ience was mixed.
From a communication and planning standpoint, the process was often frustrating. We made a point to complete all of the vendor’s forms and questions thoroughly and on time, but responses were sporadic and it often felt like the information we had provided hadn’t been reviewed. We had to follow-up regularly and never fully felt confident that we were on the same page. When we asked Debra for reference photos, swatches, or additional inspiration details, the responses we received felt dismissive or overly simplified. Eventually, we chose to drop a few floral elements we had originally planned for because coordinating them became more complicated than worth having.
That said, there were elements we loved. The bridal bouquet, groom and father boutonnieres, the floral behind our Unplugged Ceremony sign, and the table centerpieces looked beautiful and we were very happy with them. However, we were not happy with the mother and grandmother bouquets and the ceremony aisle cluster arrangements (that were to be repurposed throughout the reception after the ceremony). The look, placement, and overall quality of those items were disappointing for all of us and did not look professionally done.
My interaction with the floral team on the wedding day was also a bit strange. While I was getting ready in the bridal suite, a woman suddenly entered the room several times without knocking or introducing herself. Multiple people in the room—including my mother, makeup artist, friends, and myself—said hello at different points, but she never responded nor acknowledged anyone. We eventually realized she was bringing in bouquets and adding them to vases to keep them watered, but the lack of introduction or communication felt uncomfortable and intrusive in what is a very personal space.
Overall, the communication challenges and day-of interactions made the experience more unfavorable than we expected. If we could go back, we would have chosen an external floral and décor vendor rather than working through the venue’s partner.

the main direction of “make it messy, not perfect”. (I may or may not have been over planning every detail at this point)… but, BOY DID THEY DELIVER. Everything was gorgeous and better than I had even imagined! The flowers were fresh, beautiful in color, well put together, and delivered on time and waiting for us when we arrived. The men’s and women’s florals were in our individual get ready rooms. We also ordered tossing petals for our guests and those were bagged and placed on guest chairs ahead of the ceremony. 10/10 loved this experience, loved Debra, and would absolutely use them again for any future event needs!

real pleasure. From our first conversation, I knew I was making the right choice. We wanted something simple and rustic and Debra had the perfect suggestions for us and even worked with us on budget. My vision was perfectly executed and even when I had things I wanted to add on or change, it was never a problem. There was a small mix up about moving florals from the ceremony to the reception, but I didn't notice until after. The pergola was supposed to have one large floral piece on one side and a much smaller one on the other, and Debra emailed me the next day to apologize (before I realized) and gave me a partial refund and a free arrangement. Way more than she needed to do, but she is honest and gives quality care.

My only small critique would be that I did not love the use of a specific flower (I believe they were orange lilies) on the cake and the ceremony flowers, and they were not previously discussed or included in any inspiration photos or any of our earlier calls. Atmospheres didn't send me any photos of the florals before they showed up the day-of, which I was somewhat hoping for, so there wasn't the opportunity for me to ask that the lilies be replaced with something closer to our inspiration photos. In retrospect, I wish that they texted me photos of the final florals, like they promised they would, so that I could have the opportunity to give an opinion. But otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect!
