Overall, I was happy with AV Rentals. Their crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. I liked how they set-up the even a day early, so I could have everything really to go on the wedding day, making it less stress for me.

ugh everything and realizing it wasn't there she had to call her sister and ask her to run to Party City to buy plastic forks and knives for 150 people. AV Party rentals were closed at the time when they dropped off the rentals so when my coordinator called them they were not there. It all would of been alright, I understand people as well as companies can make mistakes, but when I called them after my wedding to tell them about it and ask to be reimbursed for the silverware, I was told that the driver knows for sure that he dropped it off and picked it back up, and that it had been returned "used and dirty"! Which is completely RIDICULOUS!!!! I have 150 people who can vouch for the fact that they used plastic utensils to eat their dinner! Really it's only $100 or so that I was asking to be refunded and they assure me that we received it and that they got it back dirty. It is unfortunate that this had to happen because besides that, I really was pleased with everything else!

Above all they were courteous, professional (the owners of my venue, who have seen a million rental companies, were impressed with their service), and were extremely competitive on price.
