400pm. While chef Williams did communicate with me what’s going on around 8 he stopped responding to my messages and answered none of our calls. The food never arrived and my husband and I’s family and friends had to spend more money for food. Some of my guests left to eat, can you blame them? Around 1030 the party was over and chef Williams messaged me and indicated that the van broke down and that the tow company came. He offered to give me a partial refund and to deliver the food but by then it was too late. I understand things happen but to ignore calls and messages is unacceptable and unprofessional! I do not recommend this company in any capacity! My husband and i have yet to hear from the owner chef Williams regarding a refund and if we don’t more punitive measures will be used. Update: it’s June 25th 2024, and “chef” Williams continues to not answer my calls, messages or emails, and that’s fine. We will be heading to court. Please do not conduct any type of business with this individual. He is a scammer, a liar, unprofessional and very uncooperative. I am not surprised that he did this to another family. Take accountability and refund our money back.
