Austin Yard Games

UPDATE: Justin reached out to help explain, refund, and make amends. I would likely give Austin Games another shot for another event. I was expecting more from the Austin Yard Games team.... From the original quote process, I received mixed information on delivery pricing and minimums. They were able to resolve the pricing and discount the delivery fee. On the day of the wedding our coordinator received a call requesting to come deliver the games earlier at 1pm, that worked for us. At 2pm she called back and asked when the team was planning on being there and the reasoning was that there was bad traffic. We needed the games set up and delivered by the time our cocktail hour started at 4:30pm but at that time there were still no games delivered. It wasn't until 4:45/5pm that the games were set up and delivered..... Unfortunately, our cocktail hour was heavily reliant on the games and it was a real disappointment that we weren’t able to use them for half of the time we needed them.
