam played really fun songs; he listened to our requests and thoughtfully included them in the playlist. Lastly, he went up and beyond helping with the toasts our parents and family gave. His assistant was always ready with the microphone and he even sent out suggestions to our parents on how to give a good toast!

We loved working with DJ Sam! He made sure to keep us organized and helped us create a full dance floor that danced the night away!!! Super recommended!!! Plus he can also offer live musicians which were awesome for ceremony and cocktail hour!

We were so glad to have DJ Sam and violinist Ben for our wedding day! DJ Sam was always easy to contact and quick to respond via phone and email. We also met with him in person prior to the wedding date in order to go over the details which was very helpful. Ben played the violin beautifully during our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour; it made the ceremony very romantic! DJ Sam was awesome during the reception; he made the bouquet/garter toss fun and kept our friends on the dance floor through the whole reception! He took our requests to heart by playing what we wanted but avoided the cliche songs that we did not want to hear. Our guests said that it was one of the most fun and enjoyable weddings that they have attended. We fully recommend Atmosphere Productions!

DJ Sam was a fantastic DJ and a perfect choice for our wedding! From the start, he was professional, organized, helpful, and quick to respond to all our questions. Our guests absolutely loved the music and the dance floor was never empty! DJ Sam knew the perfect song line-up for our reception and he kept the whole night stress-free for us! After the reception numerous people complimented on the evening's festivities and how well the event went, especially with transitions between small parts such as cake cutting, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance and open dancing, as well as keeping us on track so we wouldn't run out of time for anything we had planned. If you are looking for a professional DJ - look no further! DJ Sam is as good as it gets - he was incredibly responsive to all of our requests and last minute changes leading up to the day of our wedding. He was even helpful with helping me find other vendors for live music when all of his musicians were already booked. Sam was an integral part of our wedding day, he ran the show and kept the guests entertained all night long. Booking your DJ for a big event is important to have someone who is professional, listens to your requests and keeps your guests entertained - look no further as Sam will be sure to fulfill all of your requests/needs.

DJ Sam rocked. Was very thorough and responsive in the months, weeks and days leading up to the wedding. Took all my notes over several emails and confirmed details with me. Did a good job taking the temperature of the room during the wedding and playing an appropriate amount of each type of song (modern hip-hop/pop vs. classic wedding dance vs. middle eastern music), and genuinely seemed to enjoy himself. Especially if you are doing a wedding at St. Clements, or some other such venue that DJ Sam has experience doing, you won't be disappointed!

DJ Sam did a phenomenal job at my wedding. From the planning stage to the day of the event, he was professional, organized and fun. Music was flawless and with the lighting option, the room looked amazing! Very happy with the service and personal attention. You can tell a good night when everyone, including the DJ, was dancing!

DJ Sam was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and knowledgable in our discussions leading up to the event, and he was open to our suggestions as well as offering his own. The music was perfect for the wedding. He played a wide variety of music that appealed to all, and he read the crowd and tailored the music to the crowd. The dance floor was full all night long! Many people said it was the "most fun" or "best wedding" they've ever been to, and that was largely in part due to DJ Sam!

Choosing a DJ was one of my biggest fears as a groom that loves music. I will tell you DJ Sam did not disappoint one bit! Sam really put us at ease with the planning portion and we were very pleased that he took the time to learn who are guests were, learn how to pronounce their names as well as assist us with the flow of the reception. They say a DJ can make or break your wedding...so true. Luckily for us, we had the most amazing DJ. We worked with DJ Sam for our wedding and he was great! He has a fantastic personality and he really got the crowd up and moving! One of my cousins was unable to make the wedding and I saw him at Thanksgiving dinner last night and he said "I am so sorry I couldn't make the wedding. I heard the dance floor was off the hook!" I think that pretty much sums it all up. We had the best time and the dance floor was never empty. DJ Sam made sure he knew what we wanted and didn't want. We had multiple phone interviews when the wedding got closer to confirm information and he made sure everything was addressed. He thought of things I would have never even thought to tell him! He was so great! I highly recommend DJ Sam to anyone!

We spoke to a lot of DJs trying to find the best fit...and we found it with DJ Sam. Played all the music we love exactly how we wanted it to be played. Was very attentive to everything we needed. Have had guests asking about him because of the great job he did. Sam put us at great ease by helping guide us through cake cutting, anniversary dance, etc.-all the things that can get awkward! Sam helped make our day wonderful and we cannot thank him enough.

DJ Sam is awesome! The atmosphere he created at our wedding was electric!! The music was perfectly selected and the dance floor was the place to be until the end of the reception. DJ Sam was recommended to us through our photographer and we were so lucky to nail him down for our wedding, because he is a gem! Sam has such a sunny disposition, a classy style and takes care of every last detail. We got married in December, and Sam played classic holiday music during our Cocktail Hour (perfect!) and filled our dance floor with guests from age 10 to 70! Sam and his wife Susan are the perfect team!

DJ was the best! We had 5 other weddings prior to ours this year and our DJ was by far the best. Our guests danced all night long and everyone stayed until the very end. DJ Sam really got our guests' tastes and played music we wanted to hear. He was extremely well prepared before the wedding and always responsive. I would highly recommend him to everyone! If you want your reception to be one that your guests will never forget, you definitely have to hire DJ Sam! We also got the photobooth option through Atmosphere Productions and it was a huge hit. They also gave us a guest book with photos to take away at the end of the night. It was a great way to preserve memories of a fun night!

DJ Sam was FANTASTIC. We had been referred to him from one of my friends who had him DJ her wedding, as well as several of her friends and family members. He did not disappoint!! He was spot on with all of our requests and needs, and even when the reception ended up starting a little late due to some technical difficulties with our transportation, he was able to re-work the order of events in the evening so we wouldn't be losing time on the dance floor. Hands down, I would definitely work with him again and refer any of my friends to him. His professionalism and ability to work guests of all ages kept the party going until the end of the evening. DJ Sam of Atmosphere Productions was highly professional pleasant and helpful as we prepared for our reception. As a couple who cared greatly about what kind of music would be played at our reception (ok we're music snobs) we went through Sam's list and chose what we did/didn't like. Then we went through our own music library and picked out songs that would be appropriate for the different stages of our reception. Sam worked with our requests and used his many years of experience and best judgment to make a great reception playlist. The dance floor stayed occupied for the entire evening so many guests (young AND old) complimented us on the DJ's work and our selections.
