Meredith is AMAZING. The whole Auburn + Ivory team absolutely knocked it out of the park. It’s like they reached inside my brain and brought my ideas to life in a bigger and better manner than I ever could have done myself. Best decision I made (besides marrying my now husband) was hiring Auburn + Ivory. I would recommend!

Meredith from Auburn + Ivory did such an amazing job helping us plan our wedding and making sure things went as smoothly as possible on our big day. We would have been lost without her. She was always there if we had any questions and would meet with us regularly to help with the process. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Meredith and her team truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. I cannot recommend her and her team enough. I do not consider myself a design-minded person, and Meredith was so helpful and responsive in helping me create my vision for my wedding day. She had great ideas to help me DIY some of the candle centerpieces that I wanted, and helped make sure they were set up how I imagined. On the wedding day, I didn't have to worry about anything. Meredith and her team made sure everything went smoothly, so I was just able to enjoy the day. Finally, Meredith is just such a wonderful person! She made the day so special and fun, and we are so grateful that we booked with Auburn + Ivory.

We hired Auburn + Ivory for month of/day of coordinating and I cannot recommend them enough to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothing. Not only are Meredith and her team genuinely kind people and a pleasure to work with, they are also very trustworthy. I cannot imagine planning my wedding without Meredith. There are some people wwho have vision, and while I am not one of those people, Meredith definitely is. I hired her for a full service package well before my wedding. She helped guide my husband and I through every step of the process- she led us to the right venue, the right vendors-everything. She was with us at all the appointments, kept us organized, and listened to all my concerns- even when I just needed to vent about something small, Meredith was there to listen. She always had amazing suggestions, and worked with my whole vendor team to make the wedding of our dreams come true. The day of the wedding didn’t go perfectly-because what wedding does?? but Meredith was there to smooth out those moments so I didn’t have to worry about them. Our day was gorgeous, physically and emotionally, and much of the credit goes to Meredith. I cannot recommend her enough!

Meredith did a wonderful job with helping create the beautiful design for our program, seating chart and menus. She worked with all our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly and was very responsive when we had to make several unexpected changes with only a few weeks to the wedding date. On the day of the wedding she was at the venue and even helped set up and take the initiative to correct some seating and layout issues but made sure I wasn't aware so I wouldn't worry about anything extra before walking down the aisle. Meredith from Auburn + Ivory is absolutely amazing! We wish that we would've used her from the very start for full service planning and saved ourselves the stress in the beginning of our wedding planning journey. We hired her as our month of/day of coordinator and once she was in the picture, life became SO much easier. After our first meeting, we both felt such an enormous sense of relief knowing she would be there for us. She is such a sweet person and brings a positive attitude and sense of joy to every interaction. Meredith was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Even though we weren't one of her full service clients, she always made us feel like we were her top priority. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that she was there to keep an eye on all the details, no matter how small. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and was absolutely flawless, in large part thanks to Meredith. Meredith and her team helped us to plan a micro wedding in a short time frame. She styled us gorgeous decor and really made sure our day went smoothly and our guests were happy. She was a dream to work with and we highly recommend her!

Meredith was an incredibly organized, positive, and reassuring presence as I officiated at the recent wedding of friends. She was amazing at keeping everyone informed about the happenings of the event, beginning with the rehearsal (such great coordination of what would happen so we all knew where to stand/what to do/etc.) and ending after we vacated the premises and headed to the after party! As officiant, she gave me the right amount of instruction to keep things going well. And, I cannot even BEGIN to describe how beautiful the wedding was. The weather was predicted to be iffy -- and she was nothing but upbeat while remaining prepared and having back-up plans that were equally good to the main plan. Everything fit the atmosphere, looked incredible in real life and in photos, and went off without a hitch. Basically, Meredith is fabulous, and I didn't stop saying so to the bride & groom.

I cannot say enough good things about Meredith and Auburn + Ivory! We originally hired Meredith for her wedding styling services, but after some COVID-related changes that led to a backyard wedding, we decided to have Meredith on-board for her full service planning. We do not exaggerate when we say it was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Meredith was with us every step of the way during our planning. She made incredible recommendations for all of our vendors - leading us to work with a group that was not only incredibly talented, but also incredibly good-hearted. She alleviated every concern or worry that we had for months leading up to our big day and helped make sure everything was fully taken care of so that we did not have to worry about the extra stressors of hosting a backyard wedding. Meredith planned and executed an absolutely STUNNING intimate event (along with Katie from Old Slate Farm!). Meredith has impeccable taste and makes sure no detail goes unnoticed. Our event was beautifully designed and coordinated right down to our save-the-dates and invitations (which she designed and coordinated with our decor)! When there were unplanned changes, she took care of every detail so that we did not have to worry and could take time to enjoy ourselves. She was organized, prompt, and professional during our entire time working together. I truly cannot say enough good things about Meredith and Auburn + Ivory. She is an ultra-talented planner and an incredible human being! If you have the opportunity to work with her, don't hesitate!

i don't think i would have survived covid wedding planning without meredith - seriously! she is a dream and absolutely incredible at what she does. from invitations and decor to linens and rentals, meredith made sure every single detail was perfect and matched her (stunning) vision. she is endlessly creative, and it showed in every single facet of our wedding. i work in pr/events and initially thought i could handle wedding planning on my own, but nope, hiring auburn + ivory for styling & day-of coordination was the single best decision i could have made.

Meredith was such a light for us throughout the whole planning, postponing and re-planning process. Most importantly, she is a genuinely wonderful and caring person. Using a wedding planner was for us so important. Covid caused a big wedding to change to a smaller backyard wedding. Meredith helped select the vision we were looking for and coordinated all the things we needed for our beautiful backyard wedding. When a real problem occurred at the last minute, having a wedding planner like Meredith made all the difference. She took control and made sure we knew she was on it and that nothing was to spoil this special day for the bride and groom! Thankful she was on our team and things worked our wonderfully! Meredith did the decor for our daughter's wedding and she worked with the flower company (State and Arrow Design Co). Together, Meredith and Adria created a very beautiful setting that was better than we could have imagined. It was so nice to not have to worry about the decor in any way. Meredith brought all of her own decor, set it up and took it all down. Her attention to detail is excellent. She took care of so many things. The level we chose for her expertise was perfect for our situation. I highly recommend Auburn + Ivory.

Meredith is an artist, a visionary, a savvy negotiator, and a skilled project manager all in one-- a unicorn, basically. Cannot recommend her enough, or thank her enough. Work with her if at all possible! My now-husband and I went into wedding planning with just a few general ideas about what we wanted. At most, I had some vague visions and loosely-connected concepts. Meredith took all of that and worked with a talented group of local artisans to execute on our vision, and we ended up with a wedding that was more beautiful than we could've imagined. Beyond being a flat-out talented artist and designer, Meredith knows how to get things done. She is a consummate professional who does not lose her cool, is always transparent and straightforward, and is absolutely accountable, reliable, and dependable. We worked with Meredith for almost a year, and when our wedding day came, I wasn't even anxious, because I knew that Meredith would take care of everything-- and she did! We really couldn't have done it-- the wedding we had-- without her. Last but not least-- Meredith also rents out tables (that her husband made!) as part of her business (Auburn & Ivory Creative). We rented these tables and I am glad we did, as they were beautiful and helped make our venue feel lighter and more open.

All you need to know is yes, hire Meredith. Like seriously. Stop looking, you have found your golden ticket to wedding perfection. We started off using Meredith for Day of Coordination and quickly extended our services to having her design, prepare, and send our invitations, as well as style our venue for the ceremony and reception. She killed it. From day one my mom and I instantly felt comfortable with Meredith. I talked to her a little bit about my vision (mind you, I didn't have much of a vision at that time), as well as myself and my fiance. She took everything I said and turned it into this perfect magical fairy tale of a wedding that I could have never even dreamed up myself. I was not the girl that had my wedding planned out since I was 10. I had no idea where to begin, what needed to happen, what I even needed to consider. Meredith guided us the entire time and brought the vision I had in my heart to life. Our invitations were so unique, so beautiful, and our wedding just mirrored off that. I've had so many people tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to! If I could relive it over and over again, I would! With Meredith, you have nothing to worry about. Meredith knocked it out of the ballpark for our December wedding! We planned and dreamed for 13 months and we truly could have not executed it without her. We had a large wedding, of 400+ guests and Meredith conquered this feat without batting an eye. She listened to our wants, desires, and dreams and she made them come TRUE! She envisioned and brought to life unique custom creations that had never been done before! She connected us with the best vendors in the industry! She kept us calm + sane and just became my go-to gal throughout the entire process. I am so thankful for Meredith, her friendship, her gifts, and her heart and the way all three of these things helped produce the wedding of our dreams.

Meredith is the best ever! I had her design my invitation suite and all paper goods for our wedding in October. I was so fortunate because she knew my florist and was willing to collaborate with her to create a custom watercolor of the flowers I would be using on our wedding day. She is amazingly talented, and absolutely everything she made for us completely exceeded my expectations. It’s almost like she knew what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted! Meredith created our invitation suite, ceremony programs, hotel gift bag welcome cards (with an amazinggg watercolor map), reception menus, bar menus, table numbers, gift table signs, escort cards, a welcome sign, thank you notes... and more! She coordinated every paper-good beautifully without everything seeming just the same. Each piece was unique, and I couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out. She also has beautiful frames, table number wooden slots, etc. to rent. I felt her pricing was very fair as well. She’s very open to making any small changes you want and is great at making recommendations when you’re being indecisive. You will be so lucky to have Meredith design paper goods for your special day, and everyone will love them! Thanks again Meredith!

We hired Meredith for day-of coordination. She and her assistant helped us have a smooth and worry free day. She made a last minute run to fix some suit issues and ensured the groomsmen were all set to go before pictures. My husband was so happy she was there!! She also knew our photographer so they collaborated really well with figuring out details for pictures. She was the go-to person for ceremony and reception, I did not worry about a thing!
