ey didn't drop off the silverware I rented. After searching through everything and realizing it wasn't there she had to call her sister and ask her to run to Party City to buy plastic forks and knives for 150 people. AV Party rentals were closed at the time when they dropped off the rentals so when my coordinator called them they were not there. It all would of been alright, I understand people as well as companies can make mistakes, but when I called them after my wedding to tell them about it and ask to be reimbursed for the silverware, I was told that the driver knows for sure that he dropped it off and picked it back up, and that it had been returned "used and dirty"! Which is completely RIDICULOUS!!!! I have 150 people who can vouch for the fact that they used plastic utensils to eat their dinner! Really it's only $100 or so that I was asking to be refunded and they assure me that we received it and that they got it back dirty. It is unfortunate that this had to happen because besides that, I really was pleased with everything else!
I never really dealt with this vendor as my wedding coordinator did all the work, but everything we rented was delivered on time, in good shape and exacly what we wanted! I have se...

We rented tables, chairs, lights from AV and everything was well planned and we were very happy with everything. We would rent from them again if we have another large gathering.

re incredibly helpful in helping me plan and coordinate all the rentals. They even came to the site to visit, measure the space, and make sure that all my bases were covered. They were even on top of the last minute changes we made. Above all they were courteous, professional (the owners of my venue, who have seen a million rental companies, were impressed with their service), and were extremely competitive on price. (Check out their monthly specials webpage!) Will definitely work with them again for any future events. Highly recommend.
