Better than any alternative but sub-par at best. Person whom we booked with was fired yet we were never informed. Bookings were completely incorrect when we followed up a week out ...
and van never arrived at venue for Bride’s Parents at the end of the night. All vehicles got lost going from Hotel to Venue and had to be given direction from Bride & Groom yet again, nor had any idea what the plan was in regards to staying on site or point-to-point transfer (which was the latter given the limited and inflexible options given) even though I emailed very detailed instructions with times, locations with addresses for each vehicle. They also charged us 11 individual costs and have over-charged us by ~$1,000 and now we can’t seem to get a hold of anyone to confirm/ deny any of the amounts. Very disappointed in service.
With there being so many limo services out there, I chose one that could provide what we needed at an affordable cost. Given that I was married on a busy weekend in Austin, they we...
re more than helpful in assuring everything would be taken care of. When the day came and we ran into a few snags and had to move our timeline up, send the driver on extra errands, etc. EVERYTHING was taken care of without even so much as a thought. They were so nice and helpful and every time I called they met my needs immediately with zero hassle. I would recommend Austin Black Car Service to anyone!
Renting a getaway car can get pricey but Austin Black Car Service had so many options! We ended up just renting a town car to come pick us up after the wedding but it actually turn...

Our driver was extremely friendly and had mints and water waiting for us when we got in to leave! Great experience!
We used Austin Black Car for our wedding to transport the wedding party and the bride and groom before and after the wedding. They were always on time, courteous, and prepared. The...
only thing was they would sometimes take awhile to get back to your phone calls or you would have to call twice to get a hold of them. They are a little more expensive than other limo companies, but we decided to go with them because friends had used them previously and the venue highly recommended them. We didn't want any limo mishaps day of. I'm glad we did, because they did everything as expected. The limos were nice, clean, and in good shape. Overall would recommend them.
These guys were so nice. Our driver was great and the cost was really reasonable. We got a 300 Sedan that picked us up from our venue and took us to our hotel downtown. It was e...
asy to book online and they called and confirmed all the details.
They were late overcharged us and had to go through a long time of waiting for our refund correction- still waiting! the driver was rude and made us all sick by his horible drivi...
