Austin Trolley Company

We booked Austin Trolley Company for our downtown wedding, to transport the wedding party between church/reception. When we were looking around for transportation, we really wanted a trolley. Austin Trolley Co was reasonably priced (similar to/slightly less than bus/limo bus options). Laurie was GREAT to work with and always responsive. She helped us nail down the day-of schedule. Our driver was fantastic! He arrived on time and we had no issues getting from place to place. We even stopped to take pictures at the Capitol at one point, and he handled it like a pro! We had plenty of room for our large wedding party, and plus-ones, AND, the trolley is in beautiful condition! Would highly recommend!

All I wanted was a trolley for my wedding...All I got from Carey of Austin/Austin Trolley was terrible service. I am planning a wedding in Austin and we thought it would be fun to have the wedding party ride together in a trolley and take pictures around Austin before the ceremony. This seemed like a simple request as Carey of Austin/Austin Trolley have an amazing looking trolley. I reached out to them via their website and heard nothing back. Only after reaching out two additional times via different methods (filling out their quote request, emailing them directly, etc.) did I finally hear back two weeks later. After several more long delays in email correspondence, I finally called them. I gave my requests to Laurie, who was also the person emailing me, and she said they had availability and she would email my quotes ASAP. Two days later I finally get a response to an email from three weeks before saying all their shuttles have been reserved. What?!? I called Laurie back to follow up and she gave me a rude attitude with the sentiment that this was my fault for waiting too long. I explained that I would have made a reservation earlier had she responded to my emails! I requested to speak to her supervisor, she said that person was unavailable and would call me back. Despite calling 3 more times, I still have on response from the supervisor. Due to their terrible service, I am now left without the trolley I wanted to reserve for my wedding.
