vendor to take myself, husband and bridal party to take additional wedding photos near the venue. (Which was discussed and agreed upon choosing this vendor). The driver was no where to be found. We had a short window of time when we had to pivot to take our wedding photos at the venue instead which was not ideal. Once the company finally got in touch with the driver they stated they were outside. That was not true! Very unfortunate and unprofessional. 😭😢😔☹️

Very impersonal, did not make change to pickup that I made to reservation two months before (thank goodness I called to confirm) the limos were dingy and our driver gave us a probl...
em dropping us off in Central park even after I told him that he did not need passes to complete a drop off as per our wedding venue. Not to mention he also had the audacity to ask my husband to let him know when the ceremony was ending. This should not be the groom's responsibility. Stay away!
