for day of coordination and it went beautifully! Bridesmaid dress broke? She was in the sewing it 20 MINUTES before the ceremony and she was able to walk down beautifully and ON TIME! There was accidentally an allergy mishap (on my end, not any of the vendors) and ASHLEY WAS THERE WITH THE BENADRYL and no issues came about! Everyone was fine :) My bustle broke JUST BEFORE my first dance? She was there with the safety pin and it held wonderfully. It rained in the middle of our ceremony causing us to relocate the ENTIRE cocktail hour from outside to under cover??? Within 15 minutes, 15 minutes!! Everyone was already relocated...INCLUDING DJ CATERING AND BARTENDER and all guests happily under dry cover. I did not have to worry about a thing, it the most stress free day I could have had and Ashley and her team really gave me the opportunity and reassurance to not worry about anything and everything went smoothly...to my knowledge and that's what matters!! Highly recommend, reasonably priced for the wonderful attention to detail and support you get. Love this team and so glad I went with them!

I had a destination wedding and live 15 hours away from the venue, Avail Weddings was invaluable—they provided trusted local recommendations for every vendor we needed. Some of these vendors didn’t even have websites, and without Avail, we never would have found our incredible caterer (Tracy—ask for her!).
On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Ashley was working tirelessly behind the scenes, handling every detail with such care and professionalism. One moment that really stood out to me happened during the reception when my dress kept coming un-bustled, Ashley immediately pulled out her kit and fixed it so I could enjoy the rest of the night without a second thought. escapes were exactly how I wanted them and Avail did a great job ensuring the décor and set up went according to what we had planned. Ashley and her team also stopped by the store on the way to the venue to bring an item my mom had forgotten, as well as walked the bridal party through the umbrella process in case they needed to use them during the ceremony.
We were afraid it was going to rain during the ceremony but thankfully it cleared up right before! Avail did a great job with the rain back up plan we had in place and were quick to revert everything back to the no-rain plan!
It was such a beautiful, magical day!

which helped make sure I didn’t forget anything. They would answer any questions I had and they had a few scheduled phone calls with me to go over details. When we met Ashley in person at a rehearsal dinner she was very nice and pleasant to be around also professional and was able to control the small crowd to show us exactly what we need to do and the cues of when to do them. On the wedding day they helped make sure everything was where I wanted it and also I added things I didn’t even think of. For example I did my flowers myself and had a lot of extra and they (asked me first) put them around the reception area like in the garland that was in the middle of the tables and on the cake table and anywhere that looked nice. I am very happy I had them as my Coordinator and I knew everything would be taken care of! Absolutely would recommend them!!
