Formerly the Aurora Country Club, Aurora Meadows features hardwood floors, high ceilings, and expansive windows that bathe the space in natural light. The beautiful surrounding park provides ample photo opportunities as well as a stunning backdrop for your wedding ceremony & patio cocktail hour. Two getting-ready suites are available for the wedding party to relax and prepare before the event begins, and there is a full prep kitchen on-site for catering use. This beautiful venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for an unforgettable evening of dining and dancing the night away with loved ones!
The Aurora Meadows team aims to provide everything needed to host your dream celebration! Venue rentals include exclusive access to the property, private green spaces, an outdoor stone patio, and ample parking for guests' convenience. They offer various open bar packages that range from beer and wine to premium options for up to five hours. Gold Chiavari chairs, white ceremony chairs, round tables, banquet tables, and high-top tables can all be provided on-site. You'll work hand in hand with the event coordinator to design the celebration of your dreams & they even offer discounted wedding planning services if you'd like a professional to help guide you through vendor selection, management, venue decoration, and more!

My husband and I got married at Aurora Meadows in July of 2024 and we were blown away by the details, the elegance of the space, the communication with all of the owners and coordinators, and just the overall sense of peace the day had. I truly believe that is because Aurora Meadows has staff that is beyond kind and willing to work with you, as well as an incredible space for your special day that is gorgeous and is the hidden gem of Aurora! I am so glad I decided to get married here; I will cherish that day forever because of the ease that they gave us day of and all leading up to the day! I felt so special! Thank you Aurora Meadows! 🫶🏼
We had our ceremony at the venue and our reception at a different location. We were in awe of the beautiful, new, and clean space with great getting ready suites. However, we were disappointed by the staff at the venue. At times, they were slightly rude to us and our parents and unaccommodating. For example, we showed up 30 minutes before the start of our rehearsal the night before and received significant attitude from the venue coordinator. The venue also hosted a tour one hour before our ceremony was set to begin and while we were taking pictures... beside that, we were happy to have such a beautiful ceremony venue for a great price.
This was the perfect venue for our August wedding! It is absolutely beautiful and a nice clean, blank slate for any aesthetic you want. All of our guests raved about how beautiful of a space it is. It is also a really good size so we had more than enough room for our 110 guests. The venue manager Ashley is so sweet and worked with us to execute our vision and was there the day of to help coordinate with our vendor team and even went out to help dry off chairs after a quick rain shower so we could have our dream outdoor ceremony! They helped make it a stress free day other than a small communication hiccup due to the rain and whether or not the ceremony was being moved, but otherwise they took care of all of the set up and tear down which let us be present and enjoy our day. The getting ready suites were a huge selling point for us, we loved that the guys had their own space to hang out which was surprisingly difficult to find in a venue and the girls suite had fantastic lighting and plenty of space for hair and makeup to set up and get everyone ready. We would absolutely choose this venue again and would recommend to anyone!

Ashley & Brittany were amazing to work with! Aurora Meadows is a very new modern space and guests really complemented it! They have everything you need, especially an on site Bridal/Groomsmen getting ready space!
We had our wedding at Aurora Meadows at the end of June, and overall, it was a great experience! One of the standout features of this venue is the spacious indoor area, which provided plenty of room for all our guests to move around comfortably during dinner and had plenty of room for dancing after! The indoor space felt grand yet inviting.
We also loved the option for an outdoor ceremony. The hydrangea garden was stunning, giving our ceremony a romantic and natural backdrop. The patio space was also a fantastic addition, offering a great spot for guests to mingle during cocktail hour and throughout the night.
The only downside was that communication leading up to the wedding which could have been better. We encountered some delays in getting responses and confirming details, which caused a bit of stress in the planning process. However, we were able to finalize everything the week before and everything went perfectly on our wedding day.
Overall, Aurora Meadows is a gorgeous venue with plenty of space and flexibility and we would definitely recommend it for any future couples!

This venue was absolutely perfect and everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful! The indoor/outdoor options for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all beautiful- any option is perfect. The parlor for the girls to get ready in is a great size and private away from vendors/guests arriving. You can honestly tell they care so much about your wedding and helping making it seamless and perfect. Brittany and Ashley are amazing and easy to work with. I am so happy we got married here.
Aurora Meadows had everything that I could have wanted in a venue! We got married in November and with the weather being bad we were unable to have an outdoor ceremony. Brittany and her team did an amazing job of seamlessly flipping the ceremony space to the reception area while the guests enjoyed appetizers in another location. My favorite thing about this venue is the nice, clean, and classy design of the interior. You have the option to go with any style of wedding you want without having to worry about clashing with their design or decor. The pictures of the inside are gorgeous but definitely don't do it justice. I highly recommend seeing it in person if you're considering having your wedding here!
We could not have imagined a better wedding venue. The space is brand new, clean, and tastefully designed. The outdoor spaces are brilliantly landscaped (both for the ceremony and cocktail hour). Brittany and her team are top notch—if you could get a PhD in weddings, they would have it. Brittany is an expert at understanding the bride’s vision, and making it happen. It’s easy for many venues to say “no,” but Brittany tries to make the vision happen. We are beyond blessed to have had Brittany, her team, and the venue—it made our wedding truly world class. I had my wedding here in October of this year and there’s not one bad thing I can say about it! Brittany went above and beyond for anything and everything. Angelique and Ashley were also helping out and were nothing but Amazing. Our day would not have been as great as it was without all of their help. The venue itself is beautiful! It is spacious, and decorated beautifully. The outdoor area is one of my favorite parts. Our wedding guests raved about how beautiful it was there! I would recommend Aurora Meadows to anyone planning a wedding!!
Would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. My husband and I toured this venue during construction, literally saw them removing beams! In most cases this might have deterred us away, but Brittany had our trust from the start. She created the entire vision for us and made us the most comfortable we had been since we started planning the wedding. Beautiful place, classic, modern, elegant and allows for so much creativity. Many indoor/outdoor options and ample parking. 1000000/10!!
Our experience planning our wedding reception at Aurora Meadows was fantastic. When we found Aurora Meadows it was under construction. Brittany is a professional who knows her craft and audience, she shared their vision in words and through digital renderings. Brittany and her team are professional, hard working, and flexible. There were several times my parents and I stopped by to either see the progress on the renovations, see a potential reception set up or test our wedding colors and centerpieces in the the ballroom to get the “ whole vision”.
I had my October wedding here and everything was amazing! Brittany and Ashley were great and the rest of the staff! The day went smoothly and it was perfect! Would definitely recommend!
I had my wedding at Aurora Meadows on 11/4/23 and I seriously recommend to all future brides!! The space is BRAND new and incredibly clean with beautiful flooring (no ugly carpet). The chandeliers are so elegant and numerous windows offer the perfect amount of light and really make the space pop! The bar is HUGE and offered enough space for us to have 4 bartenders at our wedding. They also offer a bridal and groom suite that was perfect to get ready in on the day of! Not to mention the staff.. the owner Brittany is truly incredible. She is so kind and efficient. I always felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire planning process and she made it so easy for us! If you are looking to get married in a space that offerers classic elegance then Aurora Meadows is your venue!
Such a great place to have a wedding. We only had our cocktail hour reception here and it was perfect. They were so helpful and great to work with. And so many options to take photos at the venue. And wad great to hang out in-between the ceremony and reception. Thank you for helping create a great day.
I had my baby shower at Aurora Meadows and it was better than I ever could have imagined! The space is absolutely stunning and working with Brittney and Adam was so easy! They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that I could possibly need or want! The venue is gorgeous- there was a whole second space that we did not even use because it is so large inside!! There is no venue like it around! I can’t even imagine how gorgeous it would be to have a wedding there!! 15/10, HIGHLY recommend!!

She started her own wedding planning company in 2016 and when that wasn't enough for her, she teamed up with her husband to buy the old Aurora Country Club and create Aurora Meadows. Together they could take all the things they loved about weddings and venues, and create a truly special place. Three kids and 3 successful businesses later, they can't wait to start this new chapter in their lives!
