We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Mike and AMS DJ Entertainment! From the very beginning, Mike went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident, comfortable, and ...
excited about having him DJ our wedding. He was incredibly accommodating, flexible, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing our exact vision to life. He answered every question we had and made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free.
One thing that really stood out to us was how far Mike was willing to go before we had even officially booked him. He drove 45 minutes from where he lives to our venue simply to make sure the space could accommodate the lighting setup we envisioned. That level of dedication and willingness to go the extra mile says so much about the kind of person he is and the way he approaches his work.
On our wedding day, Mike was absolutely incredible. He did so much more than simply play music—he helped keep the entire reception flowing smoothly by coordinating dances, speeches, announcements, and transitions throughout the night. Everything felt organized and seamless, while still being fun and energetic. He read the room perfectly and helped create such an amazing atmosphere for us and our guests.
Beyond being an amazing DJ, Mike is just an all-around wonderful person. He has such great energy, is incredibly personable, and truly cares about the couples he works with. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in what he does and genuinely wants his couples to have the best experience possible.
We are SO grateful that we chose Mike to DJ our wedding. He went above and beyond for us every step of the way, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. If you’re looking for a DJ who will not only bring your vision to life but will genuinely care about making your wedding unforgettable, we cannot recommend Mike and AMS DJ Entertainment enough!

l my little quirks to timings for songs during the ceremony, grand entrances, and parent dances. He works with you to bring your vision to life. My family is Greek and he was so open to letting me send him songs to use, was super respectful for everything. Played the playlist I sent to him plus some additional songs that he chose which were hits! Including the uplighting was such a fun experience too. We loved him along with our family and friends. We had an amazing wedding thanks to Mike. We even had our 101 year old family friend dancing on the dance floor. Such an unforgettable night. Highly recommend Mike!!
I can't express how integral Mike was to executing our vision for our wedding. He was not only involved every step of the way, he also provided us with really helpful advice based ...
on his extensive experience. He accommodated all our requests for our unique wedding which included a bilingual ceremony, pre-recorded announcements and specific song requests. The lighting he provided was also absolutely crucial to the ambiance of the entire party. From the ceremony to cocktail hour and reception, Mike was a major player in making our wedding literally perfect. I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him for any event you might be planning.

roduct. We went through his company for the all the lighting, Photo Booth, dj-ing/mc-ing and dance floor. He really is a one stop shop for all things wedding especially at the Wadsworth with his beautiful bistro lights!

Amazing DJ at the Branford House! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My wife and I are so happy we hired Mike for our wedding at the Branford House! He brought the perfect mix of professionalism and fun - an ...
absolute pleasure to work with across both wedding planning and the wedding day itself.
We spoke to other DJs early on while planning our wedding and found they tried often to sell us on their off-the-shelf services without really bothering to first understand who we were and what we wanted. Mike is just the opposite. He started by making a personal connection, and then helped us plan our wedding day from there.
From the ceremony to the speeches, dinner music to dance music, Mike ran everything flawlessly. As an emcee, he had just the right touch to give our guests direction and make things fun without being overbearing or corny (like some DJs we’ve seen at other weddings).
Mike listened to exactly what we wanted, making sure to hit all our "must-plays,” completely respecting our "do-not-play" list. On the day, he read the room perfectly. The audio cues, music, and even the lighting were perfect. He knew exactly how to keep the energy high once the reception started, responding to what people were dancing with, taking new requests, and mixing seamlessly from song to song like a true DJ. Our dance floor was absolutely packed all night long, and the lighting effects added that extra-oomph to make for party atmosphere that wowed our guests.
We also decided to book the additional uplighting and photo booth packages Mike offers, which we definitely would recommend if they fit your venue - for the Branford House, they were perfect to make the space even more special.
If you to work with a stress-free experience and an epic dance floor, definitely book Mike!

hable and the utmost professional. He did an excellent job as the emcee. He came up with the great idea to call family members up for special dances while we were greeting tables. Mike made sure to give us options so we could make decisions throughout the process. Mike did an amazing job with the music; we were on the dance floor all night! The uplighting really added a special element to our reception at The Society Room of Hartford. The dance party lights were so much fun!

d us through every part of the experience, from ceremony music to reception flow to the lighting design, and made us feel completely confident every step of the way.
The light show was hands-down one of our favorite parts of the night and truly elevated the entire atmosphere. Mike kept the energy exactly where it needed to be all evening long, and everything flowed perfectly.
We also booked the photobooth through his company, which was run by his son, and it was a huge hit with our guests! Everyone loved being able to take home a fun keepsake, and we absolutely loved getting access to all of the photos afterward. It’s such a special memory to have. Truly a 10/10 experience, we would recommend Mike to anyone!

Audio Media Solution completely transformed our wedding venue with their incredible lighting design! From the moment we began working with them, Mike was professional, responsive, ...
and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. The lighting set the perfect mood throughout the night—romantic and elegant during dinner, then vibrant and energetic once the dancing started.
They paid attention to every detail, making sure the colors, timing, and placement were just right. We received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the space looked—it truly felt magical.
Our Logo on each wall was the best part! And the Fog!!!!!!
If you’re looking for a lighting company that goes above and beyond to make your wedding unforgettable, I highly recommend Audio Media Solution. Their creativity, expertise, and professionalism are unmatched!
DJ Melanie was great! The dance floor at our wedding was full all night. She did a great job incorporating our playlists and cutting our parent dances seamlessly.

Mike worked our wedding and we were super happy with how it went. He was the DJ, did the ceremony/reception music, did the lighting and provided a photo booth. He’s an experienced ...
professional, and I would recommend him to friends and family. He talked the perfect amount for what we wanted, controlling the crowd but not speaking too much. He helped steer our first time officiant through the process, and I loved how he gave a brief pep talk to the people giving speeches. The lighting looked amazing, and both him and his son (photobooth operator) were friendly professionals. No complaints, highly recommend.
The live light show was AMAZING and DJ Melanie was wonderful with feeling the room to adjust music to keep everyone dancing. She also took guest request. Would book with them again...

ce Mike fired up the music the dance floor was never empty again. His lighting at the Society Room is second to none, you cannot go wrong with Mike and AMS!
We met Mike at the Bridal Expo in Hartford, and let me tell you he was everything we were looking for in a DJ and then some. His prices are incredible for the service he provides. ...
You don’t just get a DJ with Mike, you also get a lighting and sound professional. Our venue was the Society Room, and it has some very tall ceilings which can make sound projection a little wonky for those DJ’s who just ‘play good music’, or aren’t used to the space. Let me tell you that my ENTIRE wedding was electric and dancing the entire night, and the light show he put on was insane. Even the people who don’t really dance were up and out of their seats the entire night- and you could not rip us from the dance floor. Purchasing the Gold Package was one of the best investments we made- do not skimp out on that lighting!
Mike is incredibly professional, and very responsive. If we set up a time for a call at 2:00, he called right on the minute. Not just that, but he initiated every contact to talk about the timeline, music, and lighting. He knows every aspect of the business and we felt like we were in good hands the entire process. There is zero chasing after your DJ with Mike. He completely adhered to the timeline he gave us, confirmed it with us days prior AND the day of to ensure he was aware of any changes.
Mike from AMS was our DJ and did our lighting. I have never had more fun dancing at a party EVER. Granted it was my own wedding, but Mike’s DJing was seamless and kept everyone on ...
the dance floor. He was easy to work with, and the lights looked insane in the photos. I’d recommend him to all of my friends.

al our guest could not stop raving about them. I truly cannot picture our wedding day without these lights and we weren’t even planning to do half of them. To all the Wadsworth Brides, it is NO question, get the lights inside AND outside - you won’t be disappointed. Between Mikes responsiveness, energy, care for his clients and professionalism, I cannot recommend them enough. Truly a MUST HAVE. Thank you for making our wedding the most beautiful night.
Mike was absolutely outstanding. He was so helpful and thorough. I had a vision of how I wanted to walk down the aisle. I wanted everyone to walk down to the same song and then at ...
the height of the song, that would be my grand entrance. I know this was a big request because is meant perfect timing for everyone, but Mike made it happen! The lighting and sound quality was also perfect and Mike made sure the dance floor was never empty!
If you’re looking for an all-in-one lights and DJ package for The Wadsworth mansion, Mike’s the guy you need. The Logia lighting and terrace lighting were the perfect complement fo...
r the place; it’s no wonder the mansion itself uses his design in most of their advertising. He was also incredibly understanding and flexible. We initially planned for a whole dance floor lights set-up, but during the in-depth planning phase a month prior to the wedding, we realized it didn’t suit most of the attendees who were in the “Oldie” crowd. He pivoted and suggested a terrace lights package, which worked out perfectly. No changes in fee, no surprise charges. We also got him as our DJ and impromptu host. My dad was super impressed by him, plus he kept the dance floor jamming all night. Wonderful stress-free experience.
My husband and I got married at Camp Laurelwood in the fall. Audio Media Solutions was a fabulous partner in ensuring our day was perfect from an audio & lighting perspective. Our ...
ceremony was in a field with no electricity and our DJ Jared was able to set up a great sound system using a battery powered operation - we had music for the processional & recessional and our JP was mic'ed up as well. You would've never guessed it was any but a typical set up.
The music for dinner & reception was excellent as well. Jared totally got our vibe and did a great job reading the room. With our permission he took requests from our guests, and followed our desires for "must-plays" and "please, avoid". Our dancefloor was packed all night.
Dinner & ceremony were in a barn-like building, so we brough in some uplighting - it was soft and bright enough for people to be able to move around, but dark enough that guests were comfortable on the dancefloor.
Mike was fabulous partner in nailing down the initial contract set up & payment process. I couldn't be happier that we used Audio Media Solutions for our event. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again given the opportunity!
Our 10/12/24 wedding at the Wadsworth Mansion was the wedding of our absolute dreams, and Mike played an instrumental role in making the day so special. We're still getting comment...
s from family and friends about how awesome our DJ's music was and how the lighting was just absolutely magical! Mike was incredibly easy to work with both leading up to our wedding and day of. He is incredibly responsive, provides great ideas/advice, and overall makes the day run incredibly smoothly. Not to mention that he knew our venue like the back of his hand! We could not speak more highly of Mike and his services, and we've already recommended him to our family and friends for their upcoming weddings.

Mike’s ability to read the room and keep the energy flowing was second to none. He created an atmosphere filled with joy, love, and so much fun, ensuring that our guests had an amazing time on the dance floor. Beyond the music, his attention to detail and willingness to stick it out with us through every moment made such a difference. He kept everything running smoothly and truly went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a DJ who is professional, talented, and dedicated to making your event everything you dream of and more, Mike and AMS are the perfect choice. We feel so lucky to have had him as part of our special day—thank you, Mike, for everything!
Mike did a great job as our Wedding DJ for both our Ceremony and Reception! He was very pleasant to work with and flexible. A very professional, focused DJ who isn't "over the top"...
and wants to ensure the music hits the spot. Multiple guests at our Wedding afterwards were commenting about how much fun they had dancing and how good the music was. He also offers some nice lighting options that added a little more pizzazz on our dance floor and in the reception area. Great job to Mike, would definitely recommend.

Mike was extremely communicative & was very kind throughout the process! I would say the light show is incredible, but I was a little heartbroken having my aisle song cut and then ...

Melanie DeJesus of AMS was absolutely fantastic! We had to delay everything at our beach front wedding about 30 mins because of a “microburst” of severe Thunder, lightning and rain...
but she made it work. Everything went smoothly and she was totally adapting to the slight changes we had to make and it was seamless. At the end of our ceremony, the rain stopped and a double rainbow appeared over the water and she immediately played “somewhere over the rainbow” (by Israel K.) and it totally set a happy mood going into the cocktail hour. She had us dancing all night long until the very end, and she read the room perfectly. Playing classics and some newer upbeat music she knew the crowd would go wild for. She interacted with the crowd in such a fun, energetic way. Old and young were dancing the night away. My feet still hurt!
Mike did a beautiful job with the lighting at our wedding this past June at Wadsworth Mansion. He did the lighting for the loggia room where we had our bridal party head table and ...
in the tent that we rented for the outdoor patio. The lighting gave our wedding that extra special, romantic touch. Mike was very professional to work with and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

! During our two pre-wedding phone calls (one prior to booking and one the week before the wedding), he offered his guidance and professional opinions while still allowing us to create the day of our dreams. The lighting he offers at the Wadsworth is incredible (and if you are debating whether or not you want to get the loggia lighting as well- do it!) As our DJ, Mike helped create a seamless flow from ceremony to our last dance. The dance floor was crowded all night long! Thanks Mike!
