Audrey was AMAZING! She was the coordinator for our wedding reception and she made our lives so much easier. We went very DIY with our event, and her suggestions and event knowledge made the whole thing run 100x times smoother and better. She was thinking of things and offering to help handle things we hadn't even considered. Probably the best wedding decision we made was having Audrey be our coordinator!
How do we even begin to encapsulate the amazing that is Audrey… we brought Audrey on to our wedding preparation journey 5 weeks ahead of time, at a point when we felt overwhelmed with the to do list and a growing list of questions of how and where and when (and by who!!) things were going to get done.
From our first introductory call, we immediately felt a weight lifted, as we now had someone in our corner who knows the ins and outs of the wedding world, having experience working at a wedding venue herself and as a wedding coordinator. Understanding both of these viewpoints, Audrey was able to know a lot of specific details and helped us to feel so at ease with her expertise. Audrey brought calm, professionalism, dependability, advocacy, and fun to our wedding planning process and our actual wedding day.
She made our vision for the day a reality, providing helpful recommendations and advice along the way. At the end of the day, she always went for what we wanted, helping us negotiate with our venue on some specifics and also making sure all of our vendors for the day were on track and also following through on what they said. We didn’t have to worry about anything going “wrong,” because we knew we had everything covered Audrey and was there to help us figure anything out— and when those little details came about (broken corsage, an interesting dynamic with one of our vendors, suits needed ironed, etc.), Audrey handled everything!
Audrey helped organize many details in the weeks leading up to the event, kept us on track with tasks, provided a day-of timeline that she shared with all the vendors, organized the ceremony schedule, conducted the ceremony rehearsal, provided all of our vendors with walkie-talkies so they could all communicate for the day, and decorated the entire venue for the day (including setting up all of the desserts, memory wall, decorations, aisle, place settings for 100+ people, and everything else!).
Even our families and bridal party raved about her! One of my bridesmaids said that she never trusted someone she had just met her life so quickly before. Though it sounds funny, it really felt so true! :’D
We truly and honestly cannot recommend Audrey enough!!

Hi, I’m Audrey—a lifelong book and event enthusiast with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. I live in Mooresville, Indiana, with my wonderful husband and two kids, who keep life exciting in the best way. When I’m not organizing events, you can find me dreaming up my next Disney vacation (though, I’ll admit, my husband’s not always on board with my frequent park-hopping ideas!).
I’ve been immersed in the event planning world since 2014, and my career in sales and operations has given me a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to make any event a success. With over 12 years of experience working with venues and independent planners, I’ve had the privilege of learning the ins and outs of every aspect of event coordination.
