Autumn's Custom Catering and Cafe

We used Autumn’s Custom Catering for our wedding at The Maine of Williamsburg on September 6, 2026, and could not have been happier with the experience. We chose family-style service, and the food was absolutely incredible. Our guests loved it so much that there was basically nothing left by the end of the night — even the dessert table was completely cleared out! The roasted chicken was genuinely some of the best chicken I have ever had, and we were able to offer our guests an amazing selection of prime rib, salmon, and chicken. We also did cocktail hour appetizers and a spread, which ended up being such a great option and gave our guests plenty to enjoy before dinner. Claudine was wonderful from beginning to end and truly went above and beyond for us. She was involved every step of the way, was incredibly responsive, and often personally answered the phone when we called. As the owner, that level of accessibility and involvement is something you do not always find. She was also there at our wedding and was fantastic throughout the entire event. One of the things we appreciated most was how much Autumn’s helped simplify the rental process for us. Our package included plates, and they helped us coordinate additional linen and glassware rentals through the vendor they already work with. They went so far as coordinating the pickup and drop-off, transporting the rental items for us, and handling everything without charging us anything extra. It meant we had one less vendor to coordinate and keep track of during an already busy planning process, which was incredibly helpful. Another thing we really appreciated was that there was no cake-cutting fee, which can be one of those hidden wedding costs that adds up quickly. It was so nice to be able to offer our guests both our wedding cake and a full dessert table without having to worry about an additional fee just to serve it. We also booked our bartenders through Autumn’s, and they were fun, professional, and wonderful with our guests. The pricing was also extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food, the variety we were able to offer, and the level of service we received. Autumn’s did so much more than simply cater our wedding — they made the entire process easier for us. We cannot recommend Autumn’s Custom Catering enough. The food was fantastic, the staff was wonderful, and Claudine’s level of care and involvement made a huge difference throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day.

Autumn’s was fabulous! The appetizers and buffet dinner were amazing. They answered every single one of our many questions and were so accommodating the week before wedding when we asked to add a veggie and vegan option. The staff were friendly and helpful and Claudine was especially wonderful. Highly recommend!
