Also specializing in women's group fitness classes 5 days per week and personal training for women, men and wedding couples. Conveniently located on Rte 1 in Branford, Ct. From the first lesson to the last I will be forever grateful to Robyn and Alison for making the time we spent learning our dance a time we will never forget.
Together, Robyn and Alison created the cutest dance for us that was a big hit with the wedding crowd and we honestly looked forward to each and every lesson.
However, Robyn and Alison did more than just teach us a dance. Together they created an atmosphere of fun and laughter and sweet times of bonding for me and my son, memories that will last us a lifetime.

er dance the music cut into a mashup of several awesome upbeat songs. To say everyone went nuts would be a serious understatement! Everyone was roaring and laughing and clapping along. My dad and I both have two left feet when it comes to dancing, but Robyn and Allison are the BEST teachers. They made it so easy and SO much fun! I think we spent our entire time with them laughing and when it came time for the real thing we had it down so well I think we could have done it in our sleep. The music selectionsand dance moves were personalized to us and they worked off of what we asked for. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect dance! It's definitely a highlight from my wedding people will be talking about for a long time! Thank you guys so much!! No matter what kind of style you're looking for I HIGHLY recommend coming here! wishes. I was a dance growing up so I was very eager to get back into dancing. My dad and I love broadway musicals, so they put together four of our favorite songs in a 6 minute dance. We had SO much fun practicing and even more fun the night of the wedding. I would suggest Attitude Fance and Fitnes to anyone who is interested in having some fun with their wedding dances.
