ew days prior to my appointment to get an idea of what I was looking for, which was very reassuring and made me feel more at ease with the daunting task of finding “the dress”. She was friendly, knowledgeable, easy-going, attentive, fun, quick, organized, fashion-forward, and she just made me feel comfortable. The store was clean and organized. They had a big selection of dresses, wide price range; dress prices seemed reasonable. Store had designated dress showing/viewing areas that were furnished with comfortable couches. You have your own personal dressing room, so I only had to take a few steps to step on pedestal in front of huge wrap around mirror where my family/friends were waiting to see dress I had on. The try on areas also had some privacy from other customers in store. I drove 1.5hrs to get to store and it was worth it. First store, first visit and I found my dress and stayed within budget. Dress is ordered and delivery is scheduled for August 2026 - Wedding Date is in December 2026.

However, the person I was set up unfortunately ruined my experience. I went shopping almost 2 weeks ago and am still thinking about my experience. When i arrived to my 3:30 appointment and checked in, i was told "oh we didn't think you were coming." I never called to cancel and I wasn't late, so i don't know why they would think that. We were directed to a couch to hang out until she finished helping another customer. At about 4pm, she came over to start my appointment, didn't introduce herselt, and seemed really rushed. She grabbed some dresses and after each one I would tell her what I did and didn't like and she scoffed a few times, rolled her eyes and even told me I was a pain in her ass AND told me i had a "pancake ass" in one of the dresses. After 4 dresses, she started to say i was getting "white brain"…. which was coincidentally at about 4:50 a few minutes before when my 1hr 30 minute appointment would have ended if we started on time.... So we ended the appointment, which was when i finally found out her name was Michele. I left feeling ugly and dismissed and had so much anxiety about continuing to shop for my wedding dress.
However, the next day i went to La Boutique and bought the first dress i tried on. She listened to what I wanted and was so so kind and attentive.

al and consultant Michelle made the task of planning a Christmas wedding easier than we imagined. They were always available to work around her schedule and gave a girl who normally wears athletic attire a truly beautiful bridal experience. The wedding aesthetic was a modern Christmas theme. She wanted her dress to be elegant and classy but also photograph well in a Christmas setting. Michelle listened and pulled dresses that checked all those boxes. She said yes to the dress, as well as the veil. She also chose her bridesmaid dresses and grooms/groomsmen tuxes here as well. The seamstress even was able to sew a piece of my mom’s dress and my bridal dress into her gown. Once the wedding was over they even sent it off to be preserved. We truly appreciate the care we were given and I highly recommend them for your bridal needs. 😊

I ended up falling in love with a dress style I hadn't imagined would look good on me but she pulled and encouraged me to try on. So thankful for her wisdom and encouragement she carried throughout the appointment that made me feel comfortable and beautiful!
For the suit rentals, we worked with Michelle. Each appointment with her was so easy and they had so many options to choose from so we got exactly what we wanted. Once everything was picked out, our in-town groomsman/fathers were able to get in and out for their fittings quickly, pain free! For our out of state groomsman, their mobile tailor app made everything seamless for them to get their measurements in. When try on time came any adjustments needed were quickly corrected with no stress.
Annette did my dress fittings and alterations. She was a dream to work with!! The bustle she created was perfect for my dress style and enhanced the dresses features while bustled.
