Cathy & Sam were a pleasure to work with. After having a big mishap with a previous salon, Cathy came to the rescue and assured me that they would take great care of me (and the dress!). Sam and Cathy we’re helpful, knowledgeable and kind throughout my dress hunt. They were accommodating to us as we traveled quite a distance each time we visited the bridal salon. The alterations for my dress were done through a women they use at the salon. She was also knowledgeable and reliable. She finished the dress on time and it looked great!

Sam and Cathy are absolutely wonderful. From helping me pick out a beautiful dress, to making sure that all of the alterations were just right, they were fantastic. Not only do they make a great team, but they are responsive, kind, and highly professional. They made the process fun and stress-free! I am so glad that I chose Attelé for my wedding dress. Highly recommend!

Wow, such an amazing experience! I can’t begin to explain how amazing Sam was! She is so attentive, sweet, kind and patient! She obviously loves what she does and knows how to make a bride-to-be feel special! I FOUND MY DRESS ❤️ I highly recommend!

Is there a Zero Star option? Do not recommend Attlee Bridal at all. My friend made an appointment months prior with a confirmation only to find out they did actually schedule appointment. They do not offer good customer service. How are you supposed to trust a business I can’t even schedule an appointment with an expensive wedding dress purchase? Stay far away from this place!

Shady business. Awful customer service to a bride that scheduled a wedding dress appointment months in advance. One of the owners took the appointment and apparently forgot to schedule it. The other owners response to their negligence, “You can’t be mad at me, I didn’t do this” GIRL this is YOUR business. And then proceeds to tell the bride while she is crying over the stress of having family and friends flying in from out of state for this appointment that “good thing you called because it would’ve been awkward if you showed up.” Good thing she didn’t give your business thousands of dollars for you to drop the ball last minute. 😒🙄😒🙅🏼‍♀️ AVOID. Also love that even in their name on google (By appointment only) *Forgets to schedule a bridal appointment* 👌🏼

Attelé provided the absolute best experience for my wedding dress and veil shopping. Cathy and Sam are incredibly welcoming and made my Mom and I feel so special. They really listened to my vision and didn’t push any purchase on me. The tailor they provided Shelley was also phenomenal and they gave great recommendations on hair and makeup vendors. I cannot recommend them enough!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Sam and Cathy are EXCELLENT at what they do. They truly go above and beyond for their brides. Sam was the one who helped me when I originally found my dress, and let me tell ya, this girl is the best hype woman ever. She truly made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever. I had the pleasure of meeting Cathy towards the end of my first appointment and she also was super sweet and encouraging! Their seamstress (I cannot remember her name unfortunately) is also amazing! This is THE place to find your dress in Columbus.

I had the best experience with Cathy and Sam! I was a "Covid Bride" so I have been working with them for two years. They are very attentive since they only allow one appointment at a time and they have the best seamstress! Not only do they give you great advice for your wedding day, but they show you all of the options you can style your dress. Cathy was great at coordinating all of my appointments and Sam dropped off my dress the night before my wedding. Their customer service is impeccable and I highly recommend scheduling an appointment at Attele!

My goodness. If I could give them ten stars that still might not be enough. Incredible doesn’t even begin to describe. Sam is amazing, beautiful, kind, intelligent and knows what she is talking about. My dress was perfect; drop off was perfect. I’m in love! If you need a dress, go here!!!! It’s absolutely fantastic.

Sam and Cathy are the absolute best! They made my wedding dress experience absolutely perfect! The salon is beautiful and private, and they truly made me feel special despite COVID and all of the other wedding planning headaches. They were so great at answering emails or phone calls/texts immediately, and made sure that every detail was taken care of! I always felt like their only client because of the amazing customer service. They also helped find an amazing seamstress and coordinated all of my fittings! I would highly recommend every single bride go to Attele! Their dresses are gorgeous and the overall experience cannot be matched!

Since I am from out of state, I purchased my dress from a different bridal salon, however, I looked everywhere for a veil but just could not find the one that I was looking for. I was in the Columbus area for work and visiting family, my mom and I decided to check out Attele to see if I could find the perfect veil. Sam and Cathy requested a picture of my dress and then immediately started pulling veils that I was envisioning! Needless to say that I walked out that day with exactly what I wanted. Only regret that I have is that I did not purchase my wedding dress from this beautiful salon because the customer service is top notch!

Sam and Cathy are excellent bridal consultants. Attele has a variety of gown styles and sizes. Throughout both of my appointments, Sam and Cathy were supportive, encouraging and never pushy. They provided suggestions when I asked without imposing their opinions. They were welcoming to my mother and maid-of-honor. I felt so special and bridal. I have already recommended this boutique to others.

I've been sitting with a review in my head for literal months. Unable to express how impactful finding a wedding dress at Attelé was. I'm still speechless, thinking about how joyous and unforgettable my experience was there. Attelé has an expansive and unique selection of gowns. It's easy to locate and cozy on the inside. You walk in and immediately feel at home. In regards to Cathy and Sam, they are the type of people who leave a lasting impression on you forever. Seriously, I'll never forget them. They are the best hype women ever. I'm not always confident, and it didn't help that I'm not a typical bride. I didn't want a wedding, a ring, or a dress, and I have zero knowledge about what would work for me. Cathy and Sam made me feel empowered, beautiful, and dare I say, excited to have a wedding, a dress, and a ring. They were so knowledgeable, offered different styles to help solidify my opinion. They were never offended if I said no, not this, and they weren't afraid to explain the nuances of individual styles for my body type. You know, those little items you don't consider. They listened, suggested, and supported me in more ways than a bridal salon should. They are incredible, kind-hearted, and personable. I didn't leave there feeling like just another bride; I felt valuable and unique. I can't stress this enough, go to Attelé for all of your bridal gown needs. When I first went wedding dress shopping, I was excited, but extremely apprehensive. I am very particular and knew exactly what I DIDN’T want in a wedding dress, but wasn’t sure if what I actually wanted would even exist or look good on me. Then, I completely struck out at two separate bridal shops -- both extremely well respected and fantastic shops in the Columbus and Cleveland areas. My vision just didn’t seem to exist, and that’s when I started to panic. So, I tried to go back to basics -- finding dresses on Pinterest / online and bookmarking them for inspiration, and paying particular attention to the brands of the dresses that I liked. One of the stand-out brands for me during that process was Rosa Clara. After searching online as to who in the Cleveland or Columbus area carried Rosa Clara dresses, I found Attele. I quickly made an appointment. From the minute I walked into Attele, I knew fate had brought me there. Here’s why: the mannequin immediately upon entering the door was wearing the dress that I had been envisioning! I showed my inspiration pictures to Sam and Cathy. To my surprise, the dress that I had fallen in love with the most online was the exact same Rosa Clara dress that the mannequin in the shop was wearing. I tried it on, and immediately knew it was the dress for me. But, the best part about Sam and Cathy, and my experience at Attele, in general, was that they didn’t let me stop there. They went on to pull a bunch of other different dresses -- dresses that I never would have tried on! -- and encouraged me to try them on, just for fun. Even if I had already found my dream dress, they still were willing to let me (and, in fact, encouraging me) to play dress-up; to savor the moment of being a bride and of wedding dress shopping. Words can’t express how much of a fantastic experience that day truly was. I ended up buying the Rosa Clara dress that I had tried on originally. When my actual dress arrived a few months later, it was absolutely gorgeous, and even better than I had anticipated. Sam and Cathy then became invaluable to me throughout the dress fitting and alterations process. They were supportive; they made fantastic suggestions; they encouraged me to think about things that I never would have thought about in connection with my dress and my wedding day. Their alterations seamstress, Shelly, was also absolutely fantastic. Sam and Cathy even helped my mom choose a complementary color palette for her Mother-of-the-Bride dress. Ultimately, I think the best thing about Sam and Cathy, and Attele, in general, is that they really take the time to make sure your experience is uniquely tailored to YOU. Never once did I feel rushed while in the salon or pushed into something that wasn’t my style. Their goal was to make me feel like the best version of myself, and they were willing to give their time and energy to make sure that that happened. I truly cannot express how glad I am that I found Attele, and Sam and Cathy. All of their inventory is absolutely gorgeous, and they are truly wonderful people. Even if you don’t find your dream dress there like I did, you will absolutely not regret a minute of the time you spent at Attele. In fact, I can say that, without a doubt, my time spent at Attele was, hands down, the best experience that I had while wedding dress shopping.

I absolutely loved coming in and meeting with Sam. She was amazing! She picked dresses that complimented my body type and just made the whole appointment about me being the bride. She was so sweet. And I said yes to the dress!

Make sure this boutique is on your list for dress shopping, period. I went a few other places before I made it to Attele, and I’m so thankful I did not settle for a dress or an experience elsewhere. Sam and Catherine are not only incredibly experienced in the bridal industry, but they are fully invested in helping brides make their dreams come true. Every appointment was like getting together with friends who are just as excited about your wedding day as you. I loved my dress, and I loved my wedding planning more with these women, who made every piece of getting a style together effortless. I’ll never be able to thank them enough for the truly magical experience!

Attelé Bridal Boutique made my wedding dress buying experience more amazing than I ever could have dreamed. Sam and Catherine are amazing consultants, who definitely know everything about beautiful, chic bridal wear. I can’t say enough about these two (and all great things) and their shop. They took the stress away from finding the perfect dress, maintained a fun atmosphere for my guests and I, and even went so far as to give me a late appointment to accommodate my crazy schedule. I received so much support and felt at ease trying on so many dresses. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a dress!

Sam and Cathy are the absolute best. They were my first stop and I found my gown at Attelé so that’s enough of a reason to love them, but they went above and beyond to make my time as a bride truly special. I was so nervous to shop for a wedding dress! But Sam made the experience amazing! Every dress was beautiful! She made me feel confident to try all sorts of styles to see what was right for me and my body type. She also had so much insight about alterations and things to consider when having a wedding outdoors like mine is. She even let me step outside to see how the dress would look in natural light. I am blown away by Sam’s talent in this industry and everyone that came with me could not stop talking about what a wonderful experience we had at Attele. I full heartedly recommend Attele Bridal Boutique to any and every bride because there are such exquisite and unique dresses but also because of how passionate the owners are about what they do.

Several months before my wedding date, I got the news that the bridal boutique I bought my dress from was going out of business. I had fully intended on purchasing a veil I had my eye on at that boutique, but unfortunately did not get the opportunity to do so. I knew that a romantic cathedral veil would pull my wedding day look together but I wasn’t sure where to look next. It wasn’t long until I found Attele Bridal Boutique. One of the owners, Cathy, was incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry, was professional, and knew exactly what kind of veils to pull for me. She was incredibly gracious with her time and allowed me to try on as many veils as I wanted, even taking videos and pictures I could send to my mom, who couldn’t be there with me. I ended up deciding on a cathedral length heirloom veil with delicate beading that matched my dress perfectly!!! I was so happy with my decision to go with Attele Bridal. They helped make that part of my wedding planning process so fun and stress-free. My veil absolutely made our wedding pictures look perfect and just the way I always imagined. I can’t wait to hopefully pass along my gorgeous and timeless veil to my daughter or granddaughter someday. Thanks so much for helping me complete my look Attele!
