DJ Sean did an awesome job of soliciting our music preferences, providing his experienced input, and making the reception preparations a breeze. He maintained an awesome vibe throughout the whole reception, worked in our special requests at the optimal times, and there wasn't a single hiccup with the entertainment through it all.

Sean (ATX DJ) was incredible to work with for our wedding at Villa Antonia. He is a master of his craft in sound and lighting. He took extra time prior to the wedding to perfect our plan; he was professional, accommodating and timely in his responses. He perfectly executed our "vision" for the reception. He knows how to keep people on the dance floor, and he is highly competent in reading a room. We appreciated his creativity - as he will steer clear of stereotypical wedding music if you opt to. Sean is the best! We had multiple people from our wedding comment about how fun the DJ made our reception. He helped us along the way and was accommodating for our meetings and offered to use Zoom so we could both meet him and ask any questions we may have. He set us up for success by creating an outline of songs we needed to choose and then took it from there. We only gave him a list of 10-15 songs that we both loved and then he created his own set list the day of, which could not have been better. He had everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, on the dance floor at one point and knew exactly how to read the crowd. I cannot recommend him enough! Thanks so much Sean!

Sean is such an absolutely incredible DJ! When we were comparing DJs we couldn’t believe the amazing price he gave us for the best service. When I first met with him he didn’t just talk to me about what he could do, he listened to me and then showed me what he could do. That was it for us, we hired him that day and it was the best decision. He was attentive, listened to everything we wanted and then more then delivered. The dance floor was never empty and all of our requested songs were right on time. He mixed everything we wanted, and we have eclectic taste, and made sure it was all seamlessly done! Booking Sean was one of the best choices we made for our wedding - we wish we had other events coming up to hire Sean for! He is an incredible DJ. We received more compliments and praise for his work than anything else about our wedding (we had a breakfast with guests the next morning, and almost everyone mentioned how fantastic Sean was)! He did the mics for the ceremony (we had live music for that) and was a great emcee as well. On top of that, Sean is so considerate and a great person to work with. When we met up with him for a pre-wedding session at our venue, the weather was unseasonably hot, and he was kind enough to bring each of us a bottle of cold water. Sean is an incredible person to have on your wedding day! Sean met with my husband and I twice before our wedding and helped us get started on making playlists for our wedding and gave us a demonstration of his DJ-ing! On our wedding day, Sean had extremely high quality equipment. All of our guests were able to hear us clearly during the ceremony with his microphones and Sean timed our music perfectly at the ceremony. When a song was too short, he already had a plan in place to extend it. During our cocktail hour and reception, Sean helped with any announcements we needed and when it came to dancing, he made sure the dance floor was full! Sean checked in with us a few times during the event to field any song requests which we super appreciated. He is a pro at anticipating the dance floor and keeping people on it! We can't imagine our wedding day without Sean!

Sean was truly an incredible and off the charts DJ for our wedding! The first time we talked to him we knew he would be great at our wedding, but he absolutely knocked it out of the park! We had a certain vibe we wanted, and Sean worked with us to not only listen to our vision, but understand and be able to make that into something spectacular. On top of that, when we had questions, or were nervous the music we had picked wasn't the right choice, Sean was able to take over, and guide us in the right direction. I’ve been to a lot of weddings, and I’ve never heard a DJ be able to play such a diverse group of genres, and mix them in a way that not only sounded good, but kept the dance floor full the entire time!! Sean also provided all of the lighting for our wedding, which brought our venue to the next level! We got our photo booth through Sean, which only heightened the wedding. A lot of photo booths can look like just a quick set up, but this one looked elegant and a blast, and we were able to use the photo booth as our guest book! We told Sean we wanted the party of the century at our wedding, and he delivered just that. Our guests have only continued to comment on how awesome the music was, and I would highly recommend DJ Sean to anyone, because I know what an amazing job he will do!!

Sean was the best to work with! He has a true passion for music, and it really shows when he DJs. He listened to us and helped us include music from both of our cultural backgrounds while also having some popular music mixed in. The dance floor was NEVER empty during our reception and our guests had the best time with him! ATX DJ (Sean) was a total hit! He was one of our favorite surprises of the day, in a good way. We hired him for his amazing DJ skills and the photo booth package, and we were very pleased with both. Sean was communicative and played all of our favorite songs and requests. The photobooth was so much fun with the black and white glam filter (it did not disappoint!). Many of our friends and family commented on how great the music was and guests of all generations were kept dancing and amused all night long. The cherry on top was that his pricing was in budget and was competitive with other vendors we considered, both in price and quality. Beyond the DJ skills and the booth, he worked well with the other vendors and helped the day go flawlessly.

Sean was fantastic!! He kept the reception going (hard task when you’re competing against the final game of the World Series!) and worked well with our planner for a seamless evening. Sean was amazing. At our initial consultation we talked about our overall energy level and expectation for the wedding. He provided us with a website to help us in picking songs for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He reviewed the list, followed up with us to make sure he understood what we were going for, added some suggestions based on his experience and absolutely delivered! On the day, he had us mic'd up for the ceremony, was setup for an outdoor cocktail hour and then transitioned inside for the welcome/reception seamlessly. He acted almost like a wedding planner to help keep us on schedule and checked in with us to make sure things were going as planned. He did so well, the Bride and I both separately went up to him during the reception to praise his high energy and talents! He played all the best parts of all of our favorite songs, knew when to bring it down so people could catch their breath, then went right back to up-tempo. The DJ sets the vibe, gets, and keeps the party going— he did all that and more! He took requests, mixed in songs from all genres and made our day so special. If you are on the hunt for a DJ at your wedding, Sean is your man! When my husband and I were looking for a DJ we wanted someone that we connected with and understood the vibe we wanted at our wedding. From the first intro call, we felt like we clicked with him and it was a bonus that he provides a music/mixing sample of what it would be like if he were to be our DJ. We had virtual touch base meetings but he was so easy to work with and helpful on additional suggestions on the playlist. Sean did such a great job and we were so happy that we were able to work with him. Our guests had a blast and we were dancing all night! Definitely recommend.

Sean is much more than a DJ--he helped us create the mood and tone of our reception, and he helped coordinate logistics and flow throughout the day. We had a lot of moving pieces with my brother playing the ceremony music, and he coordinated everything perfectly. He was professional and calm, helping to reduce any nerves or stress about the big day. Also, during the reception, I was so impressed at how he could read the room and crowd and adjusted the music accordingly. DJs are hard to hire if you haven't heard them live, but that's what I did with Sean after a very successful and positive phone interview, and I am SO GLAD I did. Ok y'all - Sean is the best. Music is SO so important to me - I curated our wedding reception playlist for over a year prior to the wedding. Music can also make or break the whole vibe of the dinner and reception. I've been to several weddings where the music just didn't match the vibe of the room and it results in an empty dance floor. Sean kept the dance floor full THE ENTIRE time!!! Even my parents got up mid-meal and started dancing. It was incredible. He reads the room and adjusts the songs, volume, and lighting to match. He organized the playlist to start with the softer, more family-friendly songs and build up to the real party. Even people who self-proclaimed to hate dancing were on the dance floor! DJ Sean is literally the best. From the introduction to the day of, he was nothing but amazing. He made our wedding! His timing of songs, mash ups, his set up and lighting were all on point in what I imagined our night would be. I remember "complaining" to guests, "Our DJ is playing TOO MANY awesome songs." DJ Sean is the nicest vendor to work with! He really stuck to our playlist and made some changes during the reception based on a last minute anniversary dance and slideshow we didn't know we wanted until that day. He also played off the crowd's vibe really well, and mixed songs and kept us on the dance floor for hours! We had the best meeting in person, and he was able to show me his skill in adding room lighting, too. I highly recommend adding that to your package because it's definitely cheaper than a lighting company, and he has the best equipment! Our experience with him was one of the best we could've asked. We greatly appreciated him taking the time out to meet with us twice, not only to ask about the wedding itself, but to get to know us as well. The process of providing him with the information he needed was quick, simple, and not stressful in the least. We put a lot of trust in him and we're glad we did. After the Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dance, he helped to get everyone out on the dance floor for a group picture then capitalized on everyone being out there by hitting us with a song that KEPT everyone out on the dance floor. So many of our guests have told us that the music was one of, if not THE highlight, of the night. We LOVED having Sean as our DJ for our wedding! He made the whole process of choosing our music effortless and stressless. Since our wedding was a destination wedding, we did all of our correspondence through email, text and phone calls. We never had a hard time getting in touch with him and he always made time for us and any questions we had. He really is an artist in what he does; there was never a strange transition from one song to the next and he was great in keeping with our preferred songs for the evening. Sean at ATX DJ is phenomenal. Not only is he great at keeping any vibe going that you wish (country/rock/rap/line dances), he is a 5 star-highly recommend from me because of his ability to pick up social cue’s. There were multiple times (mother-son dance, father-daughter dance) that we needed songs to simply end and move on, and Sean only needed quick eye contact, and he would flow into the next moment with no awkward pause. Over 100 people at the wedding commented on the song selections and how there was never a dull song or moment. He made our entire evening seem like a dream, and I truly attribute that to the music. SEAN IS AMAZING!!!! The picking ATX DJ was one of the easiest choices I made, which was impart to all the reviews - and after our event ALL the amazing reviews were 100% on point! Sean was so organized, easy to talk to and quick to respond to any questions. He has a huge music knowledge and collection....anything he didn't have that we had requested he added to his collection quickly. My Maid of Honor planned to rap her speech during the reception (I had no clue!) - she went up to Sean right before the reception and he was able to purchase the "music only" version of the song she needed to execute the most MEMORABLE speech ever! Sean would find me randomly and ask if there was anything I wanted to hear to make my night perfect - he had done such an amazing job I never had to say anything. After the wedding all the guests mentioned that it was nice to see a DJ that wasn't about making it about "him" during the reception - he just played perfect music that EVERYONE danced too! (plus his set up is FANTASTIC!) Picking a vendor that you never have to worry about during the process is SUCH a relief when wedding planning - do yourself a favor and choose SEAN at ATX DJ!

Hands down, Sean is the most wonderful DJ to work with. Not only is his site interface easy to work with when it comes to picking songs, but he makes sure that your night will be catered to what YOU want. He makes sure everything is ready right up until the week of the wedding by having a meeting with you and by sending you a worksheet to make sure everything is right. I had a smaller wedding of about 50 people, so I'm sure Sean is used to playing to a much bigger crowd, but he really worked the room! Mine nor my husband's family or friends are big dancers, but they got out on the floor and I think that's such a true testament to Sean as a DJ. He is truly a wonderful person that really cares about his clients.
