Aurelia is so incredibly amazing! Her talent and eye for detail is immaculate. We can't thank her enough for capturing our day. All of the shots and editing is exactly what I had envisioned and more. Her editing is timeless and so clean. 10/10 would recommend and hire her again!

Aurelia did a phenomenal job as our wedding photographer and was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. We wanted our photos to convey our real and candid emotions as well as include some with an editorial flair, and Aurelia nailed it all. We first met Aurelia at our engagement shoot in April and she immediately put as at ease with her ability to help guide us smoothly from pose to pose and actually have a fun time! She took the time to get to know us both and I could tell right away how much Aurelia cares about her work and capturing what we wanted out of the shoot. At our wedding in December, Aurelia was extremely organized, guided us and our guests patiently to ensure all of our requested shots were taken, and still left us time to capture the fun and organic special moments throughout the day/night. She also brought an incredible second shooter to ensure we were fully covered. I am blown away with the photos from both our engagement shoot and wedding and how Aurelia was able to capture all of our emotions of both days in a beautiful package. I am so grateful to Aurelia for her work and could not recommend her more!

Aurelia did SUCH an amazing job photographing our wedding in September. She truly did caption every moment. She didn't just do her job, she went above and beyond. Even when I was panicked and having a dress malfunction trying to get ready she was right there and ready to help. Seriously can't thank her enough for that one lol! I booked her over a year out from my wedding and loved seeing all of her photos from other weddings she photographed leading up to mine. Not once was I ever worried that they would be anything but perfect, because she was the one capturing our day. She's just awesome!!!

Aurelia shot our engagement photos and our wedding and she was absolutely incredible. Not only did she make sure to prioritize what my husband and I wanted out of our day and photography but she kept us on schedule. She zoomed with us ahead of our wedding to go over the timeline to ensure that we could get everything we wanted done. I sent inspo pics in advance and she helped capture exactly what I wanted. She is quick with sending pictures. In fact, I had my sneak peak in only 2 or 3 days. This turnaround included her traveling for my wedding, as well! She is incredibly professional and makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera which is a MUST for a wedding photographer. I cannot wait to see all the photos that she shot for my wedding. Aurelia captured our wedding day more beautifully than I could’ve ever imagined. As of now we’ve only gotten the sneak peaks and film photos back and I am already blown away by how stunning all the photos have come out – I literally keep scrolling through the gallery because I am obsessed and all our family and friends are in awe with the photos we’ve shared. Prior to the wedding, we had a few meetings over zoom and communicated via email to make sure we were all on the same page regarding timelines, shot lists, etc. which made the day run very smoothly. While the day was incredibly fast and hectic (as all weddings are) I fully trusted Aurelia to capture all of our special moments, both posed and candid. Because I know that she values candid shots with raw emotions, this only enhanced my trust in her to capture the special details and moments on the big day so that I could focus on enjoying time with my husband, family and friends, and spend time on the dance floor! The morning got hectic really quickly and when she saw me getting stressed, she stepped in to calm my nerves which I was so grateful for. During our first look, my finger started bleeding on my dress (from a cut I made earlier that morning cutting a bagel!) and her and her second shooter, Taylor, stepped in without hesitation to save the day with a tide pen. These moments attest to the fact that she went above and beyond for my husband and I. I fully recommend her to anyone in search of a photographer to capture their wedding day with timeless, romantic, vibrant, and candid photos.

Hiring Aurelia Baca to capture our wedding day down in North Carolina was the absolute best decision we made. She was incredibly organized and thorough leading up to the day, ensuring that she understood our vision and the shot list for the day. On the day she was the most down to earth, chill, calming presence. Her and I sang along to Taylor Swift in her car heading to the first look, she felt like the ultimate hype girl but in a very calming way. She made my fiancé and I feel so comfortable throughout the day. What you need to understand is how efficient she also is, we got our sneak peak literally two days after our wedding and it contained 50+ of the most amazing wedding pictures I have ever seen in my life, WE WERE BLOWN AWAY. Merely two months later we received our whole album and again we were floored, I didn’t think the pictures could get any better, but Aurelia truly bottled our magical day up in her pictures, I just know I will continue to look through these photos for years to come. Her photos are absolutely stunning and timeless, she captures magic and we could not recommend her more highly. She is a MUST book for your wedding, engagement, or event!

From start to finish, Aurelia was perfect in every way. She was so easy to get in touch and communicate with and quick to respond. She is an absolute JOY to be around and really made the entire process so much fun. She was the ultimate hype woman. She knew how to direct my husband and I for the best pictures. She had a vision and it really showed. The pictures are absolutely beautiful…a wonderful mix of candids, more traditional pics and other pictures that really highlighted our relationship and personalities. I cannot recommend Aurelia enough!!! She blew all my expectations out of the water! I fell in love with her work as soon as I found her but the finalized gallery of my wedding was far more than I could ask for. The pictures look natural and not overly edited. Aurelia was professional and kind and easy to work with! She got the venue when she said she would and instantly began working. She was prepared and did everything in a timely matter, according to the photography timeline that she prepared me with. I received my pictures in the timeframe that she said and got many more than I was expecting! I'm seriously so obsessed with my pictures, I look at them all the time! I could not have asked for a better photographer to capture the most perfect day!

Planning a wedding is so hard - for most people, it is the only time you ever have to plan such a big event, so it can be overwhelming. The best advice I can give is to do your research and find great vendors on whom you can rely. Aurelia is definitely one of the greats! She goes above and beyond for the couple, works with your preferences, and puts your needs first on the big day. Working with her was easy because she listened, gave great advice from her years in the industry, and took great photos!

I truly cannot recommend Aurelia enough, she was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish! We were SO obsessed with her work that she was the first vendor we booked (even before our wedding venue)! She absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. She was organized, personable, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and professional. She was so helpful with creating the perfect timeline for our wedding that fit everything that was important to us- from first looks, to golden hour photos, to group photos. On our wedding day she was so on top of everything it made the day run so smoothly and stress free- especially with our massive families. My husband and I can be quite camera shy but Aurelia just brings out the best in you and captures amazing candid images so effortlessly. She’s the ultimate hype woman! The hardest part of writing this review was figuring out where to start with all the great things I have to say about Aurelia and her work. The short review is: She's everything you could possibly want from a photographer and/or wedding vendor. 100/10 stars The long version is: Obviously you can scroll her Instagram feed or website, see how gorgeous her work is, and know that she is extremely talented, but the person that creates those timeless photos is truly one of a kind. I spent hours upon hours searching for the perfect photographer for our wedding. Our initial conversation eased a lot of my nerves, and we booked our engagement session with her at Laguna Gloria. She absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. She was timely, organized, personable, detail-oriented, and patient. All of those were characteristics we were looking for, but that last one was a huge plus when it came to our wedding day. My husband and I have a very large family, and Aurelia (& her superstar second shooter) did a stellar job keeping everyone on task and getting all the necessary family photos out of the way, so we could get to all the fun photos. I love Aurelia and her work so much that my only regret is not booking her for bridals, too! I cannot wait to book another session with her in the future and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a couples, engagement, or wedding photographer.

Aurelia is the bee’s knees. When looking for a photographer, we really wanted something that was true-to-color and authentic-feeling, and we zeroed in on Aurelia. My husband and I did our engagement session with her back in October and really appreciated how much of a pro she is at getting great pictures from couples who don’t know how to really pose (hi! It’s us!). Aurelia showed up on our wedding day and executed her timeline with precision and grace. There were times that I was nervous that we weren’t moving as quickly as we should’ve been, and she reassured me that there was nothing to worry about and we’d still get the pictures we wanted. We got married on Saturday and by Monday afternoon, Aurelia delivered us a sneak peek gallery of 30 pictures. I am so excited to get the rest of our gallery!

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Aurelia... We hired her for our engagement photo shoot and our wedding and she did an astonishing job. We had a smaller wedding and I was nervous there wasn't going to be much to photograph but we just got back all of our final pictures and she took both posed and candid photos. There were so many photos she took that we had no idea she took but we are so glad she did (like me kissing my husband head while he was sitting down during our reception, my crying when my husband and his mom had their mother and son dance, and so many more cute moments that we had together that we are so glad were photographed). She was so sweet the entire time through both our engagement shoot and our wedding. She worked with us and asked if there were any photos we wanted to take the day of and went out of her way to make us feel calm and happy with all the photos she took. We had some family issues prior to the wedding and she was very considerate about it and made the photos with them easy and fast, and she took photos of little things that I had in our wedding that represented my culture which I'm so thankful for. I also surprised my dad with a blown-up photo of his brother who passed at the age of 13 or 14. He's only ever had one photo of him and it was a 1 inch by 1 inch photo. She took photos of my surprising him and of him holding the photo. That memory will forever be cherished in my family and is now photographed which we are so thankful for. Overall Aurelia is absolutely amazing and you will NOT regret working with her!! I hope she will be our photographer for years to come whenever we decide to grow our family. 100000/10

How do I even begin giving Aurelia all the praise she deserves? This woman right here is fabulous in every single way. She’s fire. She’s an artist. She’s absolutely a gem. If she’s not your wedding photographer, you are Doing It Wrong! She built her own business from the ground up, which is beyond admirable. And the time, effort, and most importantly, the Passion she puts into her work is clearly evident in everything she does. We first met Aurelia in 2019 when she accepted us as clients & took our engagement photos. She didn’t hesitate to hike up a mountain in the rain, early in the morning, & still somehow produced pure magic of my then fiancé & I. Fast forward to Spring 2020 when Covid hit & not only disrupted the world, but also cancelled my big fancy wedding plans. Aurelia STILL showed up for us on our wedding day & helped us have an intimate elopement ceremony in Pilot Mountain, NC. She went out of her way, above & beyond to make that day special for us - & the photos are magnificent. Fast forward again to the Fall 2021 when my husband & I are finally able to have our long overdue Wedding Celebration. Aurelia, who is in the busiest time of her career, was by our side once again, making us feel like the most important people in the world. Also, I was 5 months postpartum & hadn’t slept literally in months. And despite all of my new mom anxieties/new body insecurities, Aurelia made me feel relaxed & beautiful. She took the most stunning photos of us & our son, & I will be forever grateful for the memories she was able to capture so elegantly. I could go on & on about how freaking amazing Aurelia is. I feel like I won the Wedding Photographer Lottery by having her choose us, & I feel even luckier to have gained her as a friend. She is a beautiful human & an unbelievably talented professional photographer. 1 million/10 - she is pure gold & will forever receive my highest recommendation. We love you, Aurelia!

I fell in love with Aurelia’s work when I saw the engagement (and later elopement) photos she had taken for some dear friends. Funny story.. she actually photographed three of my coworkers and their significant others before me… needless to say the WFBMC Neuro ICU gang loves Aurelia Baca!! She was an easy, obvious choice for me and my now husband, and we felt so lucky to have her with us throughout the planning process and of course for the BIG FINALE. She has a dreamy, earthy style and her pictures invoke feelings of intimacy and warmth. They will literally leave you breathless every time you catch a glance. Words don’t do them justice! As both a person and a professional, Aurelia is the coolest of the cool to put it simply. She’s very down to earth and has a natural ability to connect with her clients like an old friend. She will also gas you up and make you feel like the total royalty you deserve to for YOUR wedding and everything surrounding it. My favorite things about working with her Aurelia were her flexibility, efficiency, organization and overall supportive attitude. Punctuality and decisiveness aren’t my strong suits, but she was supportive of me when I changed my mind about things and she calmed me down big time when I ended up being late to the venue on the wedding day. (We had our hair an makeup done at my hotel, and because of traffic, it ended up taking longer than anticipated to get from point A to point B.) I was very anxious and panicky, but when I got there she made me feel 100% better and we immediately got down to it. We never felt rushed, and she directed everyone to be where they needed to be when they needed to be there, which I definitely couldn’t have handled on my own. I was also very stressed about my husband seeing me before the wedding because our suites were so close together and doors were constantly opening/closing. She was nothing but patient and helped make sure that our “first look” was during the ceremony. As the bride and groom, she prioritized what my husband and I wanted specifically and it was just such a relief to know we were in such good hands. When we got my bridal portraits and the sneak peek of the wedding back, we were stunned. I’ve always been very critical of pictures of myself but my gosh, they are perfect. Just perfect in every way. The detail in each and every one of them is immaculate.. she somehow managed to capture the first tear that fell down my husband’s cheek (I didn’t think he would cry!) as I walked down the aisle and wow.. just wow. That will forever be my favorite picture for the rest of my life. The gift she has given us by capturing our best day ever so beautifully is absolutely irreplaceable and we will love these pictures forever and ever. You can’t convince me that there is a better wedding photographer out there anywhere.

Aurelia is one of the best photographers I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She was timely, on top of every shoot, and had great energy throughout the entirety of the event. She was extremely personable, and very easy to communicate with and collaborate ideas with! Her shots were fresh and creative, and truly captured the couple's style. Aurelia is as wonderful a person as she is a photographer and is the first person I rave about anytime I talk about our wedding. Even during her busiest year with rescheduled weddings she always responded timely and got us our sneak peeks (which included way more photos than I was expecting) and galleries on or before the deadlines. I came across Aurelia’s photography page through her dog, Olive’s, Instagram page and immediately knew that I had to have her as our engagement/wedding photographer! I was blown away by her style of photography and knew that it would be perfect for us. Aurelia has a way of making you feel like you’ve known her forever, and it makes it super easy to let loose and just be yourself in front of the camera. Her communication during the whole wedding process was superb, and she was always there for me when I had a question, needed some suggestions/recommendations, or just needed someone to cry to during the stressful times. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything and was able to capture all the shots we wanted and helped relieve so much of my anxiety so that I can truly enjoy the day. She’s the best dance partner on the dance floor and is not afraid to break it down with everyone! I am still told by wedding guests how awesome our wedding photographer was. Even after the wedding, Aurelia was there for me and for that I am forever grateful! I cannot recommend Aurelia enough! We are still in awe at how beautiful the photos turned out and we will cherish them forever!

Aurelia was a DREAM to work with! With Covid, we had a ton of changes to our wedding date, venue, etc. but she not only made it work, she exceeded every expectation we thought we could have!! Not only is Aurelia incredibly talented, she is beyond genuine and someone who you will want to hang out with even after your event! Her dedication to her craft is apparent and we cannot say enough good things about our time with her, the photos she captured and just the process overall. To sum it up, Aurelia is simply the best!!

As soon as I saw Aurelia's website I knew we had to book her. Her photos are STUNNING. She's so quick to respond and super easy to work with. You can tell she *really* cares about the client experience. I would recommend her over and over!! We had our engagement session and we LOVE our photos, we brought our dog and she was able to incorporate her in so easily. Can't wait for our wedding pics!!

Aurelia surpassed every expectation I could have ever had for a wedding photographer. She is professional, exceptionally attentive, and above all takes absolutely stunning photos. We booked Aurelia after a friend’s recommendation for our original wedding plans. Due to the COVID ordeal, after much uncertainty, we ended up changing our original plan to having a very small wedding and Aurelia was on-board and accommodating every step of the way. The day of, she made us feel comfortable and fabulous despite the excruciating heat. She managed to get all the shots we wanted (and more) without making our big day feel consumed by photographing. As for the finished product, I cannot explain what a great job she did and how wonderful the photos and final edits came out. I have recommended Aurelia to multiple friends and plan to continue doing so!

Listen to me when I say that Aurelia Baca is one of the most talented photographers and most wonderful people I have I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We booked her for our slightly last minute wedding in February 2020 in Asheville, NC. The entire booking process was so easy. And when I gave her some idea I had of locations for the photos, she found the most perfect location ever. Over email everything was awesome, but meeting Aurelia in-person confirmed my love for her. She drove us up in to the mountains (even stopping mid-way to install snow-chains) and took the most beautiful pictures ever. Her direction was perfect and the conversation we had during our whole adventure made everything so comfortable and fun. She took our ceremony and reception photos as well and truly captured was a special night that was for us. Aurelia really personalized this experience for us, and made it so memorable-- not only with the photos she took but with the story we will be able to tell about our adventure that day. I would recommend her 100x to anyone asking, and even those who don't. I am still trying to figure out a reason to travel to TX to take more photos with her!

WOW! So we had Aurelia for our engagement shoot and as our wedding photographer and we loved her both times. Aurelia is a really fun person who remembers to keep you as her focus on a day as busy as your wedding. She took such amazing shots and we are so glad that we will have these images for the rest of our lives. She will sometimes make you do quirky things that might not make sense at first, but the end results always look so good!! She is a great photographer and even greater person! Aurelia was amazing! We had the best time with her at our engagement shoot. She brought us out of our shells and gave us just the right amount of direction. She also showed us photos after each pose so we were able to see the shots. She has a great eye for picture perfect settings and got so many great shots of a normally not so photogenic couple. Rather than be our awkward normal selves, she told us to pretend like she wasn’t even there and as soon as the pressure was off from trying to force a smile for the camera, she was able to catch so many different angles and we were so happy with how everything turned out! We can’t wait to see the final versions and are even more excited for her to shoot our wedding!

Aurelia, is a great wedding photographer. She helped with making the day fun and really knows how to pick out great locations for beautiful shots.
