Jared and AV Connections were the best! We hired AV Connections to livestream our wedding to our friends and family who couldn't attend in person. From our first conversation with Jared to the last, he was a true professional. He was extremely helpful with talking us through the various options and ultimately figuring out what was right for us. In addition, Jared even performed a site visit at our venue (outdoor) ahead of time to make sure his team brought the necessary equipment the day of our wedding. We received such amazing feedback from our friends and family back home about the high quality of the video. In addition, everyone heard every word at our entire ceremony. They felt as if they were in attendance! We would definitely recommend AV Connections to anyone and everyone!

AV Connections in one word: PROFESSIONALISM! Wow, Jared and his team were absolutely amazing to have for our wedding. We hired them to install café lights outside and provide web streaming of our wedding ceremony. Café Lights: Jared went above and beyond to make sure we that we were on the same page regarding how the lights would be strung, and even went on site with us in person during the proposal period when we had something else in mind. The AV Connections team worked directly with the venue (The Cottages on Charleston Harbor) to set up the lights before we checked in so we could enjoy them during our entire stay. They broke down the lights as we were checking out a few days later. It was completely hands-off for us, which was perfect! Web Streaming: Jared sent us a streaming link well in advance so that we could send to our virtual attendees. The intro picture that displayed before the live stream started looked professional and well-designed. The link was easy to access for virtual attendees to watch, and we had no reported issues. The sound quality was great, even with us being on the windy harbor. The crew presented themselves professionally in dress and manner, and were like ghosts during the streaming equipment breakdown during our reception. We received a digital copy of the streaming as well for our own records within the following week. I would recommend AV Connections to anyone having an event. Their professionalism far surpasses the wedding industry standard and our wedding would have not been the same without them.

Jared at AV Connections was amazing. He set up a livestream for our wedding ceremony during COVID-19 on very short notice and pulled it off perfectly. Our family and friends who couldn't travel in were so happy to be able to see the ceremony live. Jared worked with the church coordinator to do a site visit and test out all the equipment he needed. I wasn't even involved - he took care of everything and it all worked perfectly, streamed via YouTube with no technical issues. And now we have a full video of our wedding ceremony that we can keep forever. I couldn't be happier that I decided to add this service, and I highly recommend AV Connections!
