It was there that she had her first taste of Hawaiian shaved ice and fell in love with the delicious flavor and melt-in-the-mouth texture. When she came home, Vivian decided she wanted to open her own business offering this delight to customers in her area. She strayed from the typical snow-cone idea, which usually contains high fructose corn syrups and the like, and crafted a recipe that combines natural ingredients and 100% pure cane sugar.
