She worked with my husband and me to see what we wanted, showing us different layouts, shapes, and prices. I was contacted throughout the process, following up on what photo I wanted in the design and letting me know when the piece was done to schedule pick up. My flowers came out great, the design exactly what we agreed on. Austin Preservations took care to lighten my photo (it was very dark) so that it would match the piece.
