My husband and I got married on May 25th, 2025 at Aurora Meadows and there are not enough great things I can say about this venue and it's staff! We booked all the way back in 2023 and even though they were just starting out, the team did so much to make us feel confident and excited about choosing them. Since the beginning It has been so easy to trust them with the details of our day and it has been a pleasure to work with both Brittany and Ashley along the way. All of the staff that I, as well as family and friends, interacted with were so communicative, helpful, and kind throughout the planning process all the way to the big day. The venue itself was a dream come true and the natural light and clean white walls gave us the perfect blank slate for the pastel spring decor we wanted. Everything is so clean and modern from the foyer to the getting ready spaces for both the bride and groom. We also really loved having out ceremony outdoors and reception indoors and our guests loved the patio for cocktail hour. Our entire experience was organized, professional, stress-free, and joyful <3 I would pick Aurora Meadows over and over again!!

The venue coordinators were so communicative, organized and genuinely a joy to work with. They stayed on top of every detail and were quick to answer any questions I had throughout the planning process. The venue itself is absolutely stunning! The bridal and grooms suites were awesome to be able to get ready on-site. The horseshoe/hydrangea garden was a perfect backdrop for our ceremony. Inside, the space is clean, modern and elegant. I received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was. I can’t recommend Aurora Meadows enough!

Adam & Brittany were married in the Fall of 2013 & ever since that day, Brittany has been obsessed with weddings! She started her own wedding planning company in 2016 and when that wasn't enough for her, she teamed up with her husband to buy the old Aurora Country Club and create Aurora Meadows. Together they could take all the things they loved about weddings and venues, and create a truly special place. Three kids and 3 successful businesses later, they can't wait to start this new chapter in their lives!

We decided to go on one last tour at Aurora Meadows before putting a deposit down at our previous favorite choice and we are forever grateful that we waited and visited Aurora Meadows. From the moment we toured Aurora Meadows, we were charmed by the space and staff and it topped our previous best venue option by miles. The venue was elegant and sophisticated in its aesthetics and it was the perfect sized space for our 100 guest wedding ceremony and reception. Aurora Meadows had the perfect amenities including on-site getting ready suites for the bride and groom, a beautiful bar and cocktail hour gathering space, clean and convenient bathrooms, as well as wonderful options to hold either an indoor or outdoor ceremony which was a key criteria point for us while deciding on a wedding venue. The venue was also great in location with multiple convenient lodging options for all our guests and had a delicious BBQ joint down the road that we used to cater our getting ready lunch prior to the wedding ceremony. Overall, the space was the perfect backdrop for our wedding day and its clean and bright canvas makes it versatile to hosting events with varying color palettes and themes. In addition to our high praise of the space itself, the real treat of having our wedding at Aurora Meadows was the opportunity to work with the great staff there. We felt like we were in good hands with the Aurora Meadows staff while planning our wedding while living out-of-state from the venue and we enjoyed working with Brittany, Ashley and Katlyn to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. The venue owner Brittany (whom also has her own wedding planning business B. Lovely Weddings) has invaluable knowledge running wedding events and she was wonderful in helping to take away some of the wedding planning stress while guiding some of our planning choices with her expertise to ensure we had a smooth-running event. The staff was also very accommodating in allowing us to test some of decoration placement prior to the wedding day and were prompt with communication throughout the planning process. The bridal/groomsmen suites are awesome and so convenient. The girls who were present for our wedding day were amazing and went above and beyond to make our day go smoothly. I was a little bit worried leading up to the day as we had a few communication mishaps but at the end of it all, the day went smoothly and our wedding vision did come to life. I would highly recommend Aurora meadows as a venue for any event, big or small!

disappointed by the staff at the venue. At times, they were slightly rude to us and our parents and unaccommodating. For example, we showed up 30 minutes before the start of our rehearsal the night before and received significant attitude from the venue coordinator. The venue also hosted a tour one hour before our ceremony was set to begin and while we were taking pictures... beside that, we were happy to have such a beautiful ceremony venue for a great price.

The venue manager Ashley is so sweet and worked with us to execute our vision and was there the day of to help coordinate with our vendor team and even went out to help dry off chairs after a quick rain shower so we could have our dream outdoor ceremony! They helped make it a stress free day other than a small communication hiccup due to the rain and whether or not the ceremony was being moved, but otherwise they took care of all of the set up and tear down which let us be present and enjoy our day. The getting ready suites were a huge selling point for us, we loved that the guys had their own space to hang out which was surprisingly difficult to find in a venue and the girls suite had fantastic lighting and plenty of space for hair and makeup to set up and get everyone ready. We would absolutely choose this venue again and would recommend to anyone!

We also loved the option for an outdoor ceremony. The hydrangea garden was stunning, giving our ceremony a romantic and natural backdrop. The patio space was also a fantastic addition, offering a great spot for guests to mingle during cocktail hour and throughout the night. The only downside was that communication leading up to the wedding which could have been better. We encountered some delays in getting responses and confirming details, which caused a bit of stress in the planning process. However, we were able to finalize everything the week before and everything went perfectly on our wedding day. Overall, Aurora Meadows is a gorgeous venue with plenty of space and flexibility and we would definitely recommend it for any future couples!

My favorite thing about this venue is the nice, clean, and classy design of the interior. You have the option to go with any style of wedding you want without having to worry about clashing with their design or decor. The chandeliers are so elegant and numerous windows offer the perfect amount of light and really make the space pop! The bar is HUGE and offered enough space for us to have 4 bartenders at our wedding. They also offer a bridal and groom suite that was perfect to get ready in on the day of! Not to mention the staff.. the owner Brittany is truly incredible. She is so kind and efficient. I always felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire planning process and she made it so easy for us!
